The menu said "sauteed greens" were included, but upon inquiring was told it was a menu misprint and was offered a side of green beans (was charged extra $5 when I got the bill). Overall, 6:01 Local advertizes to have an executive chef and charges fine dining prices. But there were numerous shortcomings with food content versus the menu that an executive chef should have better control of. They will have to be more consistent if they expect to fill more tables. The Threefoot Hotel is a fabulous venue for an upscale menu; they only need to get the kitchen to get much more efficient and catch up with the venue. No one should have to walk out of a restaurant and feelnlike they didn't get what they paid for.

The only miss we had to day was our server never came back to take our dessert order, when we asked to order it he confused what we said for the bill and brought that instead.
