Then told me it was my fault I couldn't come up with more money after I already gave her 2 times the amount she asked for. Then she blocked me from sending any new messages on Facebook. I was very excited for my lip filler appt with Denise, it was something I was looking forward to for maybe a little over a month because her schedule is so full but from seeing her work online I felt it'd be worth the wait. I came from Buckeye for my appt and had a wonderful experience they made me feel great, they made me feel beautiful and they understood my needs and made me laugh and were so easy to talk to, I had such a good time! Now, I like my end results and only had a few concerns for some folds/ bumps on my left side of the lip and reached out 2 weeks later and the following pics show how I was ghosted twice. When I thought I would be taken serious the second time I reached out I was ignored once again, and now it's been over a week and I have not heard anything.. I booked two appointments here. The first was a consultation as this would be my first experience with an injectable and I wanted to discuss before booking. I waited over 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment for this initial consultation which was frustrating but I understand things come up. I booked an actual session, and spent over 45 minutes waiting, at least 20 before anyone even spoke to me or acknowledged my presence. Then, once they were available- someone who came in after me (and after my scheduled appointment time) was then seen before me. Denise was very nice and discussed everything with me but that's it. I went in for dermaplaning and left with my face beyond red, broken out, more dried out and she cut my neck. I also texted her my products that I've been using to let her know and She never responded. The next two days it just kept getting worse and worse. My face just ended up so bad I had to go somewhere to get it to calm down. I have never had that happened to me. So I wouldn't recommend this place at all to anyone but I do recommend professionals to follow up with their patients/clients! read more
