Service was excellent and our waitress was great. Food was ok, we were told all their seafood is locally sourced. My husband had the fried fish and said he enjoyed it. I had the cheeseburger, it was very greasy and lacked seasoning on the patty. The bun was jalapeño cheddar and it was good. The fries were also really good. I don't know that I would come back, we had no issues, but also nothing that wowed us to want to come again. So good! This is my favorite new traveling stop from Houston to Arkansas. So yummy! And Mike and the sweet girl working (didn't catch her name) even better! Latte Kaffe: small dining area with a larger room for large parties. Interior is nice. Something new to me: instead of bread or chips to start with we got a slice of cold, ripe watermelon. I got the chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes, white gravy, toast and a salad. It's hard to go wrong with chicken fried steak. I thought everything was pretty good. My wife got crab cakes with corn maque choux. It tasted just as good as it looked. It was 3 in our party and the bill was $46.00 not including the tip. Large menu with breakfast served all day (according to the sign). I would recommend this place and I'll probably return to try more on the menu. read more

This spot is a little isolated from the rest of Minden, but it's a worth a visit. It has the feel of a diner from the 21st century. They make an etouffe that is just a little spicy but also velvety smooth. We had a very pleasant waitress which was icing on the cake (no we did not try the cake, but it looked good). read more

A nice small set up! The staff were super friendly and conversed with us. They had their lobby opens , one of the few places while this virus is in motion. There was only one other person there but looked as a regular costumer. They have fresh baked pies and cakes! I chose apple and a cup of coffee and my husband enjoyed a sandwich. We had gotten boiled crawfish from this other place in minden that that were awful and that's what they are known for! A couple weeks later since we weren't satisfied with those we decided to try Latte Kaffe and we were amazed at how good they were. They peeled very easily they were seasoned perfectly and were so much cleaner than the other place! read more
