Second time eating here and we have found a new favorite spot! It's so difficult to find a good Thai place, so we're so excited about this place! My husband loves the pumpkin curry and insists it's the best he has had. I have had the Spicy Edamame, spicy fried rice, cashew nut, and spring rolls and have not been disappointed yet! Not only is the food amazing but the service is so great. They are very nice and welcoming here. I would recommend this place to everyone! read more

The mussaman curry is delicious! The service is great, everyone is kind and attentive. So happy to have another Thai place here in Santee. Can't wait to come back and try other things on the menu. read more

The food is AWESOME! This is the real deal. Authentic Thai food! I will be going back. You can get it as spicy as you want or as you don't want. The quality of the food is off the charts. I usually don't "yelp". But this place is worth my time and effort. I have been to other Thai food places in Santee. They are good. But this place is definitely a step up. 5/5 stars! read more

This is where the old Oishii was! Same owners and still amazing food just only Thai! Staff was super friends and service was fast! read more

A really cool and amazing friend recommended I try this Thai restaurant. I was told to try the Pumpkin Curry with chicken. I was hesitant because I had images of Halloween Pumpkins in my head. I tried it anyway since I was feeling adventurous that day. Best decision ever! The Pumpkin is a Thai Pumpkin (think exotic squash) nothing like Halloween Pumpkins, the flavor and texture are otherworldly good. I also tried the beef spicy noodles and some appetizers. Everything was AMAZING. 500 Stars! read more

Really love the food here! Service is good and the restaurant is clean. Parking is tight, but manageable. The Thai tea is wonderful, as is the coconut soup. I like their pad thai and orange chicken is good, too! If you have room for desert, their sweet rice and mango is a treat! Their To Go service is good too! We don't live in Santee, but it's worth the drive. read more

This place is really good. Got a to-go order of garlic chicken and shrimp spring rolls. The portion sizes are large and a great value for the price. Staff was very friendly. Food was delicious. read more

We went to Thailand for our honeymoon and obviously loved the food there. The food at Thai Thai is the closest we've gotten to Thai Food in Bangkok. Highly recommend! read more

I'm really excited this little gem opened up in my part of town! I was craving Thai but didn't want to go back to the other Thai restaurants near me, so I busted out Yelp and saw this place pop up first, so I figured to give it a try. I was not disappointed, not one bit! The ladies that welcomed us seemed very nice and excited to see us. They thanked us for coming before we even sat down! The restaurant itself looked pleasant, well lit, clean and decorated with a nice touch of Thailand. I ordered fresh spring rolls and tiger cry steak. The spring rolls were very good, they added cucumber and carrots in them, which I have not seen done anywhere else. The tiger cry steak, well, LET ME TELL YOU!!! It was absolutely delicious! There was a good portion of steak on there, along with heart shaped rice! Yes! The rice was in the shape of a heart! The steak had this great tasting mildly spicy sauce, I wished I asked what it was because I loved it so much. I tried some of my friends duck pad see ew, and it was also delicious. Thank you Thai Thai. It was a wonderful experience and I am so glad you opened up in Santee!! read more

Thai Thai delivers. My wife and I have been coming to Jenny's restaurants since they've opened in Fallbrook and they never disappoint! First of all the portions are family sized and the flavors are great. Usually my wife and I order a couple of entrees a piece and share. This time we only ordered pad see ewe, red curry and some fresh rolls with some Thai tea and we couldn't finish our food!!!! Always nice to see mike and patty supporting their former employee and now partner. Hope you guys give Thai Thai a try as it will become a favorite for you in the east county! read more

Stopped by after gym with wife and kids, let's just say this by far the best Thai in East County! I've tried all of the others here and even towards the Convoy area and this spot is legit!! Little on the small side so I can see Friday getting crazy packed in a month or two. Better try now, I can guarantee this place will be packed once folks find out. read more

Thai Thai always knocks it out of the park! From the friendly customer service when we dine in or pick up, to the speedy and accurate orders when we order though GrubHub, this place is on top of it! This is not to mention the wide variety of flavorful dishes they offer, each one as good as the next! They do no disappoint! read more

Kinda pricey. I had won ton soup and orange chicken and spring rolls. The spring rolls were good. But the won ton soup had the tails left on the shrimp which gave the soup a fishy taste and had to pick the shrimp out of the soup and de-tail them myself , lazy chef I guess. The orange chicken was nothing to write home about. It was lacking ,maybe some orange zest or some type of garnishment would help. I did have a Thai tea which was excellent and the staff was very friendly and delightful. read more

Love this new restaurant. Owner is extremely friendly, food was excellent! Beer was great too Sapporo. read more

Super fresh and delicious. The Panang curry is better than anywhere else in San Diego and the pad see eww is tasty too.

We ordered the Tom Kah Gai (my favorite soup!) at a spice level 3/10. Also ordered potstickers and pad thai. The soup came and it was crazy spicy. I was starving and found it edible, so I didn't complain. Turns out that the runner switched orders and my soup was a SEVEN/10. So, um, yeah. They did graciously offer to remake it for us, and when she brought it out, it was a very mild 1.5 (according to her). I'm still interested in trying an actual 3. The Pad Thai was tasty, but overly sweet. The pot stickers were ok. I should add that my wife really liked them; I'm not a huge fan of potstickers, so I'll defer to her. Service was nice, dishes were plated beautifully (rice was served on a dish and pressed into a heart shape). read more

Visited Thai Thai for the first time tonight. It really is a gem. The service was quick, and the menu has MANY options. Whether you seek Vegetarian or meat choices, you will have much to choose from. We started with the spicy edamame and they were top notch. Pad Thai and Pad See Ewe were both spectacular. I really love spicy food, but a 3 is as high as I'd go here. Portions were big enough to leave us with lunch for tomorrow. Will definitely be back. read more

Delicious! The best Thai I've had in a while. We tried a lot of food: the sampler platter, papaya salad, Tom ka soup, yellow curry, massaman curry, pad Thai, and bbq chicken. It was a great. Good friendly servers too read more

What a great find in Santee! Jenny was exceptional w her service today and I loved the food and know I'll be back w friends.

Amazing Thai food in the town. Right price and right quantity. Customer service is decent. Very friendly staff. Their spice is between 1 and 10. 5 is hot. I would prefer 4 or less. I ordered level 5 but it was hot for me. Thai Tea is large (compared to other places) in size with delicious taste. By far best Thai tea I have in San Diego. I am definitely going back to this place. read more

I just ordered a couple of take out dishes and they were good. A little bit spicier than I was hoping to get, I was sweating after just a couple of bites. I like spicy food, but my wife doesn't, so we asked for her dish to be made with "no spicy stuff" and they said no problem. Hers was unfortunately spicier than mine and she couldn't eat it...so I had to go find something else for her to eat. I will try again one day because as hot as it was, I still liked it. read more

Wow, the best Tom Kha I've ever had! Excellent food, service and spotless restaurant in a little strip mall in Santee.

My sister and I went to the restaurant and were unimpressed by the menu. I had a delicious Thai tea. We decided to go elsewhere. I went to pay for the tea and unable to do so. You see, the server said it was free and that was that. She handed us a menu on our way out. I took the menu home. A couple of days later I decided to order food. It was fresh, delicious with beautiful presentation. I am delighted and can't wait to go back. The fresh spring rolls with, real, peanut sauce that taste like peanuts. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. The customer service was phenomenal too! The seafood is also fresh and delicious read more
