My home TR is Ashland, Ky with Marysville, Oh and Polaris, Oh, closely behind. This time it worked out better to try the Mansfield location and it did not disappoint. It was absolutely packed when we got there at 11:45am. They told us it could be a 20+ minute wait but actually seated us and the entire waiting area within 5-7 minutes. We could hear the great country music and enjoy the birthday singing but still hear each other talking because the noise level was kept in check. We ordered an appetizer and it arrived within a few minutes of our drinks. The rest of the meal came out just as we finished each serving. All of our steaks were delicious and cooked to perfection. The waitress had a table of 12 and a table of 8 in our area by herself, yet she made our table of 5 seem like the only table she had. She did that with the other tables too. I would definitely make a point to stop in Texas Roadhouse if you are in the mood for a delicious steak. The time before this that we we fees there, my husband got the salmon and it was delicious, too. If you like fish, this is also a great place for salmon.

He ordered the country fried chicken entree with green beans and mashed potatoes. He was served the country fried steak. Our waitress was very kind and apologized. She returned it and came back to let us know when she was returning his meal another waitress was returning a country fried steak, so apparently the meals were mixed up. I ordered the tbone steak medium rare. It was served medium well to well done. Most of the steak had no pink at all. It was dry and tough. When the waitress returned to let my husband know about the mixup, I showed her my steak. She apologized and took it back. After nearly 20 mins, my steak was brought out. It was not a pleasant dining experience. We were eating our meal in shifts. Sides and then later brought our protein. By the time our proteins arrived, we were out of time and needed to leave. We did not come with the intension of take out, but that is what we ended up with. This is not an enjoyable way to eat. The manager never came to apologize or explain the mixups or check on our experience. This was a very disappointing experience.

My wife took me my sister and my mom out for our birthdays! One of the reasons we pick Logan's was…read morethe fact that we had a $50 gift card. The beginning of our meal started promisingly. Our server was friendly and professional. After ordering a round of beverages we also ordered two appetizers onion rings and the spinach dip. The onion rings were well presented and delicious. The spinach dip looked a little bit more pedestrian, but had some good flavors. I ordered their grilled chicken salad while my wife, sister, and mom all ordered variations of the sirloin tip lunch special. Our meals came out relatively quickly. Personally, I thought the sirloin tip lunch special presentations could've have been better. My salad was good looking and delicious! They're near the end of the meal. Our servers was seem to be spending a lot of time with another person while we were waiting on our bill. It seemed to take longer than necessary. That is primarily why this is a three star review by a four star review. I think this is probably the second time we've ever ate at Logan's. Not sure if we'll be going back anytime soon.

Server started off good but she really faded as the meal went on.. no refills, forgot croutons (& said she'd look to see if there were any left as we saw table next to us all had em). Took way long for check & we had to ask another server for boxes since she disappeared. Everyone mostly liked their sides like salads (tho croutons were burnt), sweet potatoes (tho mine was 2x the size of wife's), fries (tho my portion was real wimpy), etc. My chicken sandwich was tasty but couldn't get a side of mayo. It was nice that the OTHER server got us some To-go cups for our drink refills since our server was AWOL. Fairly clean & decent crowd & big TVs.

The restaurant is well appointed but not over the top. Just the right amount of chic. Originally seated in a booth, we ask to move to an open table as the seating in the booths are way too low. After changing places, Nick arrived to ask us if we would like to start some beverages. We had noticed that H&E advertising a locals special starting on Sundays with 50% off beer, wine, cocktails, Raw, First, and Second courses! What a great deal! We opened with cocktails and wine. Alec did a great job on our cocktails, definitely delicious! We also decided on Baked Brie to open. The Brie arrived fairly quickly, though not with enough toast pieces, it was very yummy. For our main courses I ordered their Caesar Salad adding blackened salmon, my wife their Sunday Supper Hot Brown special, mom their house salad adding blackened salmon, while our friend decided on the Steak Frites. I also ordered a half dozen oysters. My oysters and my wife's accompanying salad arrived promptly. Unfortunately, there was no oyster fork but a was asked if I wanted horseradish! The oysters and horseradish were terrific. Our main courses arrived perfectly presented and absolutely delicious! No complaints whatsoever! We had a lovely evening! This seating we were not asked to keep any utensils! Again, easily the best restaurant in the Mansfield area, almost on par with The Capital Grille. Just a tweak or two away.

Valentine's Day Edition:…read more My wife and I met with my parents at Black Dog Tavern as they were having a Valentine's Day steak special. It was delicious! The ribeye was cooked perfectly. Service was fantastic. They were very accommodating and were able to provide my nephew with a high chair. Ambiance was very neat. Food was delicious! My goodness!…read more We were running late to a race in the Canal Fulton area and were both starving. I hopped on Yelp, saw Oak Park Tavern was open, and said, "Hey, let's give it a try." Thank goodness we did! We were greeted warmly by both the staff and customers who were enjoying a late-night ballgame. We arrived well after the dinner rush--easily four hours later--and only about 50 minutes before closing. Despite that, the atmosphere was welcoming, the service was outstanding, and we never felt rushed. The walls were adorned with hand-drawn battlefield crosses and messages honoring the fallen and supporting our service members. As someone who deeply appreciates that commitment, it resonated with me. I struck up a conversation with the bartender and learned that his son is a Marine. His pride in supporting veterans and active-duty service members was evident and appreciated. Sarah, our waitress, was friendly, kind, and attentive despite the late hour. She smiled, laughed with us, and made us feel right at home. Now, the food! The lobster dish was fantastic--perfectly seasoned and served with a delicious sauce. The seafood entrée I ordered was outstanding, and the wedge salad was absolutely top-tier. I love a good wedge salad, and this one exceeded expectations. My wife, Juliann, loved her New York Strip, which was tender, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The cocktails were excellent as well. Thank you all for an amazing visit. We'll definitely be back the next time we're passing through!
