The store seem like a typical Mexican supermarket. I go over to the deli counter. Seems like the person is taking orders and speaks English well enough. I ask what's inside a Burrito? She tells me beans, rice, onions cilantro and the meat you choose. What? NO cheese included? She answers, cheese is extra. What the hell, who ever heard of a burrito with no cheese included? OK, I add cheese for 50 cents more. The prices seem reasonable, compared to Playa Azul where cheese is included. It's $9.50 here plus 50 cents for the cheese. OK, I'm good with that. What brings the star rating way down, enough for me not to come back, is the order on one lousy burrito took like 20 minutes or more to come out and this was like at 10:15 in the morning! Slapping together a burrito and rollin it takes no more than a few minutes, I've seen it done (not here). Watching, looks like they have a lot of to go orders they're making first and tossing them under the counter to be picked up later. Makes more sense to make the orders of the people waiting at the counter BEFORE to go orders where the customer is not even here! Forget this stupid service waiting that long! The burrito on top of that was MISSING the damn cheese I paid extra for! It was rolled and wrapped kind loose and was not stable to eat like other burrito places. The dining area was fine to eat at, but just getting the food was the problem and it wasn't made correctly! Forget this Centuro Market for made deli food.

These guys are truly angels. My stepbrother, who I am very close to, drove from Portola to Reno to…read morego to the VA. He was having chest pains and, turned out, he was having a heart attack. He was whisked into the hospital and he didn't have his cell phone charger. He lives with his mom, my beloved stepmother, who is 90, because she just can't live by herself and she certainly can't drive in snowy, rainy, winter weather to bring him a cable. However, for well less than $40, Reno on the Go Delivery bought him a charger and delivered it so he could keep in touch with Mom while he undergoes treatment. I live in Sacramento and couldn't really get there either. I called every asking for help. Walmart, all of two miles away, couldn't be bothered helping a Vet. The gift shop at the hospital didn't even answer the phone. Yet, late in the day, when they were closed, these guys came through. My stepbrother mattered to them. They went more than the extra mile. I cannot recommend them enough. The driver, Dave, went particularly out of his way to make sure my brother got the cord, taking to his room and not just leaving it with the hospital staff. Reno on the Go Delivery is simply the best. They are G-d's gift.

I got online ordered quite the shopping list of items. I had no idea what to expect. They shopped for the groceries first and then sent me the receipt before I even paid a dime. Though they get a % of the total bill, all the items he bought were the lowest priced items. He went to my sisters house and at that time finally charged my card. He took all the groceries in and put them away for her. All this happened within a few hours time. I really appreciated this. It really helped me out and helped my sister. It also made her day to be able to have her cupboards filled during this hard time in her life. Excellent service!!

This is easily my favorite spot for breakfast and lunch. Bin coming here for a few years and surprisingly hadn't reviewed them. My favorites are the asada burrito, the taqueria plate and top choice is the ranchero steak plate. Go eat at this place, you will definitely enjoy.

Store was fully stocked, and staffed with many helpful people. I was looking for something slightly special (gum agar) and thought Sprouts might have it. I was strolling the store and several workers asked if I needed help. I said I was looking for something, if I couldn't find it I'd come ask...and eventually that's what I did. The woman who helped me was efficient and interested in what I was looking for...and she found it! I'm so glad I didn't have to go to additional stores OR resort to Amazon. The woman at checkout was cherry and engaging...I detest self checkout because having nice little encounters is what makes the difference in the day. So don't forget Sprouts is now in CC. Wide variety of items, nice "do-able" size store. Everything from food ready to eat all the way to esoteric ingredients! (I needed the agar to make balsamic pearls!)
