Deep fried whole fish, eggplant with shrimp, and a chicken wing up top
    Audrey D.

Pleasantly surprised with this discovery. Stumbled upon here after trying to hit up the local food cart pod and finding nearly every cart closed. There's obviously no shortage of Thai restaurants in Portland, and thought this would be the typical run-of-the-mill Thai joint. I'm a slut for whole deep-fried fish, so of course I had to order it when I saw it on the menu. Def the highlight of the meal and prob one of the better fish dishes I've had in Portland, period. It's NOT tilapia, it's reasonably priced, and it's flavored with a ton of fresh herbs instead of just being sauced. The deep fried chicken wings were also good and the pad eggplant with shrimp was fine, nothing to write home about. But I will come back again solely for the fish.

We were wet and cold from exploring The Grotto. Found this jewel Thai place that warmed us up with delicious food. Great service and cozy spot!!

Such great food, a nice seating area inside, and outstanding service. My partner had the fried rice and was very happy with it. I had the Mango Stir Fry and it was probably one of the best Thai dishes I have ever had. I wish it was closer to my house but I will make the trek across town for this place again!

This Thai food was fantastic! The potstickers were some of the best that I've had in NE Portland. The addition of peanuts in the dipping sauce was something i've never seen anywhere else before, but it was phenomenal! Both of the noodle dishes were also very good, all the noodles were a consistent texture and had a lot of flavor. We were the only people in the restaurant when we went in, but it was super cute inside and they have a huge parking lot. Everyone inside was very friendly and welcoming, and we will definitely be coming back to both dine in and take out again.

There are probably more Thai restaurants/carts than any other cuisine (save hamburgers) in town, some would say a glut. Thai Seasons is probably my favorite. They do employ a semi-fusion approach so purists be forewarned. Their Thai Beef Salad is my go to, perfect when you're craving a healthy protein, veggie and non carb-laden meal. The greens are chopped fine, so no big pieces of Iceberg lettuce like at the place next door. We also enjoyed a creative and ample Spinach noodle bowl; I don't remember seeing this dish on other Thai menus. I'm a huge fried rice aficionado and the version here closely rivals delicious Indonesian Nasi Goring. Fresh and favorable and good sized portions, but not too big at the expense of quality (think Saburos.) One weakness: they need to pep up their spice level as they're definitely catering to gentle palettes. Or at least add more options to the hot sauce selection. The Thai Ice Tea with tamarind sounds better than it tasted, a pass on that in the future. There's an elevated feel to the place, much more so than most of their competitors. Service is friendly as is the case at most Thai places. Parking is rarely an issue.

This is a solid spot. We tend to get pad Thai and a curry and are always satisfied with left overs for the next day. Very delicious!

I have tried a lot of places that do the same thai style chicken and rice and it's almost always a miss for me, something is always off, usually the chicken is touch, or too dry, or lacking flavor but here it just hits right.

We had to wait a bit for a spot to open up but soon were able to sit with a high chair (located in the middle near the entrance). We got our number after ordering and food quickly came out after our wait to sit. We got Khao Man Gai Piset (with liver), Khao Kha Muu and chicken skins. The kids ate so much and the hainanese chicken was a kid friendly favorite! We really enjoyed the Khao Kha Muu which was similar to an adobo with yummy pickled mustard greens. The meat was tender and marinated so well. The liver is always enjoyable by me and everyone ate the skins which were so crispy! The 2 meals were large and fed all of us well. Please remember to bus your own table!

They have several vegan dishes and we generally get vegan versions of the Evil Jungle with Tempeh, Pad Kee Mao with Tempeh, and the Enoki Mushroom Salad. They also have various vegan specials from time to time, outside of their vegan menu, which have all been amazing and something we keep an eye out for. If you have the time to eat in, you definitely should to fully appreciate certain dishes; but they do an amazing job with doing their to-go orders as well - like frying certain items when you arrive so they don't get soggy from waiting to be picked up. The ambiance is really nice for an intimate or small group meal and this is one of my favorite places to bring people that aren't vegan as they have all been really blown away with the meat dishes they've ordered.

Service was efficient on a weekday for lunch. I was very impressed that the woman serving us also cooks. She said she has one other person helping her over the weekend. The food was SO DELICIOUS. This was the best pad Thai we had with such depth of flavor - not too sweet or oily, just perfect. We also had the pad kra pao, eggplant and tom kha. The tom kha had good flavor and with a thinner broth that I'm used to which was fabulous. The eggplant was so delicious - the consistency was incredible. Not too soggy, just right. I also tried the mango sticky rice. For drinks we had the Thai lemon tea which tasted like Thai iced tea without the milk and lemon added - delightful! We even bought an extra dish to take with us to go. Amazing place. Ambiance is casual. I can't wait to return.
