    Green curry

Good Thai food in Crested Butte. We got take out and enjoyed the portions! The Thai green curry could use more chicken, but it was tasty. The pad Thai was good, but if you're getting take out ask for extra sauce! B We will definitely be back again!

Clean establishment in Crested Butte with friendly, attentive service. The food is great and flavorful. We ordered the duck pho (popular) and the tom yum kha soup. Both were delicious. The soup didn't come with rice so I ordered a bowl, which was $4.99. A bit steep. Overall, it was good food that hit the spot!

Was craving Thai and this hit the spot. A classic cute Crested butte exterior and away from the hustle and bustle of down town. Service was fast and attentive. Food was good, pho didn't disappoint. Perfect for those cold winter days!!!

First time in Crested Butte and this winter didn't get much snow but we got here for the 3rd POW for the year! The pho had a sweetness to it which I wasn't used to. The red pepper oil was killer hot so be careful! My hubby got the beef rib panang curry which he enjoyed a lot. I laugh they call this place Thai Smile cause our waitress def looked like she didn't want to be there (no smiles and very short with us). St least they have good selection of dishes!

Tom Kha Soup with chicken & Larb Gai

Deliciousness! I got the Larb Gai (10/10) and it was Soo yummy! I ordered it hot, but could've easily done the medium since they have on the table the condiments should make it spicier. I also got the Tom Kha medium and wish I'd gone for mild (And I'm usually a spice, loving girl!) but everything was fabulous, and the staff was speedy, courteous and food got out quick.

Thai Fried Rice w/ seafood (shrimp & calamari) and green tea with honey.

Yes! Love this Thai place in CB! I had the seafood Thai fried rice & it was perfection. I ordered it with medium spice, but I love that the spicy mix is on the table so you can flavor it to taste yourself. The "bowl" of green tea with honey was exactly what I needed after my somewhat cool, rainy hike. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is fantastic. I highly recommend Thai Smile :)

    Duck Khao Soi

This place is very clean and the staff is very friendly! I had the Duck Khao Soi and it was amazing! Flavorful, thick curry with juicy pieces of duck (lightly fried). We also had a Massaman curry that was very good.

Hidden gem in CB, we had the pho & curry, both were phenomenal! The staff is friendly, and great place to sit outside in the weather.

Amazing Thai food and service. Great outside patio. Come here every time we visit. It is some of the best Tom Yum I have ever had.

Only negative is pho broth is too sweet and noodle dishes are too salty. Everything else is good. Thx

Ordered a couple different curry dishes which were excellent. Prices are quite low for a ski town. Will be back.

As I mentioned before, it's never let me down in terms of freshness, quality, taste, and appropriate temperature. The staff are always very welcoming and friendly. It is also a dog friendly place where my Dog Polly is always greeted by name and a compliment on her attire. ( she's a service dog who likes to wear dresses ) her favorite French fries in the entire continental United States are here at Butch's under a big umbrella with a great view of town and the other dogs. I also met a great friend who was working there last summer named Johnny. We still talk everyday!

The overall price was $45 for the strawberry and walnut salad with lobster. Ouch! My friend ordered a Cesar salad with lobster and it was $40. Including two sodas and one cup of clam chowder (for my friend) our bill was $120, not including tip. This was lunch, not dinner. Service was good. And the place has sitting outside, which is in the shade but it's wood benches that are very hard and uncomfortable. Again, food is not bad, but I don't think I will come back. Sorry!

After my 1st day snowboarding, due to our lack of snow this winter, Vail had the best forecast, and…read moreI happily rode 7 runs in 2-hours, and was then starving, after also skipping lunch. Since I'd parked at Lions Head, before I returned to Denver, I considered the Vail Chophouse, as their menu looked delicious, however when I went inside, the live music was so loud - even with my noise-canceling headphones still in- that I still couldn't hear, and knew I'd blow out my ear drums. Enter: Montauk Seafood Grill, the perfect antidote, with an equally appealing menu, and a much more serene ambiance. :-) Given I was famished, I asked my wonderful server, Brenn, for recommendations, and she was - hands down - one of the best servers I've had, in a long time. She was friendly, attentive, honest, and an all around delight. I started by asking her suggestion, as to if I should order the "Blood Moon" or "Happy Coconut" mocktail, and she recommended the Blood Moon, which was delicious! I love Blood Orange, and it had the perfect combination of mint, to be both sweet & sour. I needed a mocktail, given I was driving back to Denver, after dinner. She then brought me delicious Rosemary Sourdough and Citrus Butter, as a starter, which was fantastic, especially given I needed all the carbs, from skipping lunch, riding so much, and from fasting the night before, for a prior medical appointment, that morning, in Denver, hence my late start, snowboarding. Then I ordered - and loved - the Point Reyes Blue Cheese Crusted Filet Mignon, medium rare, with the most delicious asparagus I've ever had, and I was grateful that they could make my truffle potatoes, whipped, instead of hash brown style. I ended my delicious dinner with a cappuccino, for the drive home. Perfection!

The original table they had for us wasn't great and they were more than happy for us to move. Now the bad part.. I think by moving tables we got a waiter that was too busy to attend to us. Now this is a fancy restaurant so we expect perfect service. It was fine but slow in my opinion. Now for the food, it was pretty tasty as usual. I had a delicious light salad and then had their signature salmon dish. Portion size was as perfect for both items! Others at the table were not as satisfied. The scallops were delicious but there were only three served, for how expensive this place was, they should have given a few more. The rice was not great. As for the other diners in my party, they were happy with their meals.

When they finally came to get our drink order, they got the drinks wrong. We would have left but we were meeting out of town friends here. We hyped this place up to our friends because of the views and we were so embarrassed at how the night turned out. Our order (simple burgers all around!) took over an hour and a half to get to us. Two orders were wrong and our server told us the chef wasn't reading tickets that night. No apologies. Nothing. What kind of chef doesn't read/honor customers simple requests?! For a simple dinner and two drinks we were there for over three hours.
