The Filipino Fire truck is delicious and quick! The pork adobo melts in your mouth and the rice is flavorful. My boyfriend got the chicken adobo and loved it, very clean and filling! We'll be back most definitely.

I have been waiting to try their food. But tough to time it right. They're fairly close to me when they're at KeyBank so I had an opportunity and it did not disappoint. I simply had the lumpia and eggrolls, and they were absolutely fantastic! I can't wait to go back. read more

Feels & tastes like home cooking of the Philippines. "Filipino" cuisine is a (mix of Chinese/Malay & Spanish influence) The "chicken & pork adobo" are both deliciously tender & moist. The leftover sauce is yum on the rice. The "Pancit" (clear noodle dish) is a must; the balance of flavor & acidity is delicious. Lastly don't forget the "lumpia" (eggrolls) I could eat a 100 of them!! One thing, wish I could chase it all down with some kalamansi or melon juicebut overall "Nakapa Sarap!!"/DELICIOUS!! read more

I am going to make a pot of rice and a pot of adobo and bring it down to you guys. Come on. Too much water in the rice is an abomination. I must've cut you guys on the wrong day. The turon...maybe use yellow/brown plantains. read more

looking for Hawaiian food at the airport, came upon this truck instead. Pleasant surprise. Great food, friendly staff! The Filipino food I usually find on the road usually falls far short of my mother-in law's. This came very close ! Great chicken adobo, pancit with chicken and fresh lemon to squeeze on, was the best I've had. Delicious little lumpia's included with combo plate . Had to try the banana rolls for desert.. decadent delicious ( if not healthy) treat! Everyone support this great local Gem! read more

1 Bite of Pancit I was instantly back in the kitchen at my BFF house cooking with his grandma and all that love and emotions that goes with Really Good Food and getting to eat it with people you Love. So if you have never had Filipino food. I encourage you to just go and try and support this Truck. And if your not sure just ask for a sample and that should do it. read more

What a little treat! I found this place through Google search while I was visiting Medford and knew I must try it. The owners were very friendly with welcoming me. They were gracious and gave me extra lumpia when I explained how I arrived to eat there! They recommended the chicken and rice which also was served with noodles and lumpia. Everything was flavorful and pleasing to my taste. I'll definitely stop by there again when I visit Medford next month. read more
