This is somewhere me and my family go every other week! Atmosphere: Very sophisticated, cozy, and a family environment. Candles and flowers at every table for a calm dinner effect! Customer Service: Amazing customer service every time I have been there- never any complaints! Very friendly and constantly ask if theres anything they can do for you. Food (the most important!): We usually order an appetizer of vegetarian spring rolls and roti canai. Spring rolls- mild spice, comes with some carrots. (If you prefer a spicier experience as my family and I do, you have to ask for a side of chili sauce!) For entrees: for the three of us, we order a chicken Gang Dang (Red Curry) and a vegetarian Pad Thai. Portions are large and are very shareable. Gang Dang comes with a portion of rice enough for one person so, you might have to order more rice. There are dessert options and Thai iced-tea as well! read more

I've only had Thai a few times but this was absolutely delicious! Went with a large group for a birthday and the staff was amazing. Explained everything on the menu that we had questions about, our water was never not filled and they were so sweet the whole time and very patient. We ordered appetizers; duck, seafood puffs and shrimp dumplings. All delicious. As a meal I orders regular chicken pad Thai. The portions were huge I had a whole extra meal to take home with me. I also got a Thai iced tea which was good, very sweet so I added some water to it. Over all everything was yummy and service was fantastic! My roommate always raves of this place so when she invited me to lunch I knew I had to check it out. Our food came out very quickly and I feel that the price was fair for an entrée. I do not eat Thai food often but when I do I make sure to get the noodles! I opted for the tofu and veggie option with the noodles and my veggies were cooked nicely, not soggy at all and the tofu was very firm and marinated well. The only negative I have to say about this place is that the staff lurks, probably to turn tables quickly, and it is a little dark in the restaurant which doesn't compliment the dark capeting well. Hands down the best curry puffs I've ever had. We also had a noodle and curry dish and they were just as delicious. Probably the best Thai food I've had in the area thus far. They also had wonderful social distancing procedures for takeout. You can place the order over the phone and when it's ready your bag of food will be nicely lined up on a table. Delicious Thai food with highly attentive service. Waitress came by multiple times to ensure everything was just right. Roti canal appetizer was ok but the pork and veg. pan seared dumplings were homemade and delicious. Well worth every penny. Kids enjoyed the beef date which was melt in your mouth tender. Not the usual beef jerky that some others pass off as sate. Pad Thai was a crowd pleaser with the right amount of sweetness for the kiddos. The pad Kee mao was good but could have been spicier. Chicken with strong beans was also a hit with the crowd. Kids also liked the beef fried rice. This is an average Thai place, but considering this restaurant is in the suburbs of Bridgewater it's probably the best Thai food you will find. I tried to make a reservation for my family but no one answered both times I called. We figured the restaurant shouldn't be super crowded and decided to go check it out! We were quickly seated within 5 minutes, even though the restaurant was packed; which was great! Service was pretty good, our appetizers and entrees came within 15 minutes of ordering. I ordered the cashew chicken with a spice level of 3. Customizing the spice level is awesome, you have the option to pick your spiciness from 1(lowest) to 5 (super spicy). 3 was the perfect level, not too spicy but the dish had the right amount of kick. The cashew chicken was flavorful, with several green peppers, basil, celery, cashews and chicken. Portion size was large, I had plenty of food for leftovers! Thai iced tea is also good, a tad too sweet (had to add some water to dilute it). Tip is already included, make sure you don't over tip like we almost did! read more

One of the best thai place I've tried to date. And there have been many since I was trying to find a substitute out here in California. I went here at least once a month while I was studying at Rutgers. RU! Watch out for their operating hours. I've forgotten several time they don't serve lunch on sundays, and that they're closed between 3 and 5 on the other days. It located in a plaza so parking is plentiful. The staff is super friendly. Every time I walked in, I was greeted within a few seconds. Most of the time during meal time, the place is packed but the service is still top notch. They are on top of refilling your water. And definitely a good thing if you're eating their super spicy dishes. They have a BYOB policy. The last time I was there back in '10, they did not have a corkage fee. To start, I made sure to check if they have crab cakes. I get quite upset if they don't have them that night because they are exquisite. Loads of crab. Great flavor. Another definite order was the spring rolls. The sauce on the side they serve it with is delicious. I've almost always ordered their pad thai with beef just because it is fantasmic. Yes. Fantastic and orgasmic. Their portion is extravagant. I've gone with several different people and they have ordered a myriad of different dishes. I can't recall a single one that was not satisfied with their food. And the best part: Their fried ice cream! I cannot and have not found an equal. Anywhere. Granted, I no longer live in the area, I still can't find a substitute where I am now. The outer layer is oh so crispy and the pairing with the ice cream is to die for. They also decorate the plate with a mango sauce IIRC. The whole thing is amazing. My mouth is watering trying to write about it. Ventured into Thai Kitchen I on the recommendation of my work collegue. We were lucky enough to get the table even during peak lunch rush hour. I ordered pad kra pao with shrimp. My food came bland, even after telling the server to make it spicy. The servers seemed not too attentive towards us. As soon as we finished the lunch we had a couple of servers overlooking our table as if they wanted us to leave. So in terms of food and service I was disappointed. read more

Wish i could give them negative. Worst place ever. Went with my family. Didn't like the food much ( personal preference). Paid around $60 with tip. When we were leaving the lady ran to us saying we need to pay minimum 15%. We said we didn't like the food or service but still we gave tip. She ignored " we didn't like the food" part and she kept on saying " but our waiters work for tip .. you must pay minimum 15%" Like literally u r demanding a certain amount when i am saying I didn't like the food or service . You are not bothered that we didn't like something. I wasted my money, time. Spoiled my sunday and mood. I can die starving but will NEVER go to this place. If you don't want to get insulted make sure you pay 15% tip even if you don't like the food. I was staying at the Bridgewater Marriott and was looking for a nearby place to dine with five friends. Yelp to the rescue! This restaurant was a short walk over the highway in a close shopping center. We began our meal splitting a number of delicious appetizers, including delectable dumplings (close to shumai and 7 in number, which made things interesting for our party of 6), pastry puffs that were reminiscent of Indian samosas, and fantastic grilled squid. My favorite thing about this establishment is that spicy items on the menu can range from 1 to 5 elephants in heat. I, of course, had to go for 4 elephants (I always attempt the degree beneath the highest, since going all the way is just plain stupid) for my Pad Kee Mao. This dish was incredible and I was not suffering at all. The large helpings of chicken and the perfectly prepared broad, flat noodles were generously sprinkled with chili oil and flakes. The vegetables had been grilled and mixed excellently. The overall value was great, the gratuity added automatically, and everyone left satisfied and impressed. If I find myself back in Bridgewater, I think I'll try 5 elephants -- why not be stupid?! read more

Found on Yelp; since it was only ~5 minutes from the office I figured I'd give 'em a try for lunch. The place was packed, but I was able to get one of the last open tables. Ordered my drink and it came promptly with a small salad. Ordered my meal and it came as I was finishing the salad. This was FAST food, but not fast food. Super fast service, but tasted fresh. Could have used a little more heat (I always order "Thai Hot"). Next time when they ask me "1-5?" I'll tell 'em to bring me an 8. That usually does the trick! :) read more

Had the pleasure of dining here for lunch last week on a visit to New Jersey. It was my mother-in-laws wish to eat there so we did. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and they have an outdoor area for us, COVID scaredy cats, to enjoy a meal with the fresh air blowing. I started off with Thai iced tea. A refreshing start to a wonderful meal. I chose from the Chefs Lunch Special the SP 4. Prik Khing (one elephant spiciness) at $11.95. The meal started with a salad topped with a delicious peanut dressing. It didnt last long on my plate as the combination of vegetables and the slight sweetness of the peanut dressing made for a wonderful marriage of flavors in my mouth. The entree followed served with white rice. I must say, this is my favorite dish in any Thai restaurant and the flavors were just incredible. It did not disappoint! Just the right amount of spiciness and vegetables sautéed to just the right consistency and complimented by the white rice. I was in heaven! We did not have dessert because we were very full but perhaps on my next visit. I do plan on returning here again for a meal. And my mother-in-law was spot on about this place. The venue for our monthly colleague dinner. We started by appetizers: Thai Egg Rolls, Mee Grob (fried cripsy thin rice noodles and shrimps marinated in special sweet and sour sauce,garnished with bean sprouts, red bell peppers, tofu and carrots.) I LOVED IT & the Curry Puff (Puff pastry filled with mince chicken curried, potatoes, onions, carrots and celery, served with cucumber relish) I didn't get a chance to taste it...colleagues were quick! - They said it was very good! For dinner, I kept it simple by ordering the Shrimp and Fried Rice. It was accompanied by tomatoes, scallions and carrots. It was tasty and very filling.
