Could be a nice place. the food loomed good but you can't get good service unless you are a regular. Spencer at the bar only cares for old business. read more

This is by far the best local spot in the Silver Spring area. It is always a local crowd so it feels nice and homey. The pizza is literally some of the best I have ever had. No better pizza in this area. Cheap beers and a great selection on tap as well as bottles. The bartenders are very friendly. Tons of TVS so a great sports atmosphere. It does get crowded sometimes and the place isnt huge and parking could be better. Overall, this is a fantastic bar with cheap beer and great food. In terms of Silver Spring it does not get much better then the 4 corners pub. read more

They close whenever they want so be aware of that they will say 1a but will close early If they feel it's slow or whatever. I just showed up at 1140p and didn't even get greeted or served at all only told that they were closing early! read more

This might be one of my new favorite local places. Its close, simple, food is good, drinks are good, people are good and its affordable. Definitely a very relaxed, come-as-you-are type of place but has a good at-home feel to it. Not too clicky and new comers (like us) felt very welcome. read more

I'm from out of town and every time I'm visiting family near by, this is where we end up. We've gone for just drinks, we've gone for late dinner and drinks, and we've gone for dinner with the kids. This place has the best of all worlds. There is an attention to the food that you don't find many other places. Looking at the menu, don't be fooled; it's not just bar food. Servers have always been great, bar tenders have always been great, food has always been great. read more

Food was good, atmosphere nice. It was a good place to wash a major sporting event. The chocolate cake is yummy.

The 4 Corners Pub is back in action and it's terrific !!! Nicer... newer.... cleaner.... and the place is hopping for sports events of every nature... College, Pro.. I have even seen Good Counsel HS play Football on ESPN there. You almost can't get National Bohemian Beer anywhere in the area.. but they feature 16 ounce cans of the brew !! It is GREAT... the food is wonderful and my hat is off to Owner Brian Smith and of course to My Friend Griff !!! read more

I was actually visiting some friends up in Arlington when they decided to take me out to this place for a couple of drinks. It is a trendy pub with a lot of space and seating. I was impressed with the friendly staff and clean bathroom and the menu was not bad- we ordered the BBQ Chicken pizza and I was very impressed that the food was as delicious as the menu described. The prices are a bit more than what I usually pay where I am from but otherwise, not bad. The drinks were strong - not watered down so you got your money at the bar. Maybe next time we will just stop in for drinks and eat some place else. read more

I've been going to "The Pub" since the 1980's. The current management has been in place for about five years and is the doing the best job ever. The pizza is still the best around, and by far the best bargain in town especially in Tuesday and Thursday nights when it's half off. The rest of the menu is okay, nothing fancy here, just decent if not overly large portions of bar fare mostly freshly prepared. There are the usual multiple medium size flat screens throughout to keep track of sporting events, but I wouldn't call "The Pub" a sports bar per se. Pitchers of domestic and some imported beer are available, but don't look for pricey microbrews; this is an unpretentious neighborhood venue. "The Pub" has been a staple for area working men and women AND their children since the 1960's. It's become a neighborhood institution; a "public house" in the best sense. The only menu item I miss are fried oysters! read more

This is one of my favorite restaurants. Tuesdays and Thursdays they have 1/2 price pizza night and they have trivia on Wednesday. They have very good pizza and fries as well. It's kid friendly and has a desert menu. I recommend the chocolate lava cake. read more

Cool neighborhood bar, big greasy pizzas and fun trivia night. Pizza was even better the next day-cold. :-)

This review is based on only my drinking experience at this establishment. It is tucked away in a shopping center and has a seperate late night bar area. The crowd was mixed and chill. It is a cool place to come grab a few drinks in the area. The reason why I gave it an A-OK is that have a TGIF special on Friday nights. Any alcohol that starts with TGIF is $2.50 per drink. Any place that lets me drink Grey Goose on a Friday night for $2.50 is a place I will go back to. KUDOS! read more

The best darn cream of crab soup I have ever had. The chicken wings and burger are also pretty amazing. This is a neighborhood staple. Uncomplicated and never disappoints. read more

The pizza\salad was good, the bathrooms are good and the parking lot is small. Thank goodness for neighborhood pubs!

Stopped here after a Terps football game... good 'za and had a couple of good beers on tap. Solid old local bar with some TVs and friendly (enough) staff. Get the pizza. read more

The fried apple pie thing a la mode is amazing. Would come back just for that. We also really like the pizza, thin crust, lots of sauce, lots of cheese. Yum. read more

We are now Silver Spring locals. We stumbled into this nice little joint about 6 months ago. We now go at least once per month with a couple neighbor of ours. We usually go on Sunday afternoon and order their Greek pizza and add pepperoni. Its awesome. Some of the best pizza Ive ever had. Its not New York style and not even Italian in my opinion. It is very tasty and more like Chicago but not deep dish. I give the pizza 4.6 stars. The staff is usually very good. They do have a couple inexperienced servers who appreciate helpful comments on how to be better :D. We will continue to visit every so often. Great family atmosphere. Not a hook up place, i dont think. read more

4 Corners Pub is our go to place when we get a few hours away from the kids. We can take a long walk there, have a few beers and head home. The fellow patrons are always friendly and easy to talk to. The bartenders are fast and know the different beers on tap. They have the old faithfuls like Guinness and local brews like Flying Dog and Denizens. Wednesday's are quiz night and there's never a shortage of people around the join your team. read more

1/2 price pizza is cool and tge reep fried rubarb strawberry pie with ice cream hit the spot... Kitchen closes at 10 though.

I love this place. Beer's cold, food's good, staff's friendly and best of all, I can walk home after a couple drinks...I couldn't ask for a better neighborhood bar. read more

We had stopped coming here because the food was sub par, but they have reopened and updated, and on a whim we recently went back and gave it a try again The wait staff is inconsistent, which is why they only get a 4 of 5. We have been there now 5 or 6 times in the last 2 months and we love the food now, perhaps they have a new cook, not sure. Everything is better, haven't really had anything I didn't like As for the servers, we always go at lunch so that's all I can speak to. There is a male server, young guy, who is top notch fabulous, couldn't be better. We have also had a couple others, notably one young female server who first ignored us for a while. We sat for quite a while and she never came around- made some comment about not knowing we were there, but you can't know if you are in the back and never come out a look around. After that, she made a mistake on our order and instead of offering to redo it, said well is that ok, can't you just take it this way? My lunch partner is easy going and said yes, but to me not good enough Another server a different time, a different older female, was icy and unfriendly, and i had to repeat my order a couple times because she didn't write it down and when she restated it back to me, she missed details (like no pickle and such) Again, though, we do like the place, food is great, and we just hope for the male server LOL read more

I've only been here once but I love this place! I went on a Saturday night: the service was awesome, the prices were awesome, the other customers were nice and friendly, the college football games were up on the TVs, and the food was pretty good. My boyfriend and I got pint beers for only like 4 bucks. Unlike a lot of other bars, they turn on the lights so it's easy to see. Also you can actually hold conversations without having to yell at each other to hear. Definitely will return soon! read more

If you are looking for a great atmosphere, great price, and the best pizza in all Silver Spring, this place is it. No matter how crappy your day may have been, step into this local version of Cheers and it gets better. It's a great place for family dinner or just a place to grab a brewski. It can get pretty crowded, but believe me when I tell you it's worth the wait. read more

Awesome pizza, wings, and other bar food. Family atmosphere, a place where everyone knows your name. That sounds familiar right? Different bartenders make the drinks differently so it just depends on who you go to. Overall you can't go wrong the pub is an enjoyable place where you can have a good drinks good food and a good time. read more

I really want to like this place since it is in my neighborhood and so convenient. However, the service is absolutely horrible. After multiple attempts over many years, I give up and will never go there again. read more

Outstanding food and service. The place was packed and people were waiting for tables. This place is awesome and they are doing something right. Will definitely go back. Bar was packed too. Just got back from the 4 corner pub on 4/15/17 and the food is always on par. It seems like Thursday and Friday nights are the busiest and Saturdays nights are not so crazy. Best pizza around! Server very attentive. read more

I'm a fan of this place although I don't go often. It's usually too busy, so we order their pizza to go. I would like it if it was less busy, but that wouldn't be as good for them :) Their pizza is the only one my partner and I can agree on and is our go to spot. The times I have been in for a drink, we had great experiences with the staff and local patrons. read more

Only reason I would go is for the half price pizza on Tuesday and Thursday. Choices on the menu are very limited and very overpriced. They need to bring back the old menus from the previous Corner Pub read more

This is a terrific neighborhood pub with a very welcoming atmosphere and decent food. I grew up in this area, so it is quite rewarding to still have the pub around as a place to meet up with family and friends. Having visited at least 4 times since the reopening, I am confident in recommending the friendly service and reliable menu. Enjoy. (Just brought my 85 year old parents in there today during non-peak times, and they very much enjoyed the easy access and kind waitress, Kelsey.) read more

Wonderful place to hang out. Amazing pizza good food otherwise. Friendly staff and great prices.

Nice local hangout but the food is bland and below average. Nothing to highlight here except the company you bring with.

If you're looking for a solid place to grab a beer and enjoy some pizza, this place is for you. The surrounding area could use a face lift, though. read more

The new 4 Corners Pub is off to a rough start. To be fair, they comped my dinner, but the food was awful. My chicken sandwich was some kind of processed breaded chicken breast. They didn't keep take the time to melt the cheese. My wife's Reuben was soggy and didn't have a lot of meat in it. Fries were cold. The old pub was a little dirty and cluttered, but the food was better. It will be a while before I give the new pub a second chance. read more

Yesterday was the second time I visited Four Corners Pub since the re-opening of the restaurant with new owners and name. The first time I wasn't that impressed with the food, but the service was adequate. I tried to eat here yesterday with a friend on my lunch break. I walked in and seated myself after seeing no servers. My friend joined me a couple of minutes later. After sitting there for about 5 minutes or so without seeing a server, I was getting frustrated since I had limited time for my lunch break. Then a minute or two later, an older (likely retired) couple came in and were promptly greeted by a server. I started waving at the server so she would see us and bring us menus. I'm not sure whether she saw us or not (though it's not a large place), but instead of acknowledging my friend and I, she proceeded to go back to the other party who had arrived several minutes after me and take their order. Another server was putting placements on an empty table. Given I had a limited lunch break, had arrived several minutes before the other party, and had still not been acknowledged, my friend and I decided to get up and go eat next door at a different restaurant. When we got up to leave, the server sounded surprised that we were leaving. read more

Server threw my drinks away, gave my seat away when I went out side to smoke. His demeanor gave off an air as that he did it on purpose. ( I had gone outside to smoke) Normally get a Long Island Icetea - the new bartender made my first one that was Horrible! Spencer gladly made me another one. Overall - it's okay.... 1 star.... read more

Had an amazing experience at the 4 corners pub! Got the cream of crab soup and mozzarella sticks. They were awesome. beer is super cheap too. Me and my girlfriend had a great time with our server Adeline ;) she's a wonderful gal! Go sports !!!!!!!! read more

Being a local in the neighborhood we come here quite frequently. The service is great. The beer is cold. The pizza and burgers are awesome. The happy hour specials are good. The menu prices are fair. It is relatively clean for being a pub especially the bathrooms. Would give them 5 stars but I took one away cause every now and then we do order something that taste a little unappetizing and it usually is something that has crab meat in it. So if you steer away from the crab you should be good to go. read more

Yelp says it's open but it really isn't, unless you want to wait hours for a table. Worthless in even trying. Was denied a table today for our third time. Half the restaurant was empty with reserved tables. Place is a joke. Food is over priced and takes forever to get if you are granted access to a chair. read more

The "Pub" is back. New owners and fresh paint (bet they got a deal) and all cleaned up. Packed house with lots of the regulars and new guests. Very comfortable neighborhood spot. Most of the staff is back and taking good care of people. The pizza was very good, better than the previous recipe. Sandwiches looked good and the beer was cold. Go try it out again for the first time. read more
