Awesome spot for a quick lunch, there's absolutely something for everyone here! Serving up breakfast all day, the home of Hudson Valley's best fried chicken sandwich is what will usually bring people in here. Our friend's love for the chicken sandwich is what got us here but what we ordered up was their vegan burrito. It was light, and perfect for a breakfast/lunch. But what stole the show for me were those extra crispy tots! I do wish the tofu in the burrito was more chorizo spiced, it was more on the blander side and the spinach was also pretty bland and ice cold. Other than that, I'm sure next time I order it will be the way it's meant to be exploding with flavors! Can't wait to try their waffles too. Lots of delicious items to choose from, maybe one day they'll do a fried mushroom spicy "chicken" sandwich! I'd totally be all over that :]

I've had the Falafel Sandwich/Wrap previously which was a large portion, so I opted to share the Breakfast Burrito this time - at $10 starting with a protein, tater tots, 3 scrambled eggs and cheese, I thought this was a great value. Toppings are additional - like beans, guac, peppers and onions, etc. - but the costs vary. We got the smoked turkey, guacamole, and pickled onions and had a very satisfying breakfast. Really delicious and value-forward, definitely worth visiting - but get there quickly before the line builds up!

I got the Italian combo = gas. And the Nash tots = also gas. There was a wide drink selection and the servers were so kind.

I have been to The Beacon Daily more than ten times in the last year. I really like their breakfast sandwiches as well as the waffles. Today I ordered the chorizo burrito and it didn't disappoint. My wife ordered the English muffin breakfast sandwich with ham and finished the whole thing and wanted to ask for more. The tots are also delicious

The food and atmosphere here were amazing and upbeat! The Original Chicken sandwich I had was one of the best I've had in so long (the ranch pimento sauce was 'chefs kiss') Definitely recommend getting the tots! Go there when you're hungry because the portions do not miss!

Yelp helped us find this Tucktaway little gem! Everything was hot, fresh and juicy! The chicken was fantastic and we would highly recommend anyone to stop by here. Restaurant was clean and welcoming.

Breakfast burrito with maple sausage and Virginia ham

First a weird thing to mention is there front door is like vacuum sealed to building, it was weird entering. Just funny thing to mention. So they great selection to choose from mostly lunch wise, where breakfast is bit smaller. I choose the breakfast burrito with maple sausage and Virginia ham. Loved they use fresh eggs over that carton stuff, do wish the eggs were seasoned though, also should got cheese added since it needed it, the tater tots were very crispy and lightly salted just right, both the sausage and ham, were cooked and grilled just right. Plus the tortilla wrap was pillowy soft, can't tell you how many places used dried ones over awesome places like that that warm them first. Now the mega Oreo rice crispy treat, was special and now I can say am fan of Oreo/rice crispy hybrids.

    Chicken Shawarma Sandwich ??
    James T.

Food was good, the staff were super friendly and nice, Ambiance is very chill. Just disappointed bc I thought I was getting a Chicken Shawarma on pita. It was listed under sandwich's, my receipt says Chicken Shawarma, but what I got was chicken on a spinach salad and no pita. This was before any sort of Breakfast/Lunch rush. Mistakes do happen, but I'm disappointed nonetheless as this was my first experience here and with the Shawarma. The actual sandwich's looked good so I'll probably give this place another shot, though.

Ambiance was amazing! Food was amazing! Kind staff & great little stand-alone spot. Loved our breakfast! Waffle, chopped cheese & the breakfast bowl were delicious.

The best breakfast sandwiches ever! Come here for a goey, fluffy English muffin and build your own sandwich. It's so dang good. Pro tip: order a side of their chipotle ranch for extra dipping. This is a casual spot where you order at the counter, pick up at the counter, seat yourself, and everything is served to go. It's perfect for a quick, casual but delicious breakfast.

There's cucumber and tomato salad, there's sausage, there's olives, there's bread, there's butter with honey, tahini with molasses, jam, and there's eggs. My friends and I got the kofta platter and Turkish breakfast with the menemen, which was this interesting tomato and egg dish that was very soft and mildly sweet. The kofta beef meatballs were nice and savory, perfectly paired with the rice and salad. The Turkish breakfast is primarily a lot of cheeses with sauces and small bites with a bread basket - would only recommend if you like different kinds of cheeses and since it is very light on its own it would prob be best to order something in addition to it. My friends and I also tried the salep tea which was this traditional Turkish drink that is very thick and creamy, has a very unique texture with a sweet flavor and cinnamon garnish.

But when I want to have an elevated experience with a nod to fine dining, this is my go-to. I always bring friends from out of town here and everyone is impressed. The bartenders make the best martinis and Manhattans you'll find, along with a seasonal cocktail menu that features something for everyone, including mocktails. When I don't want a full dining experience but the hubs and I have a babysitter, we like to sit at the bar for martinis and oysters - SO FRESH! If you don't do oysters, anything on the appetizers list is a wonderful light bite. I don't know what kind of magic the chef uses to make the salads but they are always simple, yet stunning. For dinner, the steak is hard to pass up if you eat red meat. I usually get the single serving NY strip, which is incredible. You can't go wrong. I'm excited to try the porterhouse for 2. My mollusk loving friend raved about the mussels and the fish selection is fantastic. I'm not a big dessert person, but splitting any of the desserts is a treat. Alternatively, the digestif selection doesn't disappoint. The bartenders and bar manager, Nick, are helpful in guiding your taste buds to the right choice. Bud, the owner, whose previous establishments can be read about in some respectfully placed articles around the restaurant, is always accommodating for the busiest place in town. It's nearly impossible to get a seat on Friday and Saturday nights from 6-9, but he will be honest and create a space at one of the little side bar areas if he can. The ambiance is sexy and sophisticated with a touch of whimsy. The toilet paper holder in the restroom always makes me smile (IYKYK). Having been to this restaurant many times, you'll start to see familiar faces as there is now a strong regular crowd. The community and connections that I've found while at Lyonshare have enhanced my experience of living in Beacon. Oh, last thing - brunch is a can't miss, must do culinary event.

We shared a bottle of Madonna Dell Donno Barolo wine which was probably not the best choice for the sea bass but was an outstanding match for the lamb ragu. The cocktails and dessert were also perfectly done!

He will fill you with his wealth of knowledge of Sri Lankan food as well as how his food is pure and wholesome. Food was very good. I had Sri Lankan rice entree specialty dish. Except for the the shrimp tasting like dried shrimp - which I hate with a passion the rest of the dish was pretty good. No complaints from my other guests who enjoyed their meals. The dessert was great. They have both vegetarian (including goat, beef, pork, shrimp, squid, and chicken) and non-vegetarian options. It fell short of five stars for two reasons: 1. the dried shrimp or dried fish taste in the dish (shimp, calamari, and chicken); and 2. the moderately high prices (I can only compare to prices at Indian restaurants in the city, and what people are typically paying for the same portion size at casual sit down restaurants) Since we don't frequent this location often it is a treat to stop by every once in awhile and introduce my friends to it. If you are on a budget and consume large volumes of food to be full, this is most likely a one off or a place you may want to skip. Otherwise, enjoy it. On premise parking lot and seems ADA compliant. It looks like it is in a house, but inside it is comfortable and casual. It appears there is allot more local customers than visitors from out of town. The interior plays tourist information on Sri Lanka while the interior is also decorated in culturally appropriate ascents. We were there on a Saturday for dinner and the space was fairly empty - perhaps two other tables occupied. It is in sort of a remote area outside the main drag of Beacon most are familiar with (not within reasonable walking distance). It's worth a try, especially if you are interested in healthier forms of food (ingredients).
