We just moved locally and I've been wanting to try That Breakfast Place. We walked in and weren't sure if we were supposed to seat ourselves or wait to be seated. We stood at the door for at least 5 minutes. No one acknowledged us, many people saw us, and finally we decided to seat ourselves. The food was okay and portions were a normal size which I appreciate so we didn't waste a bunch of food. May return in the future, but may see what else is in the area first. read more

This is the third time I have been here and they never fail to impress. I think first and foremost what comes across is this amazing sense of teamwork that the staff seem to display when it comes to helping take care of each other's tables. The place is always packed but you never seem to wait for a table because when someone leaves, there are like immediately 4 staff helping to bus and reset the table. Then your coffee is never empty because everyone is always watching out for everyone else's table. The kitchen is spot on and fast and always accurate with every order. I think I have gotten a special each time and have been very impressed. Please do yourself a favor and try this place and if you are in the restaurant industry, bring your entire staff here on a field trip to see how front of house should be run. Incredible. read more

Great food and the staff so nice. Their specially bread is really good. The new owners seem to be continuing with the same menu though the specials are a bit spicier than before. That is really my only complaint, for breakfast I'm not looking for spicy. So I miss the old breakfast specials. Otherwise very good and fantastic service. Still our go to place. read more

OMG!!! First time here and totally pleased!! The vegetarian egg white sandwich on a croissant is mouth watering scrumptious, and the hash was a fabulous surprise made with mashed potatoes. Love the red potato omelet here and the eggs benedict is delicious. the smashed potatoes are yummy. Onion rings are fresh and so good, not greasy at all. Not always easy to get a seat but that just means the food is that good. We have eaten here multiple times and never had a bad breakfast or lunch meal. read more

We were looking for somewhere to have a late breakfast/brunch and stumbled across That Breakfast Place. Although we got there at 1:30, a half hour before they close, we received a very friendly greeting. I immediately noticed how clean and cozy the restaurant was and even though it was our first time there, I felt at home. The waitress immediately took our drink order and made some recommendations. I ordered hot chocolate and when I asked if it was real whipped cream, she said no so I decilned. However, when she brought the mug, there was a big spoonful of real whipped cream - now that's service! My husband and I both ordered omelettes which were perfectly cooked, not too runny and not to dry. The food was fresh, delicious, homemade and large portions. I would have to say that this was one of the best breakfast spots I've come across in a long time and would highly recommend giving it a try! read more
