Stopped by this food truck on the way home. Got That French Burger and the Loaded Fries. I've walked past this place a couple times and was glad I finally got to try it because it was delicious. That French burger was perfectly seasoned and had amazing flavor all throughout. The berry jam added a perfect sweetness to some of the other flavors on the burger but was a bit of an overwhelming amount as it seeped out of the burger. The loaded fries were seasoned perfectly and would highly recommend them! The cashiers were super friendly and offered suggestions to help us choose the best burger. I hate that it's so close to my apartment because now I'll be tempted all the time!!! read more

Came here for an early dinner with the kids. We each tried a different burger. I took a bite of each of the 4 and they were all great. The sauces and toppings on the various burgers are on point. Each burger comes with a generous portion of fries and the prices range from $13.99-$14.99 which is not bad considering an order of fries are included. Definitely hard to please all the kids and this food truck managed to do it. We will definitely be back and i will have to give the German a try. read more

Amazing burgers at The Domain. Nice little outdoor area to eat and you can enjoy a great burger and go off to the stores or go catch the game! Fries were on point! One of my go-to burger place in Austin! So surprised at how versatile burger can taste like. French is my favorite - blueberry jam and cheese give the perfect balance of sweet and saltiness. Great food truck located right in the heart of all the shopping and near the Westin hotel. Service was friendly and quick. The burger was cooked perfectly and juicy... not like a fast food dumb thin patty burger... this is a proper juicy and tasty burger. Very happy I got to try it! read more

Moving this up to one of my top burger spots in Austin! Big portions, well seasoned patties and delicious themed burgers on the menu. Also discovered that their beyond burger is sourced from Arlo's which is one of my favorite vegan alternatives! Fries were crisp with a soft center. I would say that if you want their truffle fries just get the mayo with regular fries on the side. they're pretty much the same thing. Friendly staff that go out of their way. When I first had this place was amazing. I met the owners and they were awesome and made me fall in love with their French Burger. I told all my friends and went there countless times. I've been there many times since the first time and the quality had definitely declined. I attributed it to the owners not being there, but it was still pretty good to me. Today, however, my French burger was dry, overcooked, and salty. This was the worst experience I've had here. I had to stop eating it to write this review because this burger was so disappointing to me because I always think about my first time going here. I hope the owners come back and revamp the quality because I most likely won't be coming back any time soon. read more

Stayed in a hotel in the domain area and was looking for a quick bite to eat. Came across that burger, and decided to venture. Not disappointed, in fact I was very glad to find this place. Place. I highly recommend it. Purveyors who run the place inside the trailer are very Nice and will take care of all your needs. I can't remember which hamburger I had but I could tell you it was pretty amazing. The fries were decent. And the food was made quickly. If I stay in the domain area again and I am looking for a bite to eat, I know I have a thousand other places to choose but I definitely be looking for that burger if I need something quick filling and good. read more

The loaded fries were delicious! Although I would've loved a little bit more bacon and cheddar.... The sauce over powered them. The burger was meh. I ordered ahead but still had to wait a couple minutes when I got there (which I don't mind) but then found my burger wasn't hot and didn't seem cooked all the way through. There's also wasn't much flavor. Almost thought they forgot the grilled onions even. For $20 and some change after tax, I expected more, honestly. Not bad, but not great. Also, trying to get to it driving was a total pain since it's in a corner of a parking lot with a bunch of one way roads and medians blocking turns lol. read more

This is a newly opened food truck in The Domain, and I won an Instagram raffle so I thought I'd check it out. I got the American Burger, which comes with bacon and their special sauce. Great burger truck in the Domain. Had the Mexican burger GF had Argentinian both burgers came with fries. Food came out quickly staff is friendly. Fries were expertly seasoned and had just the right amount of crunch. Mexican burger had avocado/guacamole and tortilla chips very very tasty. Argentinian was flavorful came with a chimichurri sauce so good I could have eaten just that. Will for sure be back. read more

The burger is highly seasoned and salty tasting kind of ruins the natural beef flavor. Also I was expecting plain fries not some weird seasoning on them. Totally gross. A friend and I went here for dinner, after seeing the cute seating area. I would have posted pictures, but the burger and fries were absolutely amazing, and we instantly devoured our food. The guac on That Mexican Burger was amazing and really completed the taste of the burger. my friend got the That Argentinian Burger - and the chimichurri was very flavorful. The seasoned fries were also very good - definitely recommend dipping in some mayo. Overall, the burgers were super filling and DEFINITELY worth the price. Highly recommend. read more

Since moving to my new locale,l I have noticed a deficiency in good burger places. I prefer local, mom and pop's. I live close to The Domain and have driven past That Burger and really didn't notice since it's a food truck and it was always closed. Having a hamburger urge I Googled "burgers near me" and That Burger popped up. Say less! I ordered the American burger which is 6 oz (plenty of beefy deliciousness) with shredded lettuce, tomato, cheese and bacon. The sauce and a artisan type bun completes this picture. All orders come with a ton of deelish seasoned fries. Not sure about y'all, I'm a 1:1 burger to fry eater. That is, a bite of burger and a French fry or 2 (they could be small don't judge). With the meat itself I'm assuming having some seasoning, adding a sauce plus the fries are generously seasoned I was expecting my feet to swell up to Fred Flintstone start the car size on this fine Texas summer day. In other words SALTY!!! My fears were alleviated on the first bite. All of the flavors played well with each other nicely. My to go bag of happiness was around $17.00 plus a tip which I pretty much always give. Here's the thing, my meal was actually eaten in 2 rounds brunch and dinner. I re warmed my fries in the oven and they came out crispy and almost as good as when I had first ordered them. I absolutely hate wasting food. So I enjoyed That Burger twice for around $9 bucks. And in case you're wondering my feet were still regular size. read more

Recently, I went back after not having it for a while, craving that same experience... but unfortunately, it just wasn't the same. The burger tasted different -- almost like they've changed something or started taking shortcuts. It was like a school lunch burger + the onion rings were burnt but also cold at the same time. The flavor and quality that made me come back before just weren't there this time, which was super disappointing. I honestly left feeling a little sad because I used to go there all the time for that exact reason and took a 30 min drive to try it again. On the positive side, the staff is still amazing. Everyone was really friendly, and that part hasn't changed at all. And I did grab one of the locally made sweets from the fridge, and that was actually really good. I'm really hoping they go back to the quality they used to have, because Wholly Cow used to be one of the best burger spots around.

The veggie patty reminded me a lot of falafel, which is one of my favorite foods, and it went really well with their green goddess dressing and other toppings. We also both got their sweet potato fries as a side. They come with a spicy aoli that went very well with them. The rest of the group got the same burger, the Bone Marrow, which was a mix of regular beef and waygu. Everyone said it was probably one of the best burgers they've ever had in their lives!
