I paid some cheap, general "pest control" guy to deal with a wasp problem in our backyard. He took about 10 minutes, found a nest, and then took off. The wasps did not go away. Then we called Beehive Bee and Wasp Removal. When Ray showed up, I knew we were in good hands. He went to the trouble of looking for more than one nest. Ray found eight! He knew their hiding places. The wasps are now gone. Thanks Ray! Don't mess around with amateurs when it comes to wasps. Call the experts: The Beehive! read more

Ray did not show up when he said he would. Then hung up on me when I expressed my disappointment.

Ray was able to schedule us in his busy workload and completed the job efficiently in Sun Lakes.

I called them yesterday and Ray showed up early morning. He saw the hive and knew exactly what to do. He removed the beehive without a problem. The service was amazing and the cost was reasonable. For your beehive removal I highly recommend BeeHive Bee! 100% read more

After getting quotes from five other companies, I can confidently say that Ray from TBBWR was by far the most knowledgeable and professional. While others insisted on charging $200 just for an inspection--and some even demanded $400 first to exterminate the bees before doing any inspection ( which in turn was needed for the quote). Ray came out the same day, did the full inspection with the bees around and all, and didn't charge a cent for it. He used a camera system to look inside the walls, and drilled/sealed exploratory holes to ensure the quote covered all affected areas (very important to avoid those pesky surprise extra charges once the job started). He backed everything up with detailed photos of the inspection. Beyond that, Ray actually took the time to explain the entire process to me in a clear, honest way. Most of the other companies were vague or rushed (some quoted twice the amount without even climbing to the roof). Besides doing the removal, cleanup and patch work, what really set Ray apart was how thorough the job was. Unlike the other companies, he didn't just remove the hive. He also: 1.- Offered to replace pre-existing broken roof tiles at no extra charge 2.- Made time on a Saturday (next day) to fit my schedule and urgency 3.- Primed the interior wood, filled the cavity with insulation fiber, and sealed every crevice on the roof and exterior to prevent bees from coming back.. Most companies don't do these extra steps. As for pricing--TBBWR's quote was right in the middle, not the cheapest, but now I fully understand why. The quality of the work, the transparency, the flexibility and the peace of mind were absolutely worth it. This company is the real deal; professional, honest, and detail-oriented. I highly recommend them without hesitation. read more

They responded quickly to my service request. Very knowledgeable about bees and handled the removal of the hive effectively.

These guys are great! We called in the early morning about a hive being built in our backyard (inside an outdoor cat house of all places!) and they came promptly by 10am. The removal was quick and they sprayed the area thoroughly with a 90day guarantee. By late noon the remaining bees had completely left the area. I can't thank them enough for remediating a very stressful & dangerous situation. It was a great experience and a great value for the money. Don't hesitate to call! read more

After the initial service didn't remove them, Ray came out with his son and went above and beyond to take care of my bee issue. He used a camera to find where in our roof they had made a home in the least destructive way possible. He removed 80-100 POUNDS of honeycomb and honey and then put everything back together with a very proper repair to ensure they wouldn't come back and that my roof was in better condition when he left than when he started. It also came with a 2 year warranty against re-infestation and leaks. Very impressed. He even changed out a couple broken roof tiles for me while he was up there. If I ever have a friend with a bee issue, I wont hesitate to call these guys and ask for Ray! read more

We just had a return of bees to our house. A previous company came out and did a horrible as I found out today. They Didn't seal off our attic and didn't even remove the honey comb. Ray showed up within 20 minutes of my call and was very thorough in explaining to me why they came back and what options I had to get rid of the problem. I know nothing about bees so I greatly appreciated the info. I highly recommend The Beehive Bee and Wasp removal. Extremely fast response and friendly service. read more

Got an immediate call back but when the contractor, Ray, showed up he scoffed at using a direct access through my home, talked over me, mansplained adnauseum, even shocking my male renter, and quickly told me he didn't want the job. I tried to explain my cats could be placed into their enclosed cat house during the procedure but he cut me off and told me to hear him out. I no longer wanted to give this company my business due to how he was treating me, so I stayed quiet, thanked him and showed him to the door. After Ray leaving, my renter commented that he had been rude, bad at customer service, and crazy mansplained to me. My guess is that these companies use contractors, rather than employees, which is why he felt he could treat me this way and choose whether or not he would accept the work. It was a straight forward job but he just didn't want it. read more

You have bees? You don't know what to do? You call these guys. They answered my call and they came to take care of my bees the next day. It turned into a major problem and Ramon called me and updated me with progress of the removal and even sent me a video of the hive and honeycombs in my roof. I didn't have time for quotes and I felt like they price was fair for all the work that needed to be done. They get my vote for great service. read more

If I could give this company more than five stars, I would. Called this company this morning after having been referred to it by my daughter, whose boyfriend had used it a few times to remove nests that seem to like his yard. Long story that I won't go into, I was doing a bit of landscaping work, and I got stung three different times by wasps. My son came to check out where the nests were; determined they were in the ground in some of my bushes. (I didn't know wasps/hornets built nests in the ground.) I was told someone could be out within an hour. What??!! Great! Nick showed up in less than an hour. I explained the situation to him, and he quickly found the hive on the ground (picture attached.) He sprayed it with what must be some kind of wasp spray and they starting flying out. I was alarmed, but he said they just want to get away from the spray and wouldn't sting. GREAT! Good to hear! He then proceeded to spray some of the surrounding bushes in case they felt like relocating to any possible other nearby hive. And I asked, if I still see the wasps, will the company return at no charge. Yes. Good to hear! Very friendly, informative, and helpful. Make sure you knock down any other hives you see cause the nondead ones will just relocate, and you'll still have a problem. read more

The Beehive Bee and Wasp Removal - the hive. UGHHHH!! - Pest Control Near Me - Gilbert, Arizona

Services do not get any better than this. Called at 9am, arrived at 11, as promised. Tom explained the process, and took care of business with no hassle, BS or other nonsense. Bees had set up shop inside my outdoor fireplace, entering through a small gap around the gas line. Though they were generally well behaved, with Pool season approaching, need them to buzz off. Would highly recommend this business! read more

I went with Yelp reviews after a failed attempt at getting rid of wasps in my lantana in my backyard. The craigslist company showed up with raid and a blowtorch! I am so happy I found The Beehive. My call was answered and we discussed my bee and wasp situation. I also asked if I would be charged for every hive they found and was told "no way". The cost is reasonable and will take care of any and all bushes and areas. Tom showed up within 30 min and was so informative. He was professional and gave me solid information about my bees. I didn't want to kill them, just have them not be so concentrated in one area by the pool. He made sure to use repellant and took his time looking at all the bushes and palm trees. So professional and I highly recommend! read more

I knew I had an issue, but didn't know the extent until the wall was opened. Thanks to Chris and Jeff the issue was resolved and drywall replaced in less than 24 hours. Chris was thorough in his inspection and made sure I and my neighbors were not in any danger of being stung. He removed all of the honeycomb as well as the honey covering the studs and Cox cables. Jeff made sure the drywall was perfectly installed and leveled. Even though he had another job waiting for him he stayed to make sure my job was done right. Last but not least I was given a three year warranty for all of the work completed. If I have another issue at this house or another property, this company will be the first that I call. Great job, gentlemen! read more

Bee Hive was out in just over an hour after I called them. Prices seemed fair, and I thought the customer service was great. The specialist Chris assured me that the bees were being moved not killed and that was most important to me. Great company, and they offer a great warrantee also. read more

Outstanding is the word to describe the responsive service from the Beehive Bee and Wasp Removal company. Within three hours of my call, their expert bee wrangler, Ray, arrived and quickly dispatched the bees. He was thorough, efficient and very professional. Perhaps the best part of the service was Ray's sharing step-by-step the process he was using for removing the bees and assuring they would not return. My regular pest control service is excellent and made a valiant effort to get rid of my bee problem. When I determined that more effort was needed, thankfully Beehive Bee and Wasp Removal was available to provide expert bee wrangling help. Highly recommend Ray and the Beehive Bee and Wasp Removal service if you have a bee or wasp problem. Absolutely a five star service provider. read more

They were at my house a couple hours after I called. Sprayed. No more problems. That's all I need.

Beehive was a lifesaver to our family last week. We had a wasp nest on our second-floor eaves and wasps had started getting inside our home. I looked up bee removal and The Beehive had good reviews. When I called to schedule an appointment, I expecting to have to wait a week or so. I was pleasantly surprised to get an appointment within the hour. The technician, Ray, was very pleasant and professional. He was able to eradicate the wasp nest, he also went above and beyond and let us know that there was another nest on our common wall. I was able to contact my HOA and get that taken care of as well, without knowing about the other nest we would have still had the issue with the wasp. I would highly recommend using this company. read more

I had a great experience with this company. The owner gave me a decent quote over the phone and the best part- the price did not change when the techs came out to the house! I had a decent size bee hive with a large honeycomb about 10' up a tree. I did not want to kill the bees so the guys took the tree limb the honeycomb was on and relocated as many bees as they could to the bee farm. It's been two weeks and I have not seen any bees return to my yard. I would definitely recommend this company for bee removal. read more

Amazing customer service! I called and they told me they could be here within an hour and worked around my work schedule to actually come in the evening. Tom was fantastic and removed 4 wasp nests and got rid of many. I was still seeing a bit of activity and so when I reached out, Tom showed up the next morning and got everything taken care of no problem - I had no idea he was even here and he fixed everything and let me know. I've dealt with other pest control companies before and it was a NIGHTMARE but this place deserves all the stars for A+ customer service and promptness. Thanks Tom!!!! read more

We called Beehive Bee and they were at our house the next day! Great response! They educated us a bit on bees and told us we had scout bees investigating a possible new hive site but did not have a bees nest in our house. They sprayed a repellant, told us to give it a few days and if the bees continued to scout that we were to call them and they'd be back to re-treat the area at no cost. So for no more scouts!! Great service!!! read more

The Beehive crew are busy little bees. Kevin helped me through the entire process and reassured me the bees would not be harmed. A few hours after our phone call they arrived to perform the treatment(same day service). They were able to remove a bunch of bees called a "swarm" in a large box in a matter of minutes. It was a sight that one must see in their life for sure!! No one was stung and the bees are on their way to be relocated. read more

A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE!!! Don't call anyone else - you will be satisfied! We started getting a bee infestation this week, in all places, some woodpecker holes on our second story that were formed earlier. On our first call to the Beehive Kevin was very responsive, asked important questions to form an estimate - which was a very good range for not being on site. He said his team could be out to our property in 2-3 hours - which was great since my wife hates bees and would not be returning for about 4 hours. The team, Javier and Javier, arrived in less than 3 hours. They looked around the home and confirmed the estimate that it would be no more even though some minor holes were present with no bees - since they wanted to be sure the bees would not relocate. Javier even said they would paint the new stucco if we had the paint - which I quickly found! Both Javiers were friendly, knowledgeable and shared what they were doing along the way. While they were on the roof they even painted a couple previously patched woodpecker holes without my requesting - many thanks!! There were no hidden charges or fees and no upselling. They completed the job quickly and were on their way to a soon to be another completely satisfied customer like me. I will surely tell more people about The Beehive. I wish all companies were this straight forward, honest, with quality service and a great price! We are going to post this on Facebook too. Thanks Kevin, Javier and Javier! read more

Great service. No more bees! Fast friendly service and they did what they promised. I would use them again!

Kevin and Javier were awesome! We had a large honeycomb that was never removed from inside our soffits along the roof line. The honey had started to seep through the frame of a window below it. I had numerous questions and concerns and they were both able to answer professionally and explain clearly. They were prompt, courteous, and set proper expectations. I like that they warranty their work also. I would certainly recommend them! Thanks guys! read more

I called and tech promptly showed up within 1 hour. Was quoted $225 over the phone, but when tech showed up, he charged additional $50 to remove honeycomb (at my previous house honeycomb removal was part of the single quote), which I was surprised by the additional service charge. Total $275 with 3 month guarantee. Overall satisfied. read more

I'm totally disappointed with this company. I have a swam of bees that decided to make there home by our front door and I wanted them removed before my Grandchildren came to visit. I called up and the person who answered didn't seem too enthusiastic for my business. He didn't offer much information unless I asked questions to find out what the process was. I set up an appointment the next day and I was given a 2 hour window. I arranged my schedule around this window so that I could be available for them. The window came and went and no one showed up? I never received any phone calls stating that they would be late. I have managed a company for 17 years delivering and installing appliances and I know the importance of giving a customer a proper window and maintaining communications in case our people were running late or encountered a problem. I know things happen but its unprofessional not to communicate with the customers. I had to rearrange my schedule and luckily I called another company and they were at my house within 2 hours.. They did a Great Job and were very professional and courteous. And on one final note, when I called to cancel the appointment since they had been a no show, they just said ok and offered no explanations. Maybe it was good that they didn't do the work. Usually in my experience, when service like this happens at the beginning it usually indicates lack of customer service later on when issue come up. read more

Super awesome company. We had about 25-50 scouter bees getting ready for a hive to arrive in a hollow column in front of our house. They came in less than an hour and treated the whole area. Now there are 0 bees! They said we're lucky to catch it early before the queen arrived.
