Likewise, the pancit had moist noodles and a nice flavor. This is bar food, so there wasn't much protein. In addition, I would have liked some lemon to squeeze on top. Tita was a super nice bartender/waitress. A Filipina bartender also stopped by to chat. The remainder of the staff was friendly & warm. Regarding the ambiance, its part of Old Absinthe House. It literally is an old house w/ the restrooms on the third floor. You have to walk up a circular staircase to get up there.
