Located in Unionville pretty close to the Farmington River, this adorable coffee shop will provide you the fuel before or after your walk. They offer lunch, breakfast and coffee options. They have a spacious interior as well as a few tables outside. Their large menu of coffee, teas and energy drinks was intriguing. I had to get the Peeps Latte when I saw it listed on their Specials menu. It was ready quickly. This was adorable looking, it had three colorful peeps sitting on top of the marshmallow cold foam. This vanilla based latte, was equally tasty as it was looking. After my pick me up, I picked myself up and went for a walk, the trial is really intended for cyclists, but we made do. I had a disappointing experience here that future customers should be aware of. When I spoke with…read morea staff member, she consistently avoided eye contact, which came across as dismissive and unprofessional. This set an uncomfortable tone for the entire interaction. To make matters worse, the food I received wasn't the same as what I had ordered previously, and there seemed to be confusion about who handled the original order. I feel like the subsequent orders I placed were not as good as the first order when the "particular staff" who took the order was not aware who was placing the order. I feel there is a racial undertone here but can't say it outright to the staff because of plausible deniability. The lack of attention to detail and the inattentive service made me feel overlooked as a customer. Customers deserve clear communication, basic respect, and accuracy with their orders. Unfortunately, my experience fell short in all these areas. I hope the management takes steps to improve because these issues directly affect trust and satisfaction. Needless to say, I won't be coming back. There are a lot of cafes in the area. Too bad though because this is the closest establishment to our place.

The cookies were not only beautifully done but also incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious. When I arrived to pick up the order, I was instantly welcomed by the most amazing aroma filling the bakery. it smelled so good, I wanted to try one of everything! You can tell everything is made fresh with care and quality ingredients. Allison was great to work with, and I truly appreciated the attention to detail and friendly service. I'll definitely be back to visit the bakery again soon!

They have plenty of seating, some upholstered furniture and we saw a few Friday morning telecommuters working on their laptops and sipping their coffees. Our order was a Chai Latte and a Cold Brew - each was $5. The pours were very large, and I swear that my cold brew was the very best I've ever had. I love coffee, drinking it hot or cold, and what I had here is in my all-time Top Five Percent. It was that good. I had a sip of my wife's Chai Latte and thought it was excellent as well. What really impressed me were the flavors of both drinks- not overpowering, but strong enough to appreciate them. The Coffee Guy has it all - specialty coffees, matcha, chai, espresso drinks, and pastries and sweet treats to pair with your coffee cup. They did have some tables and chairs outside, and it was a pleasant day to sit outside. Their milk is sourced from Arethusa Farms, one of the best, if not THE BEST local dairy resources. Their menu is large with coffee, tea, refreshers, including pastries, breakfast and lunch options. On this trip we got coffees. I got Nova's Nutella Latte, the others got a mocha and Kiwi, Mint & Lemongrass refresher. These were all very pricey, I was a bit taken aback. Each drink was between $9.00 and $10.00. Maybe it's because of the locally sourced milk, I can't think of another reason. My Nutella Latte was very chocholatey and very tasty, but my cup was also filled with ice all the way to the top. The refresher was very sweet, but a unique combo of flavors and pretty refreshing. The mocha was solid.
