Nice seating outside next to the river and with fresh tasting seafood , it's a win. We shared the combination meal wich has a bit of everything all very tasty and not heavily breaded. Not a lot of sitting inside, but quite a bit outside. Service was friendly and fast, no complaints. The only thing that was not that great was the coleslaw. No flavor except for cabbage, I did like the pineapple in it though.

Maria was our server (according to the receipt) and she was awesome! She was personable, and spent time visiting with us and telling us the history of the restaurant. She also helped me be sneaky and hid the little birthday cake I snuck in my bag and hid it in back, then had brought it out later; adding a bunch of ice cream to it - and got the other restaurant guests to suing Happy Birthday to him. My boyfriend is fairly private so this intimate setting and delicious food, was exactly what he wanted and a wonderful surprise for him.

My wife did enjoy her dish, however, and our drinks were very tasty too. It might have just been me, so I'm not going to say don't go here, you absolutely should, because this is probably the most authentic Italian you're going to get in this area and it's worth a visit!

Halibut was almost non existent, it was more of a cabbage taco. The rice was gross and tasted old. The beans were bland. When our waitress finally did come back she said nothing about my incorrect meal. She actually became rude and cold, wouldn't even look at us. I had just received correct meal and two others ordered more drinks since we would be staying longer. Took over 20 minutes to get more drinks and she had become so cold that we were all convinced she might have spit in them. New drinks were left untouched and I left hungry.

It's poor form to not apologize and ask how to remedy the issue. Removing our cold French dip sandwiches with a scowl and without a word is not good service. Stuff happens, restaurants get busy, and good servers know how to make things right when they drop the ball. We enjoyed the shooters and the beer.

My kid and I walked in about 12pm and there may have been 8 tables full but I counted 8 more vacant. There was one couple waiting to be seated. The guy at the counter told me it would be a 20 min wait for an open table. So we sat and waited. It was about a 20 min wait. We were taken to a table that had not been cleaned. The guy asked us for our drink order and we got them in a very short time. But then we sat and sat as a guy attendant to every other table but us. For 20 mins we waited to give our order. Then finally he comes to us and say " sorry our kitchen is closed it may be up to 30 mins before you can order" I had never heard of such a thing in my life! Who closes their kitchen with customers waiting to order? Who keeps the doors open but the kitchen closes? I was so shocked I just got up and walked out without even questioning why. I hope this place goes out of business. They do not deserve to make another dime!
