I ordered my usual pho with tendon and brisket, and the broth was incredible -- deep, aromatic, and full of flavor without being overly heavy. The noodles were also perfectly cooked. They had a great chew and bite to them instead of becoming soft and mushy like they can at some pho restaurants. What started as a visit to support a business doing something good has now turned into a spot I visit about once a week or so. Great food and an even greater heart.
