5 star service all the way! I've been to this restaurant…read moremany times now, at least 6 or 7 times. Plus picked up takeout countless times from Nee Hao. I don't think that I've had a single menu item that I did not like. My two favorite things are the "Steve Roll" which is a fried sushi roll, and the "Walnut Shrimp" I also love the combination Lo Mein, abd the spring rolls. Every time I place an order, we inevitably get at least one of these items I just mentioned. The service is always great as well. They are always very polite and friendly whether we are dining in, or just picking up a takeout order. The portions are quite large in my opinion. I've been to Chinese places that did have larger portions, but the food wasn't nearly as good. Here the food is awesome AND the portions are above average in my opinion. I ALWAYS have leftovers for lunch the next day.

Nee Hao just so happened to be along the route as I was headed to my hotel. I submitted an order…read moreonline, and it was ready when I arrived. I ordered a lot, so the bag was packed tightly with several knots. Since I was super hungry, I pulled out the sushi in the car. My spicy tuna roll was made with absolutely zero spice. Bummer. I enjoyed the ragoons though. I finally made it to my hotel, showered, put on pajamas, and was ready to eat the rest of my order. No fork. No chopsticks. Ugh. My hotel didn't have a restaurant so I exhaustedly had to determine how bad I wanted to eat dinner at all. I ate two or three pieces of the General Tsos Shrimp like it was finger food. The pieces of shrimp were large, but the entire dish (shrimp and broccoli) sat in a container filled with liquid/sauce. I prefer crispier pieces, but they were all soft because the food was swimming. Ugh. Since the rice didn't look too appetizing and I didn't have utensils anyway, I tossed it all. A little extra care to make the spicy tuna spicy, drain the dish before packing it, and adding utensils would have changed my entire experience.
