I pass this place everyday on my bike on the way to work, and it always fills the Central Point streets with amazing smells around lunch time! My wife and I finally tried it last week; it is, hands down, the best Asian food in the Rogue Valley. The only down side is that there are very few tables that seat a large family, and the place is often crowded (good for them!). This is certainly a great place to have a business lunch! This is a decent Thai restaurant. It is not my favorite in the Rouge Valley, but it's pretty good. Pad Thai and curry are good. Service is fair and prices are great. They are pretty quick on to go order too. The hours are quite limited so that is a negative sometimes. read more

With the positive reviews, we decided to try this place. So happy that we did. The service was warm and welcoming. The pad Thai with shrimp was simply amazing. Before I developed numerous food allergies, this was my favorite restaurant. Good food, great people. It had been a few years, but I decided to give it a try as Asian food tends to be naturally free of most the things I have to avoid. The big problem is garlic. So I went in and asked if they could accommodate me. The waitress was very sweet, said they could, and so I went for it. Then I got sick. Still, since they were so nice, I thought I'd go back and try again. I explained what happened and how garlic gets hidden in spices and natural flavorings. This time my waitress was the owner. She looked at me stone faced and clearly offended. The cook turned around to see who dared to ask about their sauces used. This person who was always so sweet and gregarious had turned stone cold to me. I was not comfortable there any longer. The food? Other than the allergy thing, I suppose it is as good as before, but I can't have what I did in the past. But the menu change was disappointing. Everything is confusing, and they only serve lunch size portions (no leftovers). read more

I have been here a couple of times and it is good. However, we placed a large order to-go the last time and it took over an hour for it to be ready (arrived 40 mins after placing order and waited another 25+ mins at the restaurant). Prices are good and the people are nice though. Don't order the fish, it's straight out if the freezer and was very rubbery, we liked the sauce though. Perfect for a road trip meal! Staff were more than 5 stars friendly and efficient. Food was very good - we had the pad Thai, seafood stir fry and green bean curry with tofu. Rice came with (didn't cost extra). Only thing I might not get again is the shrimp rolls but that's because I was expecting them to be like crab Rangoon - not because they didn't taste good. We love this place! It is our go to for Thai food! The coconut milk is to die for; and we love the chowmein! The owner/waitress is always super sweet, and even gives me hot tea at no charge when I'm waiting for my to go order. Small, fast paced restaurant, I recommend going early or getting it to go. The portions are huge, and their lunch menu is very reasonable priced! 6.95 and lots of variations to choose from. 3 of us ate here, in town for a tournament. 2 thought their meals were good (not great) and one agreed with me that my dish was awful. I ordered asparagus beef with rice, a very standard Chinese dish. Asparagus was plentiful and nicely cooked. The beef was inedible, dry, overcooked. The saucing lacked basic flavors and salt. The waitress asked how our meals were, deliberately overlooking me since my plate was full of uneaten beef. As we were leaving, i asked if they had oyster sauce in the restaurant. She said, "Yes." I asked why none was in my dish to give it flavor. It became my fault when she said, "You have to ask for it." We left a scant tip because her earlier service was also lacking. The best Thai food in the valley! Fresh, hot, and lots of it! It's a small place, and you might have to wait for a table if you hit lunch hour, but it's worth it. My fave is Pad Prik King with brown rice, sooo good. Comes with a salad starter. Pad Thai is good, as are the curries. Very nice hosts as well. We love eating here. read more
