First time coming to Derma Health for Botox with Sasha! The location is beautiful, clean and staff…read moreis very friendly. They offer a monthly Botox membership program I'll definitely be looking into soon.

Worst experience of my life! I had a care credit card and was going to use it. Then the girl told…read moreme they don't take care credit.she told me I could apply with Cherry (which is a horrible company). I did and I was approved for $4,000. Funny thing tho, they picked up an old address that hadn't lived at for over a year. So it comes time to pay and I had to pay $143.00 to Cherry. So I used my debit card. Well since they didn't have my address correct, my debit and credit cards wouldn't go thru. Now mind you, they got paid $2,300 from Cherry already! I was there for 1 hour for injectables and another hour trying to explain to the idiots at the front that they won't be able to take my payment for Cherry because cherry picked up an old address. I told them I would get back in contact with them when I spoke to Cherry on Monday. The process for changing an address with Cherry is sending them an email and then entering it. It takes a week to get into the system, I've never encountered an application for funds that didn't have you enter your name, current address, and social! Stupidity like you wouldn't believe with these two girls. The nurse was even dumber. I'm 68 years old and disabled. I left to go to my car and the nurse, I swear, came running after me and said I couldn't leave without paying Cherry the $143.00. I spent upwards of an hour trying to explain to this idiot that as long as Cherry has an incorrect address, none of my credit cards will go through. Honestly, I doubt that this girl is an RN. She's just too dumb for words. So I'm about to get in my car, when she comes running out with her phone and takes a photo of my license plate. Then she tells me I'm going to have to give her my license. I told her she was out of her mind if she thought I was going to drive back home without a license! Unbelievable. You would think this was the national deficit. Then two days later, I get a call from the police! U politely told them these people are out of their minds and that at best, this was a civil matter! I guess what is the icing on the cake, was that this "nurse" supposedly filled my forehead lines and the lines on top of my upper lip with Botox......not so much! The wrinkles on my forehead and my lip before are the same wrinkles that are here now. These people are nothing but common thieves! This business is a scam! They charge at least 30% higher for juvaderm than anyone else. Stay away from this business! They are crooks. Anyone that would like to see before and after photos to show that what I'm stating here is true, you may contact me thru Yelp. It only takes 1-3 days for Botox to take effect.

I decided to start writing reviews on places I love because more people need to know about great…read moreexperiences and not just the bad ones! I appreciate reviews so much. Leaving my home state of Washington I was nervous to get all new "people!" It takes a long time to trust someone 100% with your face! Today was my second time coming here. I saw Rory for my Botox and she nailed it the first time! I'm one of those "tight but not too tight and I want a little movement but not too much!" I was not expecting it to be perfect the first time around! Today, I saw Sarah for my facial and she was so lovely and knowledgeable. My skin was GLOWING!! Definitely recommend the hydro facial if you're wanting to start over with some fresh skin. Feels amazing! Bought some Obagi product that I love and was happy they sold it there, as it's my favorite skin care line. I go back next week for facial threading and can't wait! I highly recommend this place for all things skin and body. I signed up for their monthly VIP which will ensure I get my my monthly maintenance! It also offers many other perks which I found valuable to me. Additionally, the front staff is very friendly and welcoming! Highly recommend!

I asked about botox in the trapezius muscle (traptox) and he said "that's not a thing sweetie you need to see a physical therapist". I asked other questions with the same level of contempt. My non-palm friends, go elsewhere.

Charles was the first place I ever went 9 years ago for my first 'glow up'. He was in a different…read morelocation then. Since then I have gone to only one other place due to the fact that someone gave me a gift certificate to a dermatologist as a gift. I will NOT trust anyone else to come near my face for laser or a needle. Charles is honest about what should and should not be done. I go to Tara for Morpheus 8 , as I am not a young person anymore and I need help! I watched a TON of things on GloMed Spa's IG before doing this treatment last year, as well as You Tube videos. I do not want a mini face lift, yet.. I have done a ton to take care of my skin despite growing up on a beach which meant all the things one does when living in California on a beach! I was a runner; played beach volleyball and I even used babyoil and BURNED my skin once thinking that getting a 'base tan' , (I know!! GASP!!!!!), was the way to a good glow!!!!!! DO not do that! I learned through a family friend and physician after seeing her for the burn I suffered to NEVER DO THAT again! My point: I use sunscreen daily; drink tons of water and don't embide too frequently on things that are killers to your veins or capillaries, no smoking and a couple drinks of red wine a week, in other words. My point in this review isn't to lecture anyone but to let you know that in the eventual, we all may need a little help in terms of keeping our skin 'smooth' when we reach a certain age. I don't want a lot of help as I do want to age in a graceful manner but I do want some help in maintaining collagen. This office is amazing in giving education on what one needs and they have never guided me wrong. In terms of the Morpheus 8, I started last year with my treatments and was guided on what to expect. I was advised I would need 3 treatments and 1 or 2 following. I was also told to come in 45 minutes prior to be numb. After one of these treatments and a day -3 days of redness my skin started to glow. After the second treatment about 9 weeks later, my neck was tighter and my face had an ever more prominent glow. I didn't go in for the 3rd last year because I was involved with a major project out of town so I coupled it with a little pop of Botox in my frown line and a lip flip because for me, I don't want a inflated lip look. I came back this year and have done 2 with Tara. I read a review on here from someone who didn't do her homework.. clearly has no clue that if you are on other medications such as Ibuprofen or don't allow time for the numbing cream to take effect, you will feel the 'zap' of the laser and well, maybe you just aren't meant for the treatment. I for one, wear my AirPods because I am a child when it comes to the Morpheus and find it a bit daunting .. even after the fact I have had as many as I have had! It isn't as though laser/IPL/Morpheus 8 is a relaxing Zen spa treatment that is without a little uncomfortable moment or two. There are parts of the neck and face that have a lot of nerve endings and sting more than others. At times I have come in for a little zap of Botox and it's hurt more than other times due to the fact that I drank wine the night before ! We all have different pain tolerances at different times due to what may be going on in our bodies. That said.. I love Glo Med Spa and trust everyone here from the office staff; Charles; Tara; and Ewelina for facials. Oh and I also love that I can get Alle and Aspire points which add up :-)
