This is my first time going to Love's, which had a casino. I did not check it out. I went in and used the restroom while my husband pumped gas. The restroom was super clean, like it was just cleaned. It still had fresh garbage bags. The sink and stalls were opposite of the way they normally are. Stalls were a green color as well. They did have some suspicious people chilling by the front door. The mechanics at this location suck. You will wait five hours why they sit around playing on their phones. They don't put any effort into the job and half ass it with sub par service. You would be better off just doing the work yourself. read more

Truck stop is fairly nice with it being in Louisiana you already can expect slot machines at the loves truck stops in this state, the employees were pretty cool and professional and the showers are clean and fresh like most love's truck stop. read more

Whenever we travel we like to stop at loves because they have never let us down. In this particular store not only were the bathrooms filthy but the restaurant next-door which was Arby's was out of everything, anything we asked for they were out of, that's a first. But we finally ordered, not what we wanted, in fact I ordered a gyro and it came on a tortilla and the girl said that's how they do it now. We proceeded to sit down. We were stopped and told that the dining room was closed. As we sat there and waited on our food I heard the manager tell the cashier that we cannot close the dining room because the company wants it open until they close. I thought that the young lady would then tell us you can sit in the dining room but she said nothing. It wasn't late so I didn't understand why we couldn't sit there. Apparently she didn't want to clean it. I guess the manager didn't want to speak up for fear of her employee getting mad maybe? To be fair we stopped at another loves before we made it home to Alabama and it was clean and nice. read more

At 12:16pm today I left frustrated after I asked two woman working today at the counter if they had more coffee lids and they told me no and shrugged it off, meanwhile several of us were over there filling large cups of coffee. Enough people that a new batch was likely needed again. I mentioned it to one more woman before leaving. None of the 3 customer service folks seemed to give two rats asses. My point has nothing to do with not being able to get something while in there. My point is that not a single person cared, and they clearly knew what the issue was besides having zero real creamer. Yet there wasn't so much as a sign taped up somewhere saying "out of coffee lids". Effectively wasting tons of resources, people's time, and energy. Sometimes the tiny things do matter because it relates to something completely different yet people comfortable in their jobs and having employment take things for granted and therefor waste tons of company supplies. The situation was completely unnecessary. Normally I love Loves. I stop in to them all over the country. This one...no thank you. read more

As far as loves goes this is one of the better ones. Not hard to get in and out of , good sized truck parking , and it's pretty clean. Arby's is ok , but a nice restaurant/ dinner would be better. read more

While on a trip from TX - MN, my mom lost her wallet, she stopped for gas here with the intention of me paying over the phone. I spoke to Kevin, who refused to budge of their corporate policy even though I was willing to provide DL # and last 4 of Social as well as photos of myself and my credentials. He said they would not take any payments over the phone and that I could plead with their customer service 800 number. Love's lost me as a customer for refusing to help a 34 yr Air Force Veteran who lost her wallet in MO on the way to see her son. And over Memorial Day weekend, no loss! read more
