I came here for a work dinner and they really nail it with the appetizers, not much so for mains and dessert. I ordered the Spicy Gem Caesar, the way they seasoned it made it addicting. The crispy garlic and pecorino elevated this Caesar salad to be satisfying texture-wise. Never been a fan of mushy salads but I loved the crunch and how the sauce lightly marinated the lettuce. The Chips & Dip Baby was even more addictive, just imagine a lox bagel being put into a dip, that's what it was. The fact that the chips are homemade made the difference, you can really taste the potato flavor. The smoked trout roe was a combination I never imagined, but it is a MUST GET. The food did look promising, but we already had dinner plans. For drinks, my friend and I shared the Margarita Flight ($25), which came with 4 mini Mason glasses of flavored margarita. We upgraded the tequila to Casamigos for an extra $3, which was worth it. For flavors, it came with blackberry, mango, strawberry, and guava. I enjoyed the mango and guava most, but they were also the sweetest ones. Make sure you mix the syrup and tequila well though. We really enjoyed the food at this restaurant. Pictured is the Olive Martini dip which was very interesting, definitely a lot more dip than I was expecting. Overall The taste was pretty good and the crackers went very well with the dip. I got the veggie burger and it was quite delicious. I was excited to see that they had waffle fries as well. They have a tier of options to choose from to match your ideal price point. My group went with the second tier package which included bottomless mimosas, bloody mary's, screwdrivers, sangria, and bellinis. The ambiance of the place is truly so lively and fun! They have a dj playing great music and many Insta-worthy spots for pics! The service was great - the servers were very attentive and sweet, which we all really appreciated! The food is very good as well! I've gotten the hangover mac before and it does not disappoint! My only notes about this brunch spot would be is that some dishes charge an additional fee to add an egg for a dish it should seem included on - such as their avocado hash. My family got brunch at the Ainsworth for my godmother's birthday and we had a phenomenal experience. We got the prefix menu and the cheese beignets were out of this world and had the perfect combination of savory and sweet (which the chicken and waffles also perfectly balanced). I don't know what this bacon thing was but it was some of the best bacon I've ever had in my life (sorry mom). We had a great time at The Ainsworth. We came here for a birthday party with a group of about 20. We were seated about 10 min after our reservation time, and the staff helped us to get situated seating-wise. Drinks came out fast, and the apps that we split for the table were pretty good. For my entree, I got the Brick Pressed Chicken which came with asparagus, mashed potatoes, and a port wine sauce. The portion was massive, so I had a ton leftover. It was delicious though, so no complaints here! We also brought our own cake for the birthday girl which the servers brought out in a flash. This restaurant is SUCH a good time on a Saturday night. The pros are they have nice happy hour from 4-6PM with good selection of drinks and apps. That said, the apps leave a lot to be desired. I got the buffalo cauliflower and it came on a bed of blue cheese dressing. I'm not a huge fan of the blue cheese so it was a bit over powering, but the apps were only $10 so good bang for your buck. The chicken and waffles were served with a buffalo syrup on top, an untraditional twist that also made the chicken's crust soggy. The chicken itself was underseasoned, and I think the waffles had granulated sugar sprinkled on top, which felt out of place. We were seated outside in a cramped corner with slanted, uneven tables next to a wall of fake greenery. One side of the table was blocked by a beam, and the other was uncomfortably close to someone playing music on their phone. It's a shame because the location is really convenient for us. Matter of fact, she took the food order for the table of 6 and then she walked over to me (before she put their order in) and I ordered a flight plus a refill on water. The table of 6 got their entire food order and were at least halfway through eating it before I got my drinks and still no water! She gave us 1 pitcher for 8 people!!! Looking at the staff this looks more like Latin than an American restaurant. The ambiance is pretty good and modern while the vibe is pretty chill. The server was friendly and was helpful when consulted regarding the dishes. For food, we ordered a trio dip, which is nachos and pita bread accompanied by guac, hummus and tzatziki sauce as dips. The pita bread was crisp, whereas the nachos seemed to be ready while the dips were fresh, I liked the guac and hummus, The tzatziki felt a bit sour to me. Chicken quesadilla was the next. It was topped with guac, the chicken was rightly seasoned and braised while the quesadillas were more crisp than soft, not sure if it's actually fresh or just pre heated. The last one we ordered was fried calamari, it seemed to have lacked salt though it has the right crisp while accompanied by marinara and ranch on the side. The ranch was creamy though. Overall the restaurant is a decent place to grab your food but it's terribly overpriced I felt. I was so grateful they could accommodate a group of 12 the day of, because our previous reservation was a forced cancellation. On top of this, we wanted to have our water refilled and never had it refilled either.
