I opened up an old box I found in the closet and there were my watches. They truly brought back so many memories when I found them. Each one has a very special meaning from a special period in my life. Over the last month I decided to start wearing my watches again. I took the one that is the most important to me to Batteries Plus, for new life. I was so pleased with the value, friendly service and efficiency that I've taken my other watches in too. Now I wear a timepiece just about every day and I don't have to grab my phone out of my pocket for the time anymore. It really is nice to just turn your wrist over for the time of day. It was a weekend and they can only program keys on M-F. He then proceeded to cut the 3 keys after waiting for 3 hours. It was only $33, but for 3 hours?? Funny because they asked me to review my service 3 times, on the 3rd time I gave them this horrible review....don't ask over and over if the customer doesn't respond!

Battery doesn't retain power for more than 3 days so charge fully before using.

No reply at all. I asked again. No reply at all. Their website is still up, so they're still in business. Me being able to see a woman install a battery which I know is not a big deal but for me it is because I'm use to always seeing Men care to this type of service. This is the second time this week. I've actually gone to a place and had assistance from a woman when I typically think that this job growing up it's a guy job. I came the other day to replace my floor mat on the driver side. They don't have just single mats,…read morejust 4 mats. They didn't have black, which matches my existing mats. So I got the grey 4 pack mats for $20.00 I also got a seat cover too. Just a basic black seat cover for the driver side. Check out was quick and easy. The lady that helped me was so southernly polite. Coming from the north, this always makes a huge impact on me. In fact when I walked out of the store, I said, "I friggin love Texas!" When I got to my car I put the grey floor mat under my black floor mat. My floor mat has a small hole, so I just wanted some protection to the floor of my car. The other 3 mats are in the trunk. If you need 3 grey mats, let me know. The seat cover is t fitting. It's just literally a cover that lays on top of your seat as if it were a beach towel. There are not straps to hold it in place where the seat meets the back, in that crease. And the only straps are at the bottom, but what can they tie to? I immediately went back to return the seat cover. I explained that they didn't work. And she gave me a refund for the seat. Super quick process. She didn't even need my credit card that I used. Again that southern charm, and I just smiled and returned the sentiment back to her, again, walked out and said, I f*#king LOVE TEXAS. The second F-word was more of a term of measurement.
