The Philly cheesesteak!!!!!!!! Don't think twice, order that. Someone recommended the schnitzel so I'll be back for that, but We had the cheesesteak and 'the works' burger with blue cheese and it was cooked to a perfect medium rare. Beer was fresh and delicious, couldn't have been more glutinously satisfied. I would have rated five stars, but the bartender was kinda wack lol. Unfortunately it was not an impressive burger for us. Perhaps the best thing about this business is the view from the restaurant/bar but the food is passable. It is definitely 4.5 stars quality. The house salad is meh nothing to write home about so as the burger (the works). It looked good but failed to satiate. Perhaps it is missing something like a good sauce to blend the flavor together or a better seasoning for the ingredients. I dont know what it is but it I can assure you that In 'n out burger can give the Bird a better bang for your dollar. read more

This is a special place. Great draft beer selection, and excellent burgers. I enjoy the fact that the burgers come in two sizes--a normal sized pub burger, and a smaller size that is about half that. Service was perfect, and the atmosphere was somehow chill and high energy at the same time. Fries are amazing. The vibe of the restaurant was definitely cool- the staff was nice and they had a great big open deck that looked out to the mountains. The food though-meh. With a menu that consisted mostly of burgers, I expected the burgers to be pretty good. Unfortunately my fiancé and I were both disappointed. They came out on English muffins, which some people might like, but it's not what we particularly care for. The burger itself was not cooked right; we ordered medium and they came out way too red for our liking. My fiancé came across chewy pieces and all in all neither of us were able to finish them. With all that being said, burger liking is very subjective, it just wasn't what we look for in a burger. I think we will continue going to Liberty Burger for our burger cravings, better burger and a better price. read more

My favorite place for so many reasons. Every year I vote this place for best burgers, best fries, best wings, best service, best eatery with a view. They really have it all, including an awesome selection of tap beers. The staff really makes the place... A majority of their staff has been working there for years and they are a friendly and super efficient team. In the winter I'm there almost every week for half priced wing night, and in the summer it burgers and fries on the deck post river floating or an occasional bottomless Mimosa Sunday brunch. read more

Truly fantastic burgers. They grind their own meat and the flavor is fantastic. Sandwiches come with tasty homemade garlic pickles and really good fresh cut fries. Went there for St. Party's Day 2013, so the crowd was a little more, shall we say, rambunctious than usual. But we got there early before the crowds hit and I had one of the best burgers I've had in a while, the Breakfast Burger. Like others, I was pleased with the food and drink selection - I love drinking local brews. Sat through a snowstorm blowing through only to see it clear up for a beautiful view off the back porch. I eat at the Bird frequently in the summer with my wife and other shooting instructors. We love the atmosphere, the excellent burgers (the Dirt C is best) and the blue cheese is amazing! Service is good and the beer is served in traditional German style of only slightly cool. Great selection of fancy German beers but I prefer the pale ale. read more

Seat yourself type of place. Sat outside and the view was fantastic. Ordered the patty met medium rare but it came out more like medium. Regardless it tasted delicious. It's about 6 or so mins outside of Jackson Hole but it was down the street from the KOA I was staying at so it was definitely worth the trip. Will definitely go back! read more
