    Thai tea

Got takeout for lunch and it was going to take an hour before it was ready for pickup. I'd recommend ordering in advance. Thai tea - so so sweet. I had two sips before I decided it was too sugary for me. Pad Kee Mao - I ordered it with vegetables and appreciated the amount it came with. The flat rice noodles were sticking together even though it was pretty oily. There was no spice to it and I just tasted soy sauce.

Service: 80/10the sweetest and kindest people ever. Like we talked and enjoyed our sister and niece day way past closing and the staff allowed us to! We were so ashamed when we realized the time! Food: 10/10: order anything and it will be amazing! All of our dishes were well seasoned and good spice level. (See pics) Ambiance: super cute dining experience, gives NY style restaurant! Please go and enjoy.

Unsanitary conditions. Small Cockroach was found in a guests plate and then we found many more on the floors counter and wall. After discussion with the owner, they noted that they don't think this is wrong and wouldn't discount the bill. Never coming here again. Once others in the dining room learned of this, they all left. Customer service is not a priority here and neither is good clean environment.

This place is bursting with flavor. Do you want expect it from my little strip mall restaurants, but that is the reality. Our favorite dish was this fried chicken dish that was so tasty and a little spicy. We also got a pineapple fried rice that concentrated more flavor than presentation. The only real disappointment was the Penang was just OK.

I was in Richmond and stopped in here by myself for lunch. This place is a little hard to find the first time. It is located sideways between a deli and an italian restaurant with the sign not really facing the parking lot. I decided to go here because they actually served you at the restaurant. I called 3 other Thai places that I was closer to and it was take out only. They have indoor and outdoor seating. They menu is pretty large. I had chicken pad see ew. It was really good. I opted to go with only a one pepper of spice level.... I didn't know the scale and didnt want to go over board!!

I came here with my family because the place next door was a 40 minute wait. This place did not disappoint. Everything we ordered was super delicious. For appetizers you NEED to order the crab Rangoon. For my entree I ordered the chicken pad Thai and it was packed with flavor. I don't normally order pad Thai but this was probably one of the best ones I've had. The portion is pretty big so I recommend sharing but I like to have leftover to eat later. There was only one lady serving all the tables but service was pretty quick considering she was by herself. 10/10 one of the best Thai places in Richmond.

Amazing. I'm a huge fan a pad Thai and this did not disappoint. Cleared my plate clean so yummy. Got it with 1 level spice and it added some flavor but kept the wonderful sweetness of pad thai. Highly recommend. The service was amazing, our server was so warm and welcoming!

A mom and pop Thai place. They are always so nice and helpful in answering any questions! I've gone with my parents who have some trouble with the QR code menus and they hand them paper menus without us having to ask. We've tried a variety of dishes and they are all pretty tasty.

I'm a sucker for thai food. We got into town late at night and needed to eat a late dinner. Thankfully, we went by the shopping center and chose this place...and glad we did. Didn't know what to expect since we have thai food a lot at home in SF (as I use to train in muay thai), and we were pleasantly surprised; one of the better meals on our trip. Service was great and super friendly to us.

I was served old food. Thw lettuce for the chicken lettuce wrap had been frozen and was slimy. I wasted $50. Quality control very poor.

Chicken Bangcock never disappoints and the portion size for all their entrees is a value. Perhaps the finest item on the menu is the Chicken Pad Se Ew with flat noodles and Chinese broccoli. The first time I had it, Unicorns danced around my mouth and giggled. The dude behind the bar is a bad a$$ and makes all kind of dope drinks. I would like it if he wore a velvet cape and cowboy hat while he waits on customers. In fact, the management should consider mandatory cowboy hats for all staff members working dinner service. Ask the barkeep to pour you a triple shot of "tortilla" with a lime wedge and your life will be changed forever- all your wishes will come true and you will no doubt end up in a drunken stupor talking to the broken ATM machine that perpetually sits next to the bar.

My tech lead said this is her go-to Thai restaurant whenever she's in the area, and I was curious to try. The interior has no frills, which is fine with me. As long as the food is good, I don't really care. PAD SEE EW - 16.99 +chicken, wide noodles, and Chinese broccoli This is my go-to basic Thai order if I don't know what else to get. The pad see ew had a good "wok hay" flavor and the sauce was perfectly savory with a bit of sweetness. The wide noodles could have been a bit more chewy (felt like they were a bit overcooked). The entree lacked egg, Chinese, broccoli, and chicken as it was mostly noodles. I felt a bit ripped off. The portion sizes were large so most of us had leftovers for another meal. Personally, I would rather have more toppings other than carbs with a smaller portion. Overall, 3.5/5.

We all got ramen and the portions were huge. Broth was flavorful and delicious. Really loved the beef gyoza too. We ordered from the kiosk because we wanted to customize our sushi. Service was ... not super fast but not so slow that it would be a deal breaker for coming back. Staff was very friendly. Overall - we would make the drive here next trip to KD, even though it's about 20 minutes from the park. If we were local I could see eating here quite often! Edit: we liked it so much we came back our second night in Doswell. I had a poke bowl and it did not disappoint. So much protein - plenty of shrimp and the crab salad on top was delicious. Loved the yum yum sauce. I should have ordered the sauces on the side, though, as it was a bit too much for my taste. My husband ordered the fried chicken and the portion was giant! We also ordered many of the same apps from day one. We can't wait to try the one on Long Island near us. Affordable, delicious, and amazing portion sizes.
