We spent $59 (with tip) for 2 Thai iced teas, an order of crab Rangoon, pad see ew and pad Thai (added beef to both which is $1 extra!) The Thai iced teas were soooo delicious! They were perfectly sweetened and had the right amount of cream! Didn't even get boba but next time I would love to try it with boba! They also offered us a sample of their Thai iced coffee which was truly so tasty, definitely want to get that to drink next time! The Pad See Ew was a 9/10 for me! The flavor was there, beef was good and it even came with an eggroll because it was the lunch special! The Pad Thai was 10/10, delicious flavor, beef was tender, noodles were cooked well! I grew up in Asia and I know what Thai food tastes like and food from this place does not have the authentic Thai food element to it. You can taste it in the way it's cooked and prepared . The bright orange color also made me question whether this dish was edible. Chicken was also quite dry. The noodles were also hard for some of the parts. To make things worse, I found a hair attached to my chicken. My friend ordered the Gai Kua and it was flavorful. However, it tasted like a Chinese dish instead. If I were to choose between the two, I prefer eating hers over the Pad Thai though. Overall, I don't think I'll be back, I've tried better Thai places. I always get mine extra spicy and it is the perfect remedy for when I'm feeling sick because it just clears me right up. The staff here are always very nice and the interior of the restaurant is always clean. My only criticism of late has been the texture of my dish. Whenever I've come here in the past, the noodles had a nice gloss to them and you could definitely taste the "wok hay". I'm not sure if the cook changed recently or something, but the noodles definitely taste different and the texture of the noodles has a bit gummy.
