    From beginning till now there have been issues with this company and it is reaching the point of…read moreexhaustion for me. the initial items outlined during the first week of move in were never done, DDP didn't even attempt to try and fix the broken items and since my time in their slumproperty I've come to discover that this unit has foundation issues likely exposing me to lead paint poisoning--which DDP refused to disclose to me until I insisted on the information, and is illegal for a RE agent to withhold-- additionally every appliance is in poor working order that continues to get worse after only a few months, the neighbors are far too loud, the unsanitary conditions by the surrounding premises puts at risk of disease, the dishwasher doesnt work, the staff are lazy and totally unresponsive, DDP lied about several items I explicitly asked about prior to signing a lease, and they also imposed unduly hidden fees which were never disclosed prior. I'm so livid about the level of deception from this property management company it's hard to even put into words. but I hope someone else can read this review before making the same mistake I did because the only thing Desert Dimension Properties can provide is apparently deceptive contracts and try to take advantage of people's money.

From the start, Joe was very hands on and involved. He takes care of everything for me, tenant relations, maintenance and repair of my home and it's appliances, landscaping needs, HOA dues, etc. I receive monthly updates about my rental, so I am always kept in the loop as to what is going on, never leaving me with questions. However, from 2021 to 2025 they went through four different managers. I would have one person, everything would seem to be going well and then abruptly they'd tell me someone else was being assigned. In 2025, I was again assigned a new manager, Andrea R. and communication significantly declined in comparison to other property managers I had been assigned. Emails would often go unanswered for long periods of time. Everything fell apart during a tenant move-out at the end of 2025. Before the tenant moved out, I provided the original lease and deposit records to Andrea so there would be no confusion. During the scheduled move-out, the assigned manager was unavailable, and the person who performed the move-out inspection took not one photo. I had to step in myself after tenant departure to take move-out condition photos because Fort Lowell staff didn't do it. The departing tenant was instructed to leave the keys unsecured in the mailbox after 5:30pm, which was very concerning because they didn't set up a lockbox for the tenant to securely leave the keys after the inspection. In addition to all of this, they issued a security deposit refund using rents from another unit to the tenant before fully reviewing damages. Keep in mind I held the deposits, but they did not consult me or provide me with the breakdown and obtain my authorization before refunding the money that I should have provided from the deposit account not use rents from another unit's tenant. To make matters completely insanely worse, the refund included money that had already been returned years earlier to a prior co-tenant! After I began formally requesting proper documentation and correction of the accounting, communication became worse. I sent a written notice under the contract giving them nearly a month to fix the issues. The problems were not fully corrected. After I terminated the agreement with proper 30-day notice, communication completely stopped, they did not follow up with me with requested documentation and stopped responding to my other unit's tenant they were still managing in this timeframe. I have still not received the complete documentation or the remaining funds in my owner account. I also later discovered that another tenant had gone six months without a properly executed lease renewal, and I was never informed. As a landlord, you need clear communication, accurate accounting, and proper handling of deposits. In my experience, those basic protections were not consistently in place. In addition, Fort Lowell's team is extremely unprofessional, completely ignoring clients, being condescending, and just displaying levels of incompetence I didn't know could exist. If you're a property owner, I would not recommend you use Fort Lowell. In fact, RUN!

All because one of "Tenants" and her are good friends. I called the office asking to speak with her about signing a new lease on a property I already reside in. She said you'll have to talk to the landlord. What? Aren't you who I'm suppose to talk to? Being the management company and all. she repeated her statement and hung up on me. Then she proceeded to send people to my home harassing me with notices. 1st a 30 day. Then a COUPLE OF DAYS LATER with a 10day AND a 2 day notice.BOTH TAPED TO THE FRONT DOOR AT THE SAME TIME! Had the water shut off with no notice. knowing I have children in the home. Just because her tenant subleases to me doesn't mean Cathy has the right to treat me like I am trash. I have pay my bills. Rent isn't missed. So don't I have the right to at least have a respectful conversation?? This woman and this company are not recommended if you're looking to be treated with respect and like you're a human being.
