This place is so AWESOME we came here two mornings in a row. JP even remembered our names. Ordered hot mocha the 1st morning and JP remembered what we ordered the 2nd morning. We also ordered these breakfast rolls stuffed with all kinds of good stuff... I wish I remembered the name but picture attached to this review. first time coming here today! it was super cute inside and all decorated for christmas. it was busy but my order was taken immediately and only took a few minutes to come out! service was great. i ordered a seasonal flavor for my latte. this latte is incredible! it is a little pricey which makes this a treat every now and then, but i totally understand for small businesses. can't wait to come back! read more

I like to support local and since this spot is on my way to work, I use their drive thru, but they do have inside seating. They have tasty seasonal coffees. I like the hot coffees but my kids like the iced. The service is quick and friendly. read more

Took 2 stars off because customer service was horrible. I came in for the first time and was not greeted. I stood at the counter waiting to be acknowledged or at least get a "hi, sorry. We will be right with you" but instead the 3 employees continued on as if I wasn't there. I waited probably 3 minutes to be to finally be acknowledged and have my order taken. The coffee was good which is why I will be back but management should probably give the employees a refresher on how greeting a customer upon entry is highly important especially if they want people to come back. On another day I would've just left if I wasn't acknowledged or greeted within a couple seconds. Also to note, if you use your credit or debit card they charge you an additional 4% to the total. The coffee is super strong. I like my coffee strong but this espresso took me a few sips to settle my palette down. Wowza. Staff was super friendly and even remembered my name later to ask if I needed more help. Wowza again! The more the merrier. It's true mostly when we are talking about coffee shops. Coffee on the Red is a great addition to the Bossier community. I love the atmosphere they have created here. It's cozy and modern, everything you need and want when sipping espresso and using free wifi. They have also created a great experience in the drive thru. The menu included a standard coffee shop sips and bites; muffins, lattes, cold brew. In addition to these classics they have a lot of syrups on hand to make any kind of flavored drink. It is that fake syrup, so if you don't like that, don't get a flavored drink. Their specialty is something called a Red Wave. It has coffee in it but you wouldn't believe it, because all it really tastes like is the milk in a bowl of Fruity Pebbles. My personal order upon every visit was a standard cappuccino with a healthy dose of cinnamon powder sprinkles on top. They are foam wizards! Hats off to the barista skillz. read more

The service here is wonderful! I come in often to study and I am amazed at how kind the staff are. Whether it's just bringing me a cup of water and a straw when I didn't ask, or making fun latte art, they work well together and treat customers well. Really good service. My first experiences here weren't great. The coffee had a really strong after taste and even the sweet coffees were bitter. Don't know if the house blend was changed or if they got new machines, but the coffee drastically improved. If you tried it before and weren't sure, I recommend going again now! The only complaint I have is that they don't have a lot of food options and the variety isn't great. If they had more options to get coffee and a solid breakfast/lunch, I feel like it would make this the perfect local coffee shop. read more
