Crab/Cream Cheese Rangoon (Buy 1 Get 1 free) on Uber Eats Delivery
Gene W.

Ordered via Uber Eats as I did not feel like cooking or driving to get something. Checked out the deals and saw Thai Curry with a BOGO on Crab Cream Cheese Rangoon (my son's fav appetizer). As a first time customer of a Thai restaurant, the litmus test is always the Thai fried rice & drunken noodle (Pad Kee Mao). We always go for chicken on both. The portions were large in their containers. There are 4 rangoons per order (8 total with 2 sauces with BOGO offer). Upon taste, they are on par with the other Thai restaurants we have tried. The only missing piece in all these dishes (especially stir fried in a Wok), the "Wok Hei". The smokey element from a REAL HOT wok is missing. I mean, all the flavors and textures of the dishes were there except the smokey flavor from the wok. This is why I take off a star. That Wok Hei is so important in Asian stir fry cooking! The Drunken Noodles were HEAVY on the garlic. Real chunks of minced garlic, so if you love garlic, you will love this dish! The Rangoons were big and perfectly fried golden brown. The filling was generous full of cream cheese. Bits of imitation crab meat are sparse. Be sure to dip it in the sweet sour sauce to cut through the fatiness & add that layer of flavor. Overall, a solid Thai restaurant. Just missing Wok Hei!

Vegan /vegetarian thai cuisine place! I had to be a vegetarian for a month and was struggling of find a place to eat that i'm not bored of. We got a salad and a drunken noodle with tofu and fried rice. The portion are so big I ate it for the next 2 days! Everything comes with a lot of protein which is not common in asian food restaurant! Will recommend this place to all my vegan friends!

Thai Iced Tea Thai Iced Coffee

I went here today with my granddaughters, it was so charming. The workers were extremely nice and very accommodating. My old self didn't realize there was dairy in the iced tea, and he remade it for me with almond milk. We each got the pad thai lunch special that came with pumpkin pie and iced tea/coffee. We will be returning soon

Ordered dinner on a Sunday night thru UberEats. Food was made quickly and was still hot when I got it! I ordered the Papaya Salad (spicy) and a tofu Pad Thai (spicy). The papaya salad was okay. The spice was perfect but the salad itself had a weird after taste that I usually don't taste eating other papaya salads. I'm still not sure how to pinpoint it to what it could have been. The Pad Thai was also just okay. Portion size was really big and they did not hold back on the tofu, but the flavor was lacking a bit more sweetness in my opinion. Overall, prices are good, portion sizes are good, but food taste is just okay. Also, I requested utensils on multiple sections and it was written out on the receipt that I needed utensils, but none were provided.

The panang curry was great. I didn't like the shrimp shumai however- it had an odd grittiness to it. What could that have even been?

The food at Sakaki is full of flavor and the prices are reasonable for the amount. I think, after being twice, that the AYCE is not as worth it for me personally because I'm not a big eater, but it's totally worth it if you want a lot of variety and you have a good appetite. I really liked the rolls in particular. The service was excellent- it was a nice balance of coming over once in a while to ask how we were doing without coming over too much. The vibes are awesome with a really nice interior- definitely a nice place to go for a date,!just to go with friends to have a nice meal, or even to grab a meal alone since the center has a large area for single seating. Fyi- for the AYCE menu, note that once you put in an order for a round, you can't order for another 10 min so be sure to order enough at a time. Also, there is a time limit to the AYCE (I think it was 90 min). This'll definitely be a place I go to regularly in the future!

I tried as much of the menu as I could and the rolls and nigiris were definitely the highlight. I wouldn't recommend the crab korokke (too liquidy, and no crab that I could taste) or the karagge - save space for other items! The AYCE is 90mins and you can order every 10 minutes from a tablet. Service was FAST, they definitely weren't playing games. The restaurant itself is also super spacious and well decorated.

While we were there multiple larger parties arrived so it does look like they can handle the larger crowds. We were seated closer to the sushi bar/kitchen area but it appeared that there was a larger dining area on the other end of the restaurant. Food wise, i highly recommend the sweet shrimp and scallop sushi! The pieces melted like butter and tasted so creamy! The rice quantity is on the bigger side as well as the portions so be careful when ordering. The ramen was also a hit along with the aged tofu! Those were my top favorites!! Service was decent! Nothing over the top, our server checked in a few times, and the overall service wasn't too slow given the crowd. There is no dedicated parking lot so street parking is it for this area. However, we parked in a garage and it was about a 5-7 min walk so not bad if that's the route you want to go.

My husband and I dined in for the first time today, and we were both very impressed with the atmosphere and friendly, attentive staff. Hayden was our server, and he showed exemplary hospitality skills. He made us feel welcome, checked in on us frequently without feeling overbearing, and made sure we knew the AYCE menu is double-sided. Speaking of, the AYCE is such a great deal! I used to live in Vegas, where AYCE sushi is very common. Unfortunately, for most of them, since the focus is on quantity, the quality suffers. This is not the case for Toryumon! Maybe it's because it isn't strictly an AYCE place. You can absolutely order items a-la-carte from their regular menu (as I had done previously for take-out). The items are exactly the same whether you order from the regular menu or the AYCE. Same quality, and, this is important, same size! Yes, you will receive a FULL-SIZED bowl of ramen if you order it from the AYCE menu. Not all of the menu items have descriptions, and I was surprised by some of them (not in a bad way, just wasn't what I was expecting), such as: The avocado salad. I was expecting it to be cubes/chunks of avocado tossed with a dressing. What came out was a lettuce salad with sliced avocado on top. The dressing was good, slightly sweet. It was a good salad, just not at all what I was expecting. The sweet potato sushi roll is served warm, the sweet potato is deep fried, and there is eel sauce on top. The sweet potato rolls I had other places were not fried, and served cold. I really enjoyed this one! Everything seemed very fresh, not a hint of wilting greens or brown avocado to be seen! I am so grateful to live right down the road from this amazing establishment. If you enjoy ramen, sushi, and other Japanese items, def give them a try! There are bathrooms available for guests. What my stars mean: 5 is outstanding, memorable, a place to write home about! A must-experience. Someplace I would love to recommend to tourists, and visit myself again and again. 4 is great, somewhere I'd love to return again and again. Back-up recommendation for tourists. 3 is good. A solid option if I am in the area. I may recommend to locals, but would probably leave it off my list of recommendations for tourists. 2 is ok, but only because it a great value, unique, and/or convenient. 1 means I would not return.

Noodle dish portions are big and good for sharing so you can get the other side dishes like the eggplant and the kebabs (YUM). The eggplant is juicy, garlicky, and beautifully charred. One comment is that there is not much protein in the stir fried noodles which is okay since it leaves more room for the kebab! The interior and service is relaxed and casual. They have QR code menus which I wish they had a physical menu as well since service is spotty in there. Although they provide wifi, it feels like an extra step. One quick note: when I came with a group of six, gratuity was automatically added. We've since ordered multiple times, but the quality of the crispy beef has been inconsistent.
