We accidently found this place...well worth the stop. They advertise the best burgers in town, but I think they make the best burgers in North Louisiana. The place is quaint and the staff is great. They serve coffees, teas, specialty drinks...just about everything you could ask for.

Enjoyed my coffee here. Downtown area needed this place. My Frappe was delicious and my cup of gumbo was full of meat. Atmosphere is cute and cozy with separate rooms to pick from so you can study or visit with friends. Looking forward to returning to try different things.

If you call to ask for the hours, the machine will redirect you to a number that doesn't work. Other than that, I had a completely positive experience with the staff and the king cake latte with extra espresso they brewed for me.

I love how quaint this place is, and how prompt the service is. The staff is super friendly and they make the best caramel Cappuccino's.

I'm so grateful that Yelp led us here!…read more Fleur Deli is located inside of BonTemps gas station right off of Hwy20 and is definitely NOT your average gas station food! They have a good selection of burgers, sandwiches, wrap & po'boys to choose from along with sides. They also have a counter with some house made ready to go food. I even saw a big pot of gumbo. I got a TURKEY BLT with no cheese. It comes on a fresh jalapeño cheddar bread that was not spicy - just very good. The turkey was shaved turkey with a healthy topping of bacon & lettuce. The BLT spread seems like a mayo spread with chopped bacon, tomato, & herbs. It was really light and good. My husband loved his SHRIMP PO BOY. He said the breading on the shrimp was delicious & bread was good. Our only regret was not getting fries or onion rings to try. There are several tables to eat inside and a couple right out front. There appeared to be several locals coming in to pick up food while I was waiting about 10-15 minutes for our food. I would highly recommend stopping here to eat vs your average gas station or fast food.

The PoBoy was nice size and full of popcorn shrimp. The bun was decent. For a quick bite right off the road I will say that the seating area was very comfortable and very clean. It was a nice surprise and a change for fast food chains.

Edit - Went back again the very nect day and added fries. Super good.
