It was very crowded when we went and our service was good but nothing that makes it stand out. You order at the counter and then sit. They had no good coffee which surprised me as we went for brunch. I love the area at Granite Park around the water. We arrived a little after 8:30am and there were a lot of people there but we luckily found a high top table for 4 after ordering (probably the only one available at the time!). We stood in line for only a few minutes to place our order - just enough to figure out what we wanted to order. There are two TVs outside if you want to keep up with a game. I stopped by here yet again, yesterday lunch and had a great time. This place is definitely busy, so beware if you are afraid of crowds. They try to mark out every other table inside, so you can sit at a safe distance. However outside, all the seating is open so you might end up in between a bunch of people. The wait for food is not bad even though it is busy. Overall we got seated and had our food our pretty quick. I ordered the fancy chicken biscuit and it was really good. I love the sauce they have with it. My gf ordered their biscuit with sausage gravy and that was delightful too. The gravy is drenching the biscuit and it was more than enough. Stopped by the Biscuit Bar after yoga class on Saturday because it was close to my house and was recommended as a great brunch place in the area. I got there right during the lunch rush hour, but was content with waiting in line as I tried to figure out what I wanted to try. In the end I couldn't pick, so I ended up ordering a FABB and a Hoss for myself! I really wanted to try the chicken and the sausage gravy, but I love arugula and brie and was very intrigued by the inclusion of fig preserves in the FABB, so I figured I could just take home the one I didn't like as much and one of my family members would happily eat it. Turns out the FABB was my favorite - the combination of the sweet fig preserves and the peppery arugula, crispy bacon and melted brie was just perfect. The biscuit itself was melt in your mouth light, and everything just came together wonderfully. The flavors in the Hoss were also delicious and the chicken was juicy and tender, but it really is kind of just an elevated version of Whataburger's honey butter chicken biscuit; the FABB is much more unique, in my opinion. I definitely want to come back again for the FABB and also to try some of the other stuff on the menu, like the tots and the french toast biscuit! I like how the menu is broken down into each piece of a meal. So when you order a sandwich you don't have to get fries or switch it out for a salad, sometimes at an extra cost at some other places. You can choose what combination of items you want for your meal, at this counter service place, and all the items are reasonably priced. We also ordered the bottle of bubbly with two juices (not sure of the title, it doesn't show online). Everything came out super fast!! The champagne and juices were out in less than two minutes after sitting and the food in less than five. Our order was correct and delicious! The only thing I would suggest is for the staff to go out and clean all of the the benches, tables and chairs outside every morning. There was bird poop on the built in benches, which isn't their fault but it didn't make me want to stay and get comfortable.
