It's Saturday morning. A good day to go out for breakfast with your family at this family friendly breakfast/lunch dining restaurant. When we arrived, there was a 10-15 minutes wait. Got seated at a table with McKayla as our waitress. I notice right way, how good of a waitress McKayla was. She was friendly and helpful in menu suggestions and was attentive while we were there. We were in the mood for pancakes this morning and ordered their big pancake platter which comes with eggs, sausage and potatoes as well. Their pancakes were so large and you get two that we ended up taking half of it home. Overall, McKayla provided exceptional service.

Drenched salad

I ordered the tenderloin with a side garden salad. The tenderloin was just okay. The salad was so drenched in dressing, I couldn't eat it--should've ordered the dressing on the side. My biggest complaint is the lettuce --they used lettuce that's intended as a garnish for the salad and on the sandwich. Why not use regular iceberg lettuce or spring mix salad? Also, the pickles on the sandwich were sweet pickles, not dill. Weird.

Got into the waitlist before arriving. Inside wait was less than 5 minutes. Waitress Madeline (Mad) was delightful. Food arrived quickly. I always try Chicken and Waffles; it was ok. Hubby got the Titanic omelet which needs to be called the Gigantic Titanic. Appreciate that we each received our own pot of coffee. Nice place; prices are reasonable.

We've been twice now. Not sure if we'll go back. Our food was not hot either time. It was kind of lukewarm at best. It's always an adventure to get seated, but the Yelp check in helps a lot!! The servers are great! They are fairly attentive. The food. It has to be hot! It's just not. Repeatedly. Can't do it. The sticky biscuit was better in Tiffany Greens because it was hot. There are a lot of creative menu options, but they need to do a little better getting it to the table on time. We may return, but I'll ask to make sure the food it hot, please.

Hungry for Breakfast? Don't feel like making anything at home? Need to get out? Yes! Try this place! I was shopping at Price choppers last week in the same lot I saw this place on the left called The Big biscuit. I recommend this place! Plenty of seating. Simple and fun menu. We ordered the big breakfast and a three car pile up. No doubt you're going to be satisfied and you're going to be very very very full! All the staffs are great to us. Jeri our server is super awesome. This seems like a place that we will be here often :)

Shiny cornstarch and water gravy. You literally didn't think you could even attempt to make a gravy with water and cornstarch.

I can't leave a zero?!?!? Ok where to begin.. with the $4.00 colored water they call coffee? Take a pass on that unless maybe you want to pay $4.00 for color in hot water. They are called "The Big Biscuit" so I mean you would think that maybe they specialize in biscuits and gravy. Wrong! See picture of little bit of sausage, cornstarch, and water. I don't think it's even a milk based gravy. I was hungry and the eggs were hot as were the potatoes so I ate a good portion of mine but take a look at the picture of the sausage. I didn't know they made knives sharp enough to get that razor thin. I told the waitress that the biscuits and gravy were awful and then she just was terse the rest of the time we were there. My husband's a nice guy so she got a decent tip. Wouldn't have been the case if I had been paying. We paid $40 for my husband to go away hungry. And overall just standard food at best. But the biscuits and gravy, I would not call those standard they were horrible. If you are going to give us cornstarch water gravy at least salt it! I don't wanna leave you all hanging though so here's a list of restaurants that would be better to go to: Shack, First Watch, Pegah's and I'm giving away a little known secret, Red Door has a lovely brunch starting at 10 o'clock on weekends.

Bonut - a biscuit donut with powdered sugar and strawberries. Get one for the table.

THANKS ERIC (with a C!!) Our food was nicely plated, temperature perfect and portions were VERY generous. The Classic Breakfast was my choice. Eggs cooked as directed, breakfast potatoes, one smallish, breakfast sausage in natural casing. A steak knife would have been helpful. I don't know the brand of bacon they serve, but it was FABULOUS! Thick sliced, prepared beautifully and mmmm, mmmm GOOD! The plate includes a Cheddar Biscuit. It is BIG and delicious LOOKING! I had to bring it, half of my potatoes and the sausage "to go". My husband ordered the Sausage, Egg & Cheese Biscuit. He was not a fan of the less than tasty sausage. #DIL ordered a Chicken Biscuit - - she shared a bite of the chicken. Let's just say, I KNOW what I will be ordering NEXT time we go. Our grandson ordered his favorite Biscuits & Gravy. HUGE portions, suitable for a growing young man. We will be back! P.S. The Gilded Pear cocktail was delicious. The Key Lime Pie was exquisite. Lovely plating and scrumptious. I shared it with my husband PLUS we brought half of it home.

It was cold, and most of the restaurant was empty. When my boyfriend asked if we could sit near the bar, where there were plenty of available tables, the host didn't even look at us and simply said, "Help yourself." I'm not sure why we were treated that way. When the food arrived, my boyfriend's burger was completely different from what he ordered. He ordered a BBQ burger with extra crispy bacon, but it came with no sauce and no bacon at all. My burger was very dry, and the fries were overcooked. I do like crispy fries, but these were far beyond that. I assume the food issues were a kitchen mistake. On a positive note, the ambiance was nice, and our server was kind and attentive. She checked on us more than three times. My boyfriend is so kind and he didn't want to send the burger back.
