I'm so grateful that Yelp led us here! Fleur Deli is located inside of BonTemps gas station right off of Hwy20 and is definitely NOT your average gas station food! They have a good selection of burgers, sandwiches, wrap & po'boys to choose from along with sides. They also have a counter with some house made ready to go food. I even saw a big pot of gumbo. I got a TURKEY BLT with no cheese. It comes on a fresh jalapeño cheddar bread that was not spicy - just very good. The turkey was shaved turkey with a healthy topping of bacon & lettuce. The BLT spread seems like a mayo spread with chopped bacon, tomato, & herbs. It was really light and good. My husband loved his SHRIMP PO BOY. He said the breading on the shrimp was delicious & bread was good. Our only regret was not getting fries or onion rings to try. There are several tables to eat inside and a couple right out front. There appeared to be several locals coming in to pick up food while I was waiting about 10-15 minutes for our food. Located in a gas station convenience store right off of the highway. Counter service only. Dine-in or take-out is available. For those who choose to dine in, there are a mere ten tables and a few high tops, but in a small town like this, it's probably ample seating. The fare was passable. Got the Fire burger and sweet potato fries. 90% of the food was good. Fried were on point and good sweet potato fries are hard to do. They buns they used are some of the best around. The true disappointment here is the meat. The patties are preformed frozen patties and are precooked and sitting in a warmer. Dried out and overcooked to say the least. Such a shame to cut corners on the most critical part. Service was fast since it was precooked. Change the burger patty and this place is 5 stars. read more

I was a little hesitant to eat here as it's in a gas station and where I'm from eating at a gas station is the best was to get food poisoning or the Hershey squirts but I was hungry and I love trying new places. We got the Chicken & shrimp Gumbo and a shrimp po-boy. The Gumbo was great and they give you a good amount for $7.50 and that comes with 2 hunks of corn bread. Best cheeseburger around according to my husband. This coming from a man that says if he only had one food to eat for the rest of his life it would be cheeseburgers. The bun is a jalapeño cheese bun and the patty is large but not too thick - just right. I usually get the chicken wrap with honey mustard and can make two meals of it. Onion rings are good but greasy. Have had the Breezy, gumbo and breakfast biscuits and all is very good. They have around ten tables for dining. Yes inside the gas station convenience store Valero. We saw everyone had posted good ratings. My daughters philly cheese sandwich was overloaded with mayo and grease. My husbands red beans and rice were watery. Being fromNew Oreans we know what good red beans and rice taste like. Mexican cornbread was good. I had the twisted chicken sandwich with no bun which was 499 with no bun. When ticket run after eating was charged 799 for twisted chicken. Sandwich was ok. Sandwich with bun is 6.99. Kid would only give me $2.00 back and not the $3. Was tired of trying to get it fixed.
