Perfect bar to have a Guiness before a game or after. Plenty of seating for all. Great menu for everyone's tastes. Staff were so friendly. Oysters to start were so fresh. Burgers were amazing. My family and I stopped in before we journeyed to a World Cup game. Easy to find. Right near MSG:). Come check them out.

Stopped in for lunch. Great atmosphere, friendly staff. Delicious food and refreshing unsweetened ice tea on a hot day in the city. Definitely give it a try.

Excellent place to go before the Kings vs rangers game as it's just a few blocks away from MSG. Such a fun atmosphere when it is busy. We didn't get any food, but lots of different drinks on the menu. Servers were also nice and drinks came out pretty quickly even though they were slammed. Think there is a second floor if it gets too packed, but we didn't go up there to check it out.

We headed inside this fun pub. It was lively there were multiple games going on, so it was loud and crazy . We ordered a pizza however they called the Wisconsin pizza, which is basically a cracker with toppings . It was a no Bueno for us . But the bar itself was fun. The service was. I think you really go there to watch a game and drink the beer

The fish and chips came out perfect!! Great Guinness pour. Dana did a fantastic job, made sure we were looked after when our waiter went on break. Great Sports Bar Vibe. Amazingly the shared restrooms were well maintained. FYI if you can't find your waiter for another drink just ask another waiter for help they are very accommodating. We had a great time

Came here with friends yesterday. They made reservations, otherwise we wouldn't have been seated... Noelle was excellent as our server, especially since we sat there for hours. Not terribly hungry, but had three orders of the chicken and vegetable potstickers-yum. Hubby's pretzel was excellent- perfect consistency and I did t even try/ need the beer cheese sauce. Staff was accommodating as to putting on the game we wanted/ volume. Very loud, but to be expected.

Hot Chocolate at the Bryant Park Winterfest

On a freezing winter morning, we found ourselves at the Winterfest, weaving through all manner of humanity crowded in between the booths and the tables in Bryant Park. I got a hankering for hot chocolate as we happened by the Stout NYC booth. One hot chocolate coming up. Steaming hot, with whipped cream on top, it was the perfect balance of sweet, creamy goodness to counter the bone-chilling atmosphere of the day. Kudos to Stout for getting out the hots for those of us brave enough to wade through Winterfest. See you next year!

Stout NYC delivered exactly what I didn't know I needed: a massive pretzel, a cold craft beer, and live music that--surprisingly--outshined the professional stage at Bryant Park. No offense to the park, but the band at Stout had heart and better acoustics. Let's talk pretzel. It was enormous. Fluffy, golden, perfectly cooked through, and warm enough to feel like it had just left the oven. Paired with mustard, it was everything you want from a bar snack--carby, salty, and more satisfying than it had any business being. Honestly, if this pretzel had a fan club, I'd sign up. The beer menu was well-curated, with plenty of craft options, and the vibe? Low-lit, relaxed, and unpretentious. A refreshing mix of locals and post-work wanderers, all just looking for a good pint and a better-than-expected bite. In short: Stout NYC knows how to set the tone. Great snacks, great beer, and live music that might just make you skip the scheduled concert across the street. A perfect stop if you're looking for something easy, warm, and genuinely good.

    Potstickers

Went to Stout after a work event. Love that the kitchen stays open late (1-2am) and that's a good selection of beers. The food we order with the steak sandwich, pretzel, chicken finger, potstickers, and hot honey pizza. The steak sandwich was cooked good and tastes good. The pretzel was fresh. The potsticker with the Korean beef was my favorite. The pizza was good but not worth the $18. Tons of TVs so you can watch the games from practically anywhere. The service was good but a bit slow. A large bar that gets crowded during games (especially the Knicks and Rangers)

A serviceable sports bar with many beers on tap and many TVs and high top tables to watch football on Sunday. They had the Jets games upstairs and the Giants games downstairs. A lot of beer is needed to support either of these teams. Former Jets running back Leon Washington was signing autographs, which was an unexpected treat. The staff was very gracious in bringing our food and beer downstairs to watch the Giants game. The loaded fries were stacked. The apple tart hit the spot.

Stout NYC (right next to MSG) Just when you thought game night couldn't get any better... I dove into their Loaded Street Fries and WOW. Crispy fries piled high with tender beef birria, ooey-gooey Monterey Jack & sharp cheddar, zippy cherry peppers, tangy pickled red onions, and a drizzle of lime crema that ties it all together perfectly. Every bite = And those Buffalo Wings? Absolutely next-level. Crisp skin, juicy inside, and that signature buffalo sauce has the perfect balance of heat and flavor. I may never order wings anywhere else again. But wait--there's more. Their Individual Wisconsin-Style Thin Crust Pizza is a revelation. Think ultra-thin, cracker-crisp crust loaded with melty cheese, tangy sauce, and just the right amount of everything. It's NYC comfort food at its finest. Whether you're catching a game or just craving epic bar eats, Stout NYC is a slam dunk. #StoutNYC #LoadedFries #BeefBirria #BuffaloWings #ThinCrustPizza #MSGEats #NYCFoodie #GameDayGrub #FoodieInTheBigApple2025

This place was cool great music great vibes. Awesome place to watch the game! The servers were very attentive and friendly at the bar. The stout burger was ok. I enjoyed the chipotle mayo they had on the side im not into sauces but this one was pretty good. The fries were cooked to perfection however my burger had a big patch of sea salt on one end of the patty it wasn't evenly disbursed. I asked for medium well but it was a bit more on the well done side. This spot is cool for burning sometime before any event in the area. I'll probably return for a redemption dish and a good time because the vibe was definitely there.

Surrounding TVs keep every play, fight and miracle replayed in glorious surround-sass while wooden tables beg for pitchers, pretzels and conspiracy theories about the ref. Whether you're upstairs for the 3rd floor vibe, mid-level for the perfect sightline, or down in the cozy den with the best acoustics, this is New York sports bar energy: loud, a little brazen, impossibly welcoming. One particular bartender, Delaney not only brings an awesome level of energy to the bar, she saunters in like a halftime show -- a grin that's equal parts mischief and welcome. She's all quick elbows and quicker comebacks, the kind of bartender who remembers your name, your drink, and that one ridiculous story you told months ago. Her laugh is loud, her wink is devious, and she has a way of making first-timers feel like regulars by the second round. Behind the wooden bar she's choreography: expert pours, theatrical muddles, and a flourish that makes every order feel curated. Delaney's drinks are personality-packed, with her behind the bar, the place doesn't just serve drinks -- it gets its personality back. It's a place off 8th ave where fitness meets fun, and every corner feels like home--complete with friendly staff who know your name (or at least your size) and are always ready to offer a witty comeback or a perfect recommendation. Taking off a star because I had a weird experience with the people at the front. I'm currently recovering from an injury and I'm in a pretty obvious neck brace. I was visiting with two people who were on their way and would be arriving in about 10-15 minutes and the people at the front told me I couldn't be seated until they arrived. I understand that this is normal protocol, but I pointed out my neck brace and asked if an exception could be made because it's significantly more comfortable for me to sit down (and there was no room at the bar). They said that their manager wouldn't let them do that, and that they couldn't seat me until the rest of my party was there. There were tons of table tables available the entire time and when my friend arrived about 12 minutes later, they seated us, I totally could've sat the whole time and it wouldn't have been a problem. Not the end of the world and I probably could've pushed it harder, but it definitely was a little awkward!

The shepherd's pie is insanely salty and it's very off-putting. It was inedible. I was looking forward to having it but I would not in good faith recommend this to anyone. The buttermilk tenders is supposed to come with pickled shallots and marinated green beans. We didn't get the pickled shallots or the marinated green beans, which was a shame. The chicken tenders by themselves didn't have much flavor. It also is unfortunate paying $17 for what was considered a small plate and just getting the chicken tenders. The Asian-sesame wings were okay. Also, didn't have much flavor and weren't that impressive. There was also still hair on some of the pieces of chicken, so the chicken could have been cleaned better. They have fries and hand cut fries. The regular fries were soggy. Should have went with the hand cut fries. The tater tots were okay. I was told that the chicken sandwich was good. It came with a little side of rustic chips. I would not come back for the food but I would possibly go back to try a drink if I was in the area. The drink menu looked pretty good.

The food came quickly, and was great. Nothing that changed our lives, but hot, quick, and delicious. I can see this becoming a regular spot for when we can't decide on where to go and just want somewhere dependable and consistent. Inside is like a typical Irish pub: long bar, wood everywhere, comfy high tops and booth seating along the wall. Keep in mind that it is a sports bar with TVs everywhere, so they will be playing the major sport of the season. The volume isn't too loud though, enough to hear, but don't need to cover your ears. The bottomless option on the weekend is great, 2-3 drinks and you get your money's worth. The bloody's are good quality, with a good bite of Tabasco and horseradish (I prefer that!) and the mimosas are bubbly forward (they're not skimping you with mostly OJ). The food prices for brunch aren't crazy either. Selection is a bit limited, but seeing as this is a pub/tavern, I think they have a pretty good mix. Overall, would absolutely recommend.
