We tried everything to fix it - the job was too big to use rollers and we needed the sprayer to finish on time. We said oh no! what are we going to do??? My brother had his sprayer fixed by EAH in Round Rock last time this happened but he had to wait for three weeks for it to be fixed and it cost too much money. It was 1 pm in the afternoon and we went to Sherwin Williams to ask if they know anybody who can fix it fast. They told us go to TRS - Ted's Repair Service because it is nearby here in Austin and they said maybe Ted can help us. Erica is the office lady at TRS and she is very nice. She told us they have alot of repair customers and can't fix it for one or two weeks. OH NO!!!!!!! :-( We told Erica that we really needed it fixed today. She said she wants to help us and she asked if we could pay a little more for them to fix it today. We said YES! PLEASE! we need it fixed FAST so we can finish the job! She told us don't worry Ted will help us and she will call me after Ted looks at it. We were still worried that she would not call us and we will not finish painting on time but she was right we did not have to worry. She called us like 20 minutes after we dropped off the paint sprayer and told us that Ted can fix it and how much it will cost.. The repair was the same thing that EAH did last time and my brother thinks that EAH charged too much and probably didn't fix it right. Even though we paid more money to get it fixed faster at TRS they were STILL cheaper than EAH and they fixed it in 3 hours instead of 3 weeks. Erica called us back again like one hour later and said to come get the paint sprayer because Ted finished the repairs and it is ready. My brother very happy because we finished painting the house on time and the owners liked our paint job and they were happy too. We want to tell all of the painters if they don't know where to take their paint sprayers. You should take your sprayer to Ted's Repair Service. They are cheap. They are fast. They are nice and they helped us BIG TIME. They are in Austin if you are in Austin. Even if you are in Round Rock, you should go to Ted's Repair Service because they are the best.

We recently moved to our new house and had a 60" Plasma along with a 40" LCD TV installed using…read moremounts in the living room and master bedroom respectively. Andrew is a true professional and did a fantastic job installing both of the mounts! The 60" Plasma was mounted on a swivel/tilting mount that allowed for a full range of motion, and Andrew was able to install it without any issues at all. Andrew is a perfectionist, and it is evident in his work. He made sure we were happy with the installation and did whatever necessary to make sure the job was nothing short of flawless. I would give him my highest recommendation, and we'll be giving him a call when we're ready to get surround-sound installed in our home.

I quickly fished it out of the water, dry it off and take it out of its Morphie case. Images fade, vertical lines appear, after about 20 minutes total shut down. I head off to my next meeting, thinking i'll bury it in rice when I get home. No rice at home. Head over to the Apple repair place on 2nd Street--they aren't promising, say they will send it out, it will take at least 6 days. They recommend going to the Apple store and buying another six. Evening two. Bury dead phone in rice. Look on the internet for other solutions. Lots of advice. The rice was one of the suggestions--might have saved me that I executed that step. Miphone doctor pops up on Google search. Impressed with their SEO strategies. Make an appointment. Take iphone six to the Mi Phone Doctor Oak Hill location which isn't too far from downtown. Easy to find. This is a brand new location. Owner was there-Ben Kinder. Super nice. Knowledgable. Took phone. Said he would do what he could. He uses a process not unlike jewelry cleaning where they actually sonic clean the copper wires. Thought it would take a couple of days. He seemed like an honest and reputable businessman. I left the phone. He called several hours later saying that the new store wasn't that busy and he was able to jump into fixing my phone and that it wasn't too bad. He replaced the camera, the port and dried it out and cleaned it up and that he thought it would be good to go They ran some diagnostics and everything looked great. I am a happy camper since i leave town day after tomorrow and will have my phone, I didn't have to buy another iphone six and I didn't have to exercise my last insurance chit with AT&T. I will definitely use them again (hope I don't need to but I am a bit accident prone!) and will recommend them to all my friends including you new Yelping friend. Good luck. The process of getting our old machines sent back, new machines delivered, and set up was so easy! We rarely place service calls for malfunction issues. The Ricoh/Lanier units have not physically malfunctioned yet and we have had them for 2 years. We use Macs in our office and only once we had a software/driver malfunction that was quickly resolved by our tech. When we do place service calls it is in regards to instructions for users or trouble shooting specific paper settings or print jobs. Bobby our tech is very patient with us and always timely addresses our questions. Our old Xerox machines were terrible and required service every month and still had no improvements after the services and software updates etc... Our old company also had a (not hidden but extremely tiny fine print) price increase of up to 12% annually on their lease agreement which they increasingly applied each year into our 5 year agreement in addition to pricey print overages paid quarterly. Ralph, our sales contact at Knight in Austin, TX was great at customizing a contract that works for us. We knew what we needed, asked for it, and Ralph made it happen. Service and copier supplies are all included. We know exactly what to expect each month and our counts are accurately estimated. We also had many specific requests that they were able to accommodate in our new contract. Ralph told me from the very beginning that Knight was the best and I did not believe him. After spending much time researching 4-5 additional copier companies, I finally came to the same conclusion and we have never looked back! I fully recommend giving Knight Office Solutions a try.

I brought my mac in to be repaired and was told it would take 3-5 days to fix it…read more After a week went by and I hadn't heard anything from them I called to ask for an update and they said they had to send it out and that it would be another week... they never called to warn me it was going to take longer and I had no choice but to wait since they had already sent my computer away. When I first gave them my computer I asked if they had any loaner one's I could use/rent and they told me they didn't offer them. When I called to check and they told me it would be another week they offered to give me a loaner, I explained I had asked from that at the start and inquired why they didn't extend the offer then they said it was because they aren't good loaners so they just say they don't have them.... I feel like for a company who makes a living repairing people's computers they would be more understanding of the fact that someone cannot go for 2 weeks without a computer.... I ended up having to buy another computer cause I couldn't wait two weeks and then still had the expense of them fixing it. To their credit the computer is back in working order... but they were unable to save any of the data from my computer (it had water damage). Really disappointed by their customer service and lack of communication.
