This is my second time here. I was craving some noodles and this restaurant was in walking distance from my hotel. I used the website to place my order and ordered the chicken gyoza's and Pad Thai made with spaghetti noodles. The walk from Aloft hotels was around 5 mins or so and my food was ready when I arrived. The restaurant was pretty empty for dine in, but there is an option to dine in. I really enjoyed the decor, but the restaurant does seem more available for take out. My food was good and I would come again!

I like the contemporary vibes! Clean + friendly. I'm kind of glad they don't have outdoor seating because I would've missed the opportunity to enjoy the interior. Sea Thai serves authentic cuisine, rich in flavor. I love that they expose their "secret menu." They have a full bar, dine-in or carryout.

Came here on a Wednesday night and ordered the pad Thai ($14) and Pad see ew chicken ($14). Service was slow and lacked a bit. After about 20 minutes the food came your. Pad Thai was a little too sweet and sticky for my liking(forgot to add spice). The pad sew however was fantastic. It had the right amount of sweetness and savoriness in the noodle. Both were good generous portions enough to take home. They serve it family style so be ready to share and try other dishes. Overall a solid Thai place with good food and value! Came for a late lunch on a Saturday. Was a little worried that there was no one in the restaurant but it was an off time around 3 pm. Service: When we walked in, I was on the phone and the guy overheard me saying I didn't have paper to write something down and he offered to get me a pen and paper. He was so nice and accommodating but told him it was ok. Our server was very attentive, always checked on us to make sure we were ok, food came out quickly and gave suggestion. Food: we started with the chicken satay. Different from what we're used to but good, chicken was a tad bit dry. Entree we got the pineapple fried rice and beef pad see ew. The fried rice was my favorite fried rice! Had a hint of curry powder in it and so flavorful. The pad see ew was good but nothing special. The entree portions were very big! Could feed two people. Got mango sticky rice for dessert, very good and flavorful but could've used more rice. Drinks: we for the Thai mojito and hard Thai tea. They were both good but the mojito was different and so good! The Thai tea would've been better if I liked whisky so not their fault. I would 100% come back for the pineapple fried rice and the mojito and highly recommend this place

I really enjoyed dinning at Sea By Thai. My friends highly recommended it and I certainly see why. The restaurant itself really is committed to the sea theme, with numerous decorations and designs on their dinning ware. It's all done in a very fun yet classy way. I ordered the Pad Pak Jae. It was delicious and so flavorful. My friends opted for the Pad Thai and loved it. Additionally the food was priced super well, especially considering the quality and quantity. We went on a weekend and wear able to get a table for six people and have our food in a decent amount of time. Plus, they have numerous dine out customers if you want a dine in option.

Talk about solid takeout - this was BANGING. We got "Sea by Thai" on our second ever visit to Richmond in anticipation of our move to the city in late March/early April and found this off a random google search for some of the most reliable Thai food in the city. This place got so many hits and I can certainly understand why! My partner LOVED the green curry - perfectly textured tofu and a subtle yet unbelievably savory taste. As for the Shrimp Pad See Eaw, it was some of the best Pad See Eaw I've ever had!! Shrimp was perfectly grilled and those thick noodles are to die for. With it being takeout, we didn't get the chance to enjoy the ambiance but it looks wonderful in there and it was very quick too :)

The food was amazing, I had the duck pad ped and ate every bite. They also had some great vegetarian dishes like the spicy eggplant and veggie drunken noodles. I definitely recommend.

Giving this restaurant three stars because the servers were kind, but the food wasn't that great. The service was a tad slow, but it's understandable given COVID times. Some people were waiting a while to be greeted and taken to a table, while others were waiting some time to have their orders taken. We started off with the Chicken Satay. The chicken was overcooked and dry, but the sauce was good. I ordered the Pad Thai Combo, and it was subpar. My mom got the Spicy Eggplant dish, and it was alright. No major complaints but no high praise. Our server didn't stop by too often to check up on us, but that's fine since we didn't need assistance after putting our orders in and receiving our food. Overall, I would give this place another try.

Don't be afraid to tell it your deepest darkest secrets. If the haunted ATM/robot friend is not reason enough to stop by, it should be noted that the food is excellent. Chicken Bangcock never disappoints and the portion size for all their entrees is a value. Perhaps the finest item on the menu is the Chicken Pad Se Ew with flat noodles and Chinese broccoli. The first time I had it, Unicorns danced around my mouth and giggled. The dude behind the bar is a bad a$$ and makes all kind of dope drinks. I would like it if he wore a velvet cape and cowboy hat while he waits on customers. In fact, the management should consider mandatory cowboy hats for all staff members working dinner service. Ask the barkeep to pour you a triple shot of "tortilla" with a lime wedge and your life will be changed forever- all your wishes will come true and you will no doubt end up in a drunken stupor talking to the broken ATM machine that perpetually sits next to the bar.

My tech lead said this is her go-to Thai restaurant whenever she's in the area, and I was curious to try. The interior has no frills, which is fine with me. As long as the food is good, I don't really care. PAD SEE EW - 16.99 +chicken, wide noodles, and Chinese broccoli This is my go-to basic Thai order if I don't know what else to get. The pad see ew had a good "wok hay" flavor and the sauce was perfectly savory with a bit of sweetness. The wide noodles could have been a bit more chewy (felt like they were a bit overcooked). The entree lacked egg, Chinese, broccoli, and chicken as it was mostly noodles. I felt a bit ripped off. The portion sizes were large so most of us had leftovers for another meal. Personally, I would rather have more toppings other than carbs with a smaller portion. Overall, 3.5/5.

We all got ramen and the portions were huge. Broth was flavorful and delicious. Really loved the beef gyoza too. We ordered from the kiosk because we wanted to customize our sushi. Service was ... not super fast but not so slow that it would be a deal breaker for coming back. Staff was very friendly. Overall - we would make the drive here next trip to KD, even though it's about 20 minutes from the park. If we were local I could see eating here quite often! Edit: we liked it so much we came back our second night in Doswell. I had a poke bowl and it did not disappoint. So much protein - plenty of shrimp and the crab salad on top was delicious. Loved the yum yum sauce. I should have ordered the sauces on the side, though, as it was a bit too much for my taste. My husband ordered the fried chicken and the portion was giant! We also ordered many of the same apps from day one. We can't wait to try the one on Long Island near us. Affordable, delicious, and amazing portion sizes.
