Charred cabbage, crab hash brown, hamachi carpaccio

Went Wednesday night after work with some girlfriends and had a great time. The space is really cute and the service was excellent. We ordered a bunch of shareable plates plus the short rib for the table, and everything was delicious. The standout for me was definitely the beef tallow fries, which were perfectly crispy and salty. For dessert, the peanut butter chocolate tartlet gave Reese's vibes, and I loved the salted caramel sticky toffee pudding. Cocktails were also a hit - the fig Manhattan was especially good if you like something on the sweeter side. Excited to come back next season and try more of the menu.

Cheers!

Stopped back in with 3 girlfriends on Friday night around 7:30pm (yes we had a resy) and was able to try multiple dishes! The service was great and it was very packed. We ordered a bunch of apps, crab hash, stuffed gougeres, cavatelli pork sugo, and lamb. We also each ordered a burger and tried the piri piri chicken. The food overall was good but a little underwhelming? The apps were kinda small and the burger just ok. Fries were very fried/ crunchy (for my liking) but tasted hot and fresh. Overall we prob won't return for food but cocktails are excellent and the bartenders are great! Would recommend for drinks!!

Finally got to try some cocktails this weekend at Viv & Jules. It is such a gorgeous space and the service was impeccable. Dirty martini was superb and we also enjoyed their peach cocktail and strawberry rhubarb old fashioned. Easy to get a spot at the bar and people watch on a Saturday evening. Can't wait to come back soon!

It's been so hard to get reservations but we got lucky with bar seats for a last minute girls night. Shared a few apps and dessert (and wine and a mocktail). The crab hash brown and fries were great. Fried and thin and flavorful. We also shared the toffee pudding (which is more like bread than pudding) which was yummy. I will say I wish the menu was a little more enticing it was hard to pick things to share that sounded good. I also enjoyed my mocktail - refreshing and not too sweet (it was blood orange something).

Menu

Solid waitress who was able to handle a party of 10 with ease. Whole staff was very attentive and friendly Upscale quaint vibe with a touch of modern class The Cavatelli Sugo being an appetizer makes my blood boil. It was by far the best thing that was on the table that night. I should have ordered it again for my entree after my party ordered a few of them for our apps. The entree section is very limited and I think they could definitely expand there. I ended up getting the chicken peri peri which was very well seasoned and cooked to perfection. Mashed potatoes were delicious as well. Would love for them to pick an identity - their menu is a bit diverse and would probably benefit out of leaning in further to the "Modern Italian" style. Will definitely be back as they continue to grow.

An upgraded food experience on Hoboken's west side. French maybe. Tasty yes. For your burgers, make sure they hit your temp right.

Great new bar on the west side! Attentive staff, great service and stellar drinks!!!! Love the lights and decor. Menu looks very interesting - can't wait to try the food.

They were doing tickets for beer and food as well as full bar à la carte. The space is big and wide open communal. Being meat packing / Standard hotel this is no budget friendly menu. Each ticket was $13 and mixed drinks can easily run 20something. I asked for Rose's with tequila. Bartender clearly had no idea what it was lol

The hot toddy I got was pretty good and I liked the flavor. The ski shot which is 4 shots of $50 was overpriced in my opinion. Unfortunately the actual experience was soured by the fact that apparently it's $50 pp min if you reserve a table and then in the end they tried to charge us for people who didn't show up even though we did fill the table. I understand the policy and the manager was super nice to us and tried to rectify the situation but our waitress ended up being super rude in the end. They gave us a small discount but we ended up having to buy a lot of tickets to use in the future. Wasn't too happy about how things ended so would probably recommend that you go in the evening to avoid crowds if that's not your vibe and also do not book a table.

How happy hour ought to be... mini tinis and oysters to pair!…read more Bar tenders having fun, folks from all walks of life celebrating, smiling, sharing. A diverse space that is as much a spot for business as it is for the Party as the DJ stand indicates. Oh, and gold. Gold everywhere. Super fun spot that still maintains super crisp, clean program. Clean, rooted and martini driven. No bonobos here, just well manicured martinis that are built for the pallet, not the instagram grid(but, hey, they're pretty damn photogenic, too)

My only two gripes with the spot were - they didn't acknowledge my birthday, even with a happy birthday from my server or the hostess. I am not sure why Resy prompted me to indicate the occasion if it wouldn't even be acknowledged or looked at. It obviously feels good to feel celebrated, so they dropped the ball in this regard. The second issue is it got sickeningly loud inside. This was a sunday night, and I ended up having to shout just to be heard by the girl right next to me. Everything else was good! Though there wasn't a dish that just blew my mind, everything was consistently really good and enjoyable. I recommended ordering a handful of dishes and sharing with a group. The cornstar martini was fun (and the popcorn was great!), the vodka pasta, caesar salad, and truff fries were enjoyable as well. The cute matchboxes were a cherry on top as we were leaving! I would come back for more of a going out event instead of a sit down dinner, but it's a cool spot!

A total of 4 of us came here on one of the most bitter winter days this year as we needed an indoor…read moreinteractive activity. We thought mini golf was interactive, everyone had the same chance to play and it's simple enough without exerting too much energy (unlike an escape room or the dancing tiles which I also came across in my research). Great place for friends, families, dates of all ages. We checked in on the ground floor (also have a coat check here) and were told they have a cabin themed course on the 2nd floor and a museum themed course on the 3rd floor, but there was a party going on. They also told us about the rooftop lounge, which is covered with plastic and they have heaters blasting the space. We went with the cabin themed. Although I don't think they completely blocked the 3rd floor with the party, we just didn't want to have to compete with others and wanted a quiet experience. They have stairs or an elevator. Once we got to the 2nd floor, we were the only ones there and were explained how the digital scoring works. We inputted our names, and our scoreboard would follow us from board to board in sequence after we all punched in our scores. The max was 6 putts per course to help keep things moving (we definitely played more than 6 on some courses lol). The courses did progressively get more challenging as you moved on. The decor was beautiful. Fairy lights lined the space with murals or a ski lodge/mountains around with a polar bear and a ski mobile. Many cute photo ops. On the last course, once you made it, the game swallowed your ball, I guess to help prevent you from trying to play the course again. I wish there was more than 9 courses though. It was fun enough but maybe having a few more would have helped fill the time more. Time flew by and we had lots of laughs. Would be excited to come back to try the museum course next time.

Not a bad place, in fact I did get to play on both of the different courses. I must say I…read moredefinitely liked one way more than the other one. They did offer some Happy Hour drink specials.
