I absolutely love calm food hall, especially the DJ scene at night on Fridays. It's a great social place to go. Great place to play games. Get good drinks a happy hour eat amazing food and it's right in the downtown area of Silver Spring. There is street parking but I would suggest that you get there early enough to find you a good space it's definitely a great new gem in Silver Spring and I encourage you to check it out!

I went on a whim on a Wednesday night. I initially came for a cheesesteak but it was closed. All of the other businesses were open as far as I saw. They were having a karaoke. I decided to try one vendor before I left because I all the way over there to eat. I tired the taco place...decent prices, but the flavor wasn't there I was actually really disappointed . I will come back to try the momos and Claud have mercy. The food hall is beautiful, quiet and Parking is easy to find. I didn't have a great first food experience but I'll give it another spin.

Ooooh a new food hall! If you remember Le Fantome (RIP), you may recognize some staff and cocktails at the bar here. I haven't been a good month and a half and I'm sure new spots have opened up, but there was still a good amount of things there when I visited. Some things were familiar, and some were totally new to me. I've had Momo Hub at their food truck and was quite frankly obsessed back then -- so it was nice to have them again. I'm no stranger to Tokoa Cheesesteaks since their brick-and-mortar isn't far from my home... great sandwich! And J&J has popped up in a few other food halls, so I've had and enjoyed them. The new one to me is Tato's, which makes some creative and custom french fry, sweet potato fry, or tater platters for you. I was so stoked to see a Jamaican one on the menu -- and of course I got it lol. They were fantastic, I love them. There is plenty of seating in the food hall, and there's an automatic dispenser for beers and ciders... you don't see those too often! And according to their site, looks like there are still some stalls on the way... and I appreciate the maps they have available. Looking forward to paying them a visit again in the near future!

Amazing food hall! Everything we've tried here is amazing. I think our favorite is Tatos but the others are great too. The drinks are very good too and they have cocktail and food pairings as well as a craft beer wall. Definitely beat the now closed Solaire Social on that.

Food was good and service was great! We tried momo hub and tatos and enjoyed the food. We got the momos and while it was a like spicy, it was delicious. The loaded fries were perfect and comforting. You can choose a baked potato, wedges or fries and load them up with a protein, sauces and toppings. Overall it was great, just a little pricey! I look forward to trying more options.

This was my first visit to the food hall that occurred on a Saturday afternoon. It was not crowded. Only 6 out of 12 food vendor spaces were occupied. I tried J & J Mex-Taqueria and ordered 2 fish tacos. It took 20 minutes to wait, but the cook was not busy with many orders. The tacos were good, but small when compared to tacos at Cafe Rio or California Tortilla. The dining area is large and clean. There is a water machine that dispenses sparkling or regular water. The restrooms are not separated into men and women sections, but are shared. Hope to see more food vendors occupy the spaces so there is more variety.

What a gem in a sort of sleepy mall food court! We tried a few things - the standouts were the Momo Hub dumplings and chatamari and the loaded Mexican baked potato from Tatos. I'd definitely be back to try a few more things. The live music was also a hit - made it feel more like a date night and less like a food court. ;)

Loved the new vendors and stalls! Some are still opening, but what's there so far was pleasant. We loved the unique bathroom situation as well as the free sparkling water. Only downside is the location for real. Walking through chaos, religious rants, and police presence takes away from an amazing place. Hoping the area itself gets better, but doubt it. Definitely worth a try though! Photos from Tatos and Momo Hub

In March 2018, my girlfriend at the time wanted to go here as there was a group of people going for St. Patrick's Day. We went here along with her young pre-teen daughter. They almost weren't going to let us in, but my g/f assured we just needed to eat, and they said since it was before 9 PM, it'd be ok. I enjoyed my Shepherd's Pie, a solid option here. After eating, there was dancing on the dance floor and a couple of people I knew. Then, my g/f went out to the dance floor. I'm sitting at the table with my g/f's pre-teen daughter who fell asleep. It was awkward for me especially since someone asked me if she was ok, and I said she's just tired. We left sometime in the midnight hour. But the fact of the matter was that my g/f shouldn't have put her daughter in that situation. On a positive, her daughter graduated high school & is still alive today in 2025, so her mom did something right. The other time I was here was in February 2023. I decided to have my birthday party at Copper Canyon in downtown Silver Spring. Then, a few of us were willing to hang longer asking what I wanted to do. I said I remember McGinty's was a good Irish pub. So, I had a couple of more drinks here. Staff was nice and helpful getting me drinks. Overall, I like McGinty's as it's a cute Irish pub with live entertainment, dance floor, & good Shepherd's Pie.

The servers were friendly and prompt, and cheerfully gave us separate checks when it was time to pay. But, unless you like your beer warm, the drinks may disappoint you. My beet salad with goat cheese and grapefruit was beautifully described on the menu - enough to seduce me to order something that was not an Irish classic - but was not enjoyable enough to finish. The fries were good though, and the fried fish that others ordered looked to be perfectly done. So perhaps I'll come back when I'm in the mood for some classical fare. Too bad about the beer though.,,

So we didn't have to pay for parking. Plenty of parking. As we ventured out of the Parking lot, we heard reggae music and saw this place on the corner and stopped in. It was a $20 cover charge to get in. Cash, ApplePay, Cashapp. etc. they take it all to enter Place was split in 3. You walk in and thru a narrow area where general dining was. The middle section contained the bar and plush seating (where we were) with some TV's. The Back room had the DJ and seating for Hookah. Lounge/Restaurant reminded me of a narrow townhouse but there was still plenty of space to sit/stand/walk around Pics of the current menu and prices are attached to this review. I had a Blue MF'er to drink and it was small but Strong - only need one. My friends also said their drinks were good and strong too I didn't get any food, but my friends got the Strew and Jollof Rice and said that was good, along with chicken wings. Food seemed to take a long time to come out There was a live DJ spinning class early 2000 music, dancehall, and reggae music of today and a bit old. I would absolutely come back for that DJ alone. Around midnight, the place started to fill out a bit more with folks. There were even laser lights and smoke/fog coming out of a machine in the middle room. Pretty chill Bar seemed a bit slow and possibly understaffed waitress, but everyone was very helpful and patient. Prepare to pay for food and drinks upfront. We also had to order food and drinks at the bar Not sure, if it's any relation to the old Republic Gardens in DC but this venue has been only maybe only a few years Left around 1 and the place started to really jump

She helped with the options for the game load cards, since it had been many years since the last time I had came here. It was nice to see a new reservation area and some fresh games. Now some of the games such as the racing games might move a little fast and some like the slot machine and the 4 way pong and Pacman games are not explained the best and can be confusing, while the basketball, skee-ball, and some of the shooter games are a bit more consistent offering amazing, fun, trilling, and exciting gameplay. Other games like the Ghostbusters and the UFC game right in the front are total letdowns. The axe throwing is apart of the fad with ax throwing and thank goodness the axes are plastic but the rubber board is hard to get the plastic axes to stick, but with proper technique it does work. I was excited with some of the new games and some of the old reliable ones in the arcade. DTSS Ellsworth Place had an adorable small independent arcade with Dance Dance Revolution and basketball game in it back in the day on a lower level, so it is great that D&B opened up almost around a decade ago to provide an arcade in a mall that was truly lacking and desperate to be brought back to relevancy. The restaurant food had improved a bit since the last time I was here pre-COVID, and the service was friendly but a bit slow and erratic at times certainly have to pack your patience, that is a running theme with Dave & Busters with the slow restaurant and bar. The place was clean and had hand sanitized wipes and clean tables throughout parts of the arcade which was splendid. Nobody with class and decorum want sticky tables with crumbs and liquid spills on them, so nice with having the tables and games clean and wiped down and floor vacuumed, big kudos! The patrons themselves can be an issue. Security had to inform a father with a kid that the dad let him climb one of the arcade machines standing on it to have the kid get off from the machine. This was dangerous and idiotic. Someone had a dog with a diaper on with a leash roaming around here trying to sniff people. That also was a poor decision even for an emotional support animal, all of the overstimulation and loud noise and tons of kids an adults, it just meant no sense to bring fido to the arcade. Why do people insist bringing these dogs everywhere these days and lack respect for boundaries especially with other human beings. It is if they have more respect for the dogs than the other patrons and not even paying attention and keeping up with the dog going around to other people there. The kids should also not be playing with balls in the actual restaurant/bar. That is the problem with the poor parenting and undisciplined children having a lot out here these days. I want the location to better enforce rules and regulations, however it has improved a great deal from its past which is nice!

Not my cup of tea. Probably not ordering again, unless its one of the meat dishes.
