We love this place!! We stop here everytime we are in the area and never disappoints. Tim is a fantastic bartender and the food is always on point. The moment I stepped in to this place I thought I was in Ireland. The decor and atmosphere are very realistic. The menu has a great selection of Irish and local favorites. We had 2 hostesses get our table ready (party of six) and they made sure we were all comfortable. All the adults had fish and chips so I can't comment on different entree's. Went to Auld Triangle to watch the US Bosnia game on Wednesday. Vibe was electric! They are doing a great job with the World Cup watch parties. Got a cider and Guinness along with bangers and chips to start. The sausage was deliciously seasoned. For dinner we got the Irish breakfast and turkey pasty. Irish breakfast had a lot of variety. The potatoes were too greasy but everything else was good. Got the Irish coffee with cream liqueur which was amazing. Service was great especially since the place was packed. Very good shepherds pie: corn carrots and peas. What struck me was the generosity of the meat relative to potatoes in the pie. My wife ordered a Cobb salad with chicken, and she was very impressed. They set it up very nicely, and she liked all the little pieces. My friend ordered the burger, and said it was perfectly cooked. Very tasty. Worth noting, is the excellent craft beer selection. They had my favorite IPA, Fiddlehead. But also a great selection of craft beers. read more

Keohane and Kenneally played great Irish tunes and music from the 70s, 80s, etc. If you have not seen them play, make it a point to The Auld to hear them play. You need try The Auld Triangle. My friend and I both ordered the pub pastry, which is like a turkey dinner. The best turkey dinner I've ever had. They have the turkey shredded up with stuffing rolled into a flaky, delicious pastry served with Golden Yukon mashed potatoes and a garden mix of zucchini, squash, and carrots. They give you a side of gravy and whole cranberry sauce. Of course I asked for more gravy and they graciously brought it out steaming hot. I can't say enough about this restaurant. Typical Irish Decore and we were lucky enough to sit each time in what I call the Kennedy corner. The second time we were there, we decided to get the Irish nachos with chili and split it as our meal. My husband, 2 little boys and I came on a Sunday night because we were staying at the Margaritaville and the hotel restaurant was understaffed and couldn't accommodate us. At 8pm, most of the other restaurants in the area were closed too, aside from fast food. The owner or manager was so welcoming and kind. He had the kitchen stay open a little later for us, not one single staff member made us feel guilty about it. Working in restaurants, I know how annoying those last minute customers are. The food came out super quick and was delicious. Everything was very fresh and homemade. My crispy chicken sandwich was hand breaded and super crispy. My Guinness came with a clover in the foam!. This was a fun Irish establishment! Right across the street from Torino. Decided to have a piping hot delicious crock of French Onion Soup and a beer. The Bartender was attentive, the Owner was welcoming and the crowd was friendly. For a girl who likes her Irish pubs, I really enjoyed this one. Locals and tourists trickled in and out, the bartender was making mixed drinks to specifications, and it was a fun crowd. Highly recommend for a comfortable evening atmosphere. Great dining and drinking experience. BBC is gone but luckily the Auld Triangle is here now. My friends and I got the Pasty, the Shepard pie, and the corned beef sandwich. The guineas draft was poured proper and tasted fresh. The owners visited our table and were very welcoming and gracious and our waitress Erin was also great. The food tasted phenomenal! We smashed every last bite and got some Tullamore and hot coffee afterwards. Only thing I would change is a thicker cut on the corned beef, hence the 4 stars. Will definitely be back! read more

August review- We came in and we were hungry and ordered Fish & Chips. Food was delightful as were the drinks and entertainment (No cover charge). Met the owner & his wife and you are treated great here like family. Live entertainment and a jam session took place on this Weds but we enjoyed the atmosphere so much we returned Thursday night as well. I highly recommend this place whether a local or passing thru. RAW CHICKEN TENDERS! Just went in for a quick bite before going grocery shopping. Ordered iced tea, clam chowder, and fried chicken tenders. Everything was fine till I got the chicken tenders- I bit into one and it was weird, spongy grizzle. I bit into a second one and it was completely raw inside (see picture). I immediately went to the bathroom to throw up. The waitress was nice and very apologetic, and got the manager who came out to tell me the bill (for my cup of chowder and Iced tea) had been taken care of. She then went on to tell me that "It's just Sunday" as if that's an excuse to serve raw chicken to guests. I guess she was implying that Sundays they don't have good people in the kitchen...? But here's a wild idea... If you don't have qualified cooks to work on Sunday THEN DONT SERVE FOOD ON SUNDAY. She then asked me to give them another chance- which will not happen. I will be reporting them to the board of health. If I could give negative stars I would. DO NOT risk your well-being by eating here. read more
