Awesome place to stop by when in the area. We were driving across country and this was on my list to grab some coffee in the morning before starting the day of driving. The staff were super friendly, they open earlier than most places around the area, there is a drive thru as well. We stepped inside and it was cozy. PJ's coffee is delicious. I love the flavor. My orders are always . The service is always excellent. My only thing is that there is a charge for every flavor/pump. I ordered a basic coffee with a few flavors that ended up being the price of one of the premium items. Business is business but my goodness. I'll definitely be back and I recommend, however PJs is for the "fru fru" extra crowd, not the basic coffee people. read more

Just driving through Louisiana and really enjoyed this coffee shop. Reece was very friendly and made us some tasty beignet's. I give her 5 stars! There is plenty of seating and plenty coffee options. I only gave it 4 stars because I felt the coffee was a bit weak for my taste BUT it does hav a nice flavor. If you find yourself in Bossier city it's worth the 1 mile drive off the highway. A great coffee place! Coffee tastes great, the vibes/ atmosphere are shill and relaxing, there is lower light for comfort or if you are sensitive to it, clean bathrooms, and a nice amount of outlets. The staff is super nice, and the New Orleans aesthetic is charming, but not gaudy. There are also wide isles/ walkways for easy accessibility if needed. A really nice chain coffee shop. Praline is one of my favorite flavors and is a seasonal drink at Starbucks, so when I saw a praline & cream latte, I jumped on this. It's absolutely delicious and I've been back several times since. The staff is very nice and courteous. They also have a loyalty program where you earn stars with each purchase. The stars can be used to redeem food and beverage items for free. read more

This place is AMAZING!!! I went in for the first time today and the staff was awesome! A nice lady there was very knowledgeable of their menu and popular items and even let me sample something I was unsure of. I got a regular granita, kind of like a frappucino, and let me just tell y'all, I will NEVER go to starbucks again after going to this place!! In my opinion, starbucks tastes very very artificial, but this place, especially being a Louisiana coffee shop, tastes SO SO GOOD. Forget Starbucks, this place even tops Rhino. Love it! read more

Very underwhelmed and disappointed with this PJs location. For starters, they Don't have flavored cold brews like many of the other locations. (Southern pecan, pralines and cream, French vanilla etc.) syrup in a coffee is not the same as a bag of PJs southern pecan coffee that's been ground on coarse and dripped for a cold brew. Second, they made an iced americano wrong, and said it was right because the drink is normally made hot... it had milk in it, never had an iced americano like that. even after the remake, the drink was not tasting strong and good like Many of the other PJ's franchises. It may have been a bean issue, but the barista was not pleased to remake my drink. Very sad. read more

I am very disappointed in PJs...on the morning of November 3, 2020, at the Bossier City, LA PJs...I had a free drink from points I had accumulated. A worker, I believe her name was Taylor, checked me out, and I informed her I would like to use the points the next time I came. I come today, at a time when I am trying to conserve money to go out of town this weekend, and found out I only had 10 points, which appears to show that the worker used my free drink for my order I HAD PAID FOR eight days earlier. It should be added this is not the first time I have had an issue with not getting PJs points. There was an incident in 2018 in Metairie where I was unable to get the points due to the register being down. I am very disappointed in PJs, and I am not sure I am going to go to PJs ever again. read more

I went to PJ's for the first time and was greeted by a charismatic barista. I believed his name was Drew. He provided great customer service. He sold sold me on the Granita. He also told me how good the Salted Caramel Cookie he was and he didn't lie! Both the drink and cookie was delicious! The manager was also nice too! Absolutely the best coffee shop in the Shreveport Bossier area. Super friendly staff and they are very helpful. My go to is the Protein Vanilla Velvet ice and my daughter loves the Caramel Granita.
