This is my fav taco bell. I have been stopping at this Pilot for work for 5 years. Every time i eat here it is great. I try taco bell other places rarely as i try not to eat fast food snd other locations are only so so. If i eat here and it's good again i review. So this is one of my favorites, because it is so darn easy to get to! it is right off I-5 and near the airport. I use this one 2-3 times every time I am in town. They are in a fgas station with a TacoBell built in. You can mix and match items from each resturant. And go over and shop the C-store. The prices are higher than some other Subways. I get the same thing at almost every Subway stop and this one is on the pricer side. read more

My girlfriend and I were visiting family and decided to stop at Subway on our way back to our hotel . Since we rarely have eaten at subway we were a bit indecisive on what we wanted on our sandwiches , yet we were the only customers at the counter. The girl behind the counter not only was rude and extremely impatient , rushing us through our order , slamming the mayo container on the counter .not suggesting anything , no receipt and no napkins. I've been going to this subway for years and never had such terrible customer service. Who ever is managing the night shift needs to be fired for refusing to serve me. I arrived minutes before closing and was turned away. I was so pissed I didn't even say anything and just walked away. Yet the girl working still had customers in front of me. The way I see it is you serve the remaining customers in line. You don't just shooo customers away like that. Doesn't look good. How does one order a wrap from subway? You pick your choice of tomato or spinach tortilla, pick your preferred meat, select the veggies and then top it with your fave sauce! Right??!! Sounds simple! Here's where it gets 'complicated' for the staff running the show behind the counter. You ask them to toast the wrap! "Sorry, we don't toast our wraps!" I respond, "I know that's not common, but I'd like mine toasted please." ... "NO, we can't toast the wraps!" At which point my surprise has morphed into annoyance. I say, "I'm eating it, so why wouldn't you toast it?" "Sorry, ma'am we're not allowed to toast the wraps!" At which point I walked away!! Reminded of the great Gene Roddenberrys creation 'The Borgs', I let it go...'They are Borg' and resistance was futile!!! BOTTOM LINE : Rude, inept, unintelligent staff working at this subway!! I had a bellyache all evening after the steak sub! Subway in general really disappoints me these days with their prices and selection! Hard to get a foot long under $7! That's before a drink or chips/cookies! I would rather go to The Pita Pit, it tastes way better too! A bunch of teenagers with no customer service and make sloppy sandwiches at that, was supposed to be toasted but was barely warm when I got home, and I live maybe 4 min away! read more

We come here often for convenience. Normally, this subway is pretty spot on, but the past three times we have gone here, our flatbread has been either stale or overcooked. Not sure what's going on, but it's been a bummer. read more
