Although the rolls were good the remainder of the food didn't have any flavor. Not worth going back to this restaurant.

We started with adult beverages and their bread service. The bread service is amazingly delicious! Highly recommended. My wife decided on their play of beef medallions with blue cheese. What a wonderful choice! Huge and delicious! I decided on the diver, scallops, absolutely delicious as well. Mom went for General Tso's chicken, another superb dish! For dessert decided on their blueberry cheesecake. All three of us have a wonderful time at DLX! Highly recommended!

So attentive, that I was surprised she did not offer to add simple syrup to my tea when I declined the unsweetened tea. The crab rangoon and the crispy sauce that came with it were outstanding. Which is great at $3 a piece. If you don't like crab rangoon then do that sauce with something else. It is amazing. We ordered the 16 oz ribeye special. We ordered it medium rare or medium and got it medium rare on the rare side. They fixed it and it was melt in your mouth good. Definitely char grilled tastes like it was cooked outside. The bacon cheddar tater tots that came with were delicious as well. So they were cold by the time I got my steak back and no more came with the steak when it came back. It did say broccolini and came with asparagus instead my hubby thought the asparagus was good but missed the broccolini. It's honestly what caught my eye when I saw it on the menu. He loves broccolini. I wouldn't eat that with your mouth lol. Fortune cookies were stale.

They provide customized menus as a special touch. As there are three selections on four on the courses, the dishes do not appear to be as customized for those with dietary issues. Jamie was our primary server providing a friendly and professional service. For my order, Three of us started with the Crostini while my wife had the Pave. I really liked the flavors of the Crostini, scrumptious! I had a bite of my wife's Pave and thought the texture and tastes superb! Preparing for the second and further courses was my a put off! We were asked to keep our utensils for the future courses! Nothing like dirty silverware sitting on the table dirtying up the area! At this price point, used silverware should be taken and replaced with new! That is the reason for my 4 of 5 stars. We experienced the same during our first visit two years ago and had hope it was resolved after mentioning to staff. That said, it was the only put off of our experience. For the second course my sister and I decided on the Scallop Arancini while my wife and mom went for the Zuppa Toscano. Again, the Scallop Arancini was amazing and scrumptious! The flavors were terrific! I tried a few spoonfuls of the Zuppa Toscano and thought it missing seasoning. The third found 3 of us ordering the Salmon Oscar while my wife ordered the Grilled Cheese. The salmon was rare, which I particularly like but the crab was cold. My preference would have been warm war with a bit of the béarnaise on top. My wife's Grilled Cheese was very tasty with the preserves but looked lonely sitting on the plate. For the last course three of us decided on the Pumpkin Crepe and my wife the Apple Spice Cake. I thought the Pumpkin Crepe to be a lovey presentation and very tasty and my wife enjoyed the spice cake. All in all a lovely experience overall! Thank you!

First two courses were excellent. Elk tartare was incredible, pave and lobster roll were very good. Zuppa toscano (soup) and shrimp & grits were nicely done. Cons: The meal quality started off great and went down with each course. With steak and salmon as other options, I thought a restaurant that would put a grilled cheese sandwich on a $100 meal must have an innovative sandwich. I was wrong. It was burnt and had no taste at all. An eight year old could have done better with a slice of Kraft. My Madeline dessert was four pieces of dry something, though the chocolate s'mores cake was significantly better.

The restaurant is well appointed but not over the top. Just the right amount of chic. Originally seated in a booth, we ask to move to an open table as the seating in the booths are way too low. After changing places, Nick arrived to ask us if we would like to start some beverages. We had noticed that H&E advertising a locals special starting on Sundays with 50% off beer, wine, cocktails, Raw, First, and Second courses! What a great deal! We opened with cocktails and wine. Alec did a great job on our cocktails, definitely delicious! We also decided on Baked Brie to open. The Brie arrived fairly quickly, though not with enough toast pieces, it was very yummy. For our main courses I ordered their Caesar Salad adding blackened salmon, my wife their Sunday Supper Hot Brown special, mom their house salad adding blackened salmon, while our friend decided on the Steak Frites. I also ordered a half dozen oysters. My oysters and my wife's accompanying salad arrived promptly. Unfortunately, there was no oyster fork but a was asked if I wanted horseradish! The oysters and horseradish were terrific. Our main courses arrived perfectly presented and absolutely delicious! No complaints whatsoever! We had a lovely evening! This seating we were not asked to keep any utensils! Again, easily the best restaurant in the Mansfield area, almost on par with The Capital Grille. Just a tweak or two away.

My home TR is Ashland, Ky with Marysville, Oh and Polaris, Oh, closely behind. This time it worked out better to try the Mansfield location and it did not disappoint. It was absolutely packed when we got there at 11:45am. They told us it could be a 20+ minute wait but actually seated us and the entire waiting area within 5-7 minutes. We could hear the great country music and enjoy the birthday singing but still hear each other talking because the noise level was kept in check. We ordered an appetizer and it arrived within a few minutes of our drinks. The rest of the meal came out just as we finished each serving. All of our steaks were delicious and cooked to perfection. The waitress had a table of 12 and a table of 8 in our area by herself, yet she made our table of 5 seem like the only table she had. She did that with the other tables too. I would definitely make a point to stop in Texas Roadhouse if you are in the mood for a delicious steak. The time before this that we we fees there, my husband got the salmon and it was delicious, too. If you like fish, this is also a great place for salmon.

She returned it and came back to let us know when she was returning his meal another waitress was returning a country fried steak, so apparently the meals were mixed up. I ordered the tbone steak medium rare. It was served medium well to well done. Most of the steak had no pink at all. It was dry and tough. When the waitress returned to let my husband know about the mixup, I showed her my steak. She apologized and took it back. After nearly 20 mins, my steak was brought out. It was not a pleasant dining experience. We were eating our meal in shifts. Sides and then later brought our protein. By the time our proteins arrived, we were out of time and needed to leave. We did not come with the intension of take out, but that is what we ended up with. This is not an enjoyable way to eat. The manager never came to apologize or explain the mixups or check on our experience. This was a very disappointing experience.

Then it felt like our server just disappeared. One of the other servers heard us talking while she was servicing her table and told us that they had some event going on outside so food was taking longer to come out. No update from our own server. I had to ask ther other server for another drink. It was kind of irritating to see tables that came in after us getting their food before us. Now onto the food - it was pretty good. We all enjoyed our sandwiches. I got a reuben with fries. The rye bread on my reuben was nice - crispy crust yet soft. Very good ratio of meat to saukraut. The fries were eh. Very limp with no crispy at all. I've honestly gotten better fries off a food truck. They look crispy in the photo but they were not. So overall- drink was good, sandwich was delicious but fries were not and service was not good at all.

Everyone mostly liked their sides like salads (tho croutons were burnt), sweet potatoes (tho mine was 2x the size of wife's), fries (tho my portion was real wimpy), etc. My chicken sandwich was tasty but couldn't get a side of mayo.
