This was our first time here and we will gladly drive 30 minutes to come back here! Thanks for the delicious food and great service. The quality of the food was good though I do wish there had been slightly more veg/meat in the noodle dish, especially since it's referred to as a "meat lovers combo." The portion was great and you could even increase the size for an additional $3 to make it a "dinner portion". Overall the food was yummy tasting, just not the best thai food I've ever had or even the best I've had in GR. I would for sure order again and maybe just try something different.

You can adjust the spice however you need to and I usually go with a medium, which is just right for me. There is plenty of parking here and lots of indoor seating. Started with the papaya salad and spring rolls. Heavy fish sauce use in every dish. Papaya was fresh but covered in an overly salty sauce; my husband who loved papaya salad would not even try it. Ordered pad Thai with shrimp and peanut sauce (all up charges). Pad Thai arrived overly sweet. Husband tried drunken noodle with steak. He did not like the steak - said the flavor was off. He ate very little of his meal. We really like Thai food - had it in so many cities and this place missed the mark for us. Local friends recommended so we are hoping this was an not a normal experience. They also dropped off the bill when they served the meal. We didn't really see that and sat some time before realizing we had the bill upside down on the large table. While convenient, it was a little odd for a $70 meal especially when it was clear my husband hardly touched his food they cleared from our table.

Since introduced to this place, I go here ALL THE TIME!…read more I have honestly only ordered their chicken pad Thai, and crab rangoons. But I could live on their pad Thai, I generally get medium, sometimes it's super spicy other times it's a low mild. Honestly it's hit or miss on the spice, my boyfriend orders mild when I order medium and sometimes they are about the same, other times it's spicy vs spicier, and sometimes no spice vs slight spice. Regardless I love their food, and their staff is always friendly (I have only eaten in one time, otherwise I always pick up) I have tried other pad Thai at near by places and they keep me coming back and it's my favorite! My friends who introduced me to it say the same, their go to place as well as the people who I have introduced it too. Friendly service, great food, and generally at most during busy times 25 minute wait, so very fast as well!

I ordered egg drop soup, an egg roll, and empress chicken with hot tea to drink. The soup was very good, better than a lot of places egg drop and on Sundays it is included with the meal. The egg roll was good too. It was hot and fresh, but not so hot where it burns your mouth. It wasn't overly greasy either as some egg rolls tend to be. The empress chicken was delicious. The batter was a perfect texture and the flavour was delicious. All in all I was impressed and will be going again. There were two things about the restaurant that I did not like however. The first thing was that the foyer looked kind of rundown. This is the first impression and I feel that they should take better care of it. The second thing that I didn't like was the signs posted on the wall saying that if two people split one dish there will be a $2 service charge. I think that that is ridiculous. A meal should have a set price, but shouldn't matter how many people are eating off of it. But the food and service were great and it made up for the two downfalls.
