Service is welcoming and friendly at this locally owned Thai restaurant. The manager popped his head out to wish us a happy day. The food came out quickly and was freshly prepared. The dining room is small and cozy with 6 tables and a small amount of counter seating. Kitschy Thai decor fills the walls. I had the Pad Ped with chicken. The lunch specials come with spring rolls. The spring rolls are hot and fresh! The medium heat level was spicy and delicious. The veggies were fresh. My husband had the Pad Thai, which I tasted. The Pad Thai is absolutely delicious. The chicken is tender with lots of fresh crunchy bean sprouts. There is plenty of parking in the strip mall. I did not see public restrooms inside.

Ambiance inside is very modern, though I just picked up. Ordered online for ASAP just a medium-heat Chicken pad Thai with no bean sprouts and tofu. When I got to the door after 15m of ordering, the man at the counter was super nice, had my food ready, and gave me a free order of Spring rolls! Pad Thai (7.5/10) and rolls (8/10) are delicious, my favorite in broad ripple and I will definitely be coming back!

What?! I can't believe I haven't written a review for Sawasdee!! I've been coming here since they were just Sawsdee at their previous location. I love Sawsdee! After moving to Chicago, I still haven't found another Thai restaurant that tastes as good as Sawsdee! Every single time I am in Indy, I will make a stop here. My favorite is the pad thai; no other pad thai's can compare to how delicious they make it here. The noodle soup is also amazing, but it is only offered during lunch hours. I also love all their fried rices!! Just delicious food all around. The owner is still here, and it's always good to see how he is doing. He is friendly and is able to answer any questions you have. Their new location is significantly smaller than the previous one, but there are still a few seats available if you prefer to dine in. Lastly, they still have the BEST spring rolls!!! Don't wait!! Visit Sawasdees!

This spot is my absolutely favorite place to get Thai food. The owner and staff are welcoming and the serve up awesome dishes. I love the pad Thai here I usually get mine with tofu it is so good I rarely order it anywhere else. One of my other favorites is the Khao soi the flavors of the curry broth are unique and delicious. My husband is a big fan of the Thai noodle soup and I would also have to admit that all of the appetizers are sold. I believe most people get takeout but there is a small space with tables if you want to dine in. If you have never tried this place out yet then you should make a plan to try it out.

Most authentic thai food I've had in Indiana! They have plentiful vegetarian options too. The Yum tofu salad was a revelation. I've never had such a dish before and it was so good. Savory, tart, good texture, and well balanced. It came with rice and fried spring rolls on the side. The spring rolls were crispy and well seasoned. The Thai noodle soup with tofu was also a favorite. No wonder other reviewers raved about this dish. The broth was so flavorful and the garlic flavor was not overwhelming. Once again, well balanced flavors here. The soup had veggies with tofu. It was a a good size portion. I ordered medium spice level for all my dishes and it was the right amount of spice. The Thai iced tea was too sweet for my liking. They sell it in bottles too or you can get in a standard size cup. The employees were so friendly. It's nicely decorated inside, a bit small inside, but open. There are about five tables inside for dine in. Parking is plentiful as it is located in a shopping center.

We had been searching for a good Thai place in Indy and then we heard about this restaurant! Came highly recommended and the reviews everywhere were stellar. Now I'm here to add another great review I guess! I ordered take out, and it was ready in 15 minutes. Food was packed well, was still warm and secure when I got home to eat. I loved the drunken noodles/pad kee mow!! Medium spice was perfect for a little spice flavor without being too much. It's my go to dish and did not disappoint. My husband is a wimp on spice and mild was perfect for him. Spring rolls and crab rangoons were soooo good! The crab Rangoons come in a big order and I know the leftovers will be great in the air fryer! The inside is small, but does have limited seating. The people working were so nice and helpful when I asked a couple questions. We have finally found our new go to Thai restaurant!

Nobody does Thai noodle soup like Sawasdee. How I've missed it. 3 long years. I get Thai hot and I am experiencing that slow burn on my throat in the most delightful way. It's Smokey, complex and piping hot. The thom yum appetizer soup was very good. And the spring roll was crunchy and delicious. Clearly the best Thai food in city.

I FINALLY found a Thai restaurant I love! I have been missing my moms cooking and this is closest I'll get to a home cooked meal! Everything tasted authentic and just so so good. This mom-and-pop restaurant hit the spot for sure. I have been searching for a place that have boat noodle/chicken ginger, luckily this place has both. (Bonus)! We tried to order a bit of everything, and I'm glad we did! There wasn't a dish we didn't enjoy. We also ordered the red curry! Definitely recommend if you like curry! Can't wait to go back to try more food!!

I recommend ordering ahead for a quick in/out and to make sure what you want is in stock. I've seen the line quite long, but you can get lucky with no line on a weekday. The inside is cute but there is no seating inside. You're going to get a little messy eating your cinnamon roll and want to be in the privacy of your own home anyway. My one very minor piece of feedback is I wish some rolls were sweet rolls (i.e. skip the cinnamon). Fruity Pebble is a little overpowered by cinnamon but I'd still get it. Cookie Monster is the #1 flavor for me and I can't wait to catch Pineapple Upsidedown in stock.

Yes, these are quite a bit pricer that's for sure. People were buying one of everything in line. I was like wow! Some Items the combinations of flavors didn't appeal to me. I love tiramisu and pecan pie so I got them both. One suggestion I would have is to have utensils and napkins at the table for people to use. The pastries I bought are really temperature sensitive and need to be kept cold. Both had a cream - mousse inside. They wouldn't last long only a day or to the next. I loved the pecan item I ordered. It was great! The tiramisu one I wouldn't order again. The bottom flakey part was so bitter. I love coffee and expresso and tiramisu. But, the whole thing just wasn't what I thought it would taste like. Now I know. :-( Creamy, sweet, smooth, with a kick of coffee all come together to make a great tiramisu. This is what most people love about it. I don't know if they are planning on opening a store or not. The pop ups are doing well it seems. What went from ordering 1 pastry each turned into 8 total.. and we regret nothing. The Tiramisu Danish was exactly as I had hoped for! The bitter taste of espresso paired with the sweet mascarpone cream filling reminded me of the holidays when I would watch my mom make tiramisu for our family. While a lot of people prefer a sweeter espresso, I thought this was perfect and very true to a traditional tiramisu taste The Pear Kouglof reminded me of a fresh yeast donut that's been tossed in sugar This was a very kid-friendly pastry in taste and while I wasn't too blown away by it, it did make me wonder if I would have preferred it with a stronger, more potent, fruit. The Cherry Basque Cheesecake -- this pastry was the house favorite. The texture of this cheesecake was creamy, but somehow still spongey.. cakey, but more like pudding. Mix that with the juiciest sour cherries and the crunch of a biscoff crust.. mind blown was an understatement. We're looking forward to what Beurre Sec has planned for their next pop-up

That could not be more true. We both did Pick Two: I got a chicken salad sandwich and my mother got a turkey and cheese both with the soup of the day which was butternut squash. Soup was OK, sandwiches were OK. I got a side of chips (not made in-house) for $3. My daughter was upset when we arrived bc she was napping in the car and she proceeded to cry for about the first 10 minutes so, I walked around with her to calm her before I sat down since it's so cramped to try not to disturb everyone else. She was not happy the entire time so we were trying to calm her and feed her. Cake slices and cheesecake are $17-20 each. They're large but other reviews say dry and taste old. That's pricey. We skipped dessert at those prices based on the quality of the rest of our meal... I got an $8 peppermint mocha which was good but, served in the smallest teacup imaginable. It's extremely small inside. Like, uncomfortable. Granted, I had a lot of items with my baby and her and we were seated at a table for two with her in my lap but it was close quarters and the waitresses were squeezing between the chairs to walk around. They have about 6 tables inside with a small event private room in back. Our waitress was kind but, the manager or owner was off-putting. She went to every single table seated except ours to ask how their meal was and experience and, when time to pay, she wanted to personally ring me up to ensure we left in a hurry. I get it, some places are not meant for babies, but, since it's billed specifically to kids, I thought this was. Nope, I was wrong. (She's 19 months - so, too young for this bougie of an establishment clearly) I would not come back at all unless it was for my, older daughter to have a birthday cake experience and get a couple cute pics. As far as instagram-worthy goes, they know what they're doing. As far as quality of food. It's like a 2.5 stars. I wish we'd waited and walked into the larger one in Carmel and just shopped and got some cookies to go!

Each one of our milkshakes themselves tasted different. The Oreo one had a very strong cookies and cream flavor while the S'mores one had an impressive smoky taste to it that I've never had before in ice cream. Really, the attention to detail here is fantastic. My s'mores milkshake came with a literal s'mores treat on top of it. It wasn't just a from-the-box s'mores treat. It was actual graham cracker and marshmallow that they took into the back to use a torch on and give that extra-smokey, warm gooey feel to it. It did take awhile to get our milkshakes. One older woman was working her butt off but clearly getting frustrated at the mounting line and the fact that things kept falling. (Good to see: if something fell on the floor, she took it into the back to, presumably, toss it into the cleaning area) At one point, she asked for someone in the back to come help her, but that young teen seemed to be doing the bare minimum. I'm not sure if it's because they're untrained or not allowed to operate some of the machinery, but while this woman is frantically trying to keep up with things, he'd do what he was told to do, relatively slowly, and then stand around and wait for a new command. It was frustrating ME to watch. I can't imagine how that feels as a co-worker. All-in-all, we had about a 15-20 minute to receive our milkshakes. Definitely worth it in the end, but it's just something to note before popping in. I'd say it was definitely worth it for the unique flavor and quality when it was all done. The place looks a little "hole in the wall" with a few tables and chairs in an older building with the single, for-customers restroom in it. If you like the older, diner-esque style building that's been around for a long time, it has that vibe. Both of our milkshakes included a to-go lid right on them that we could snap on. Unlike some "crazy milkshake" establishments, the lids could actually go on both of the milkshakes after a few sips. The toppings were large but not insurmountable.

We entered and the smell of sweet confections filled the air. I left my husband at the counter to order and grabbed a table for us in the corner nearest to the garage door. We later discussed how, during the Summer, it will be so nice if/when they open that door up to the outside air. You order at the counter, and then they bring it out to your table. My husband returned with a big glass bottle of cold water (and some of the flimsiest plastic cups that I've ever held). The water was a nice, and necessary, touch. The dishes are rich! They are rich in the best way possible, though. The event provided a complimentary crepe with your choice of fruit, and a cookie skillet with ice cream. My husband couldn't decide on which fruit(s) to get, so the employee just told him that they'd hook it up for us. The crepe came out, and it was so beautiful...it was almost too pretty to eat! They provided us with an array of fruit to accompany it; bananas, strawberries, pineapples, and kiwi. The addition of the fruit really helped to cut through the richness of the chocolate. The crepe was the perfect, delicate vehicle for all of it! I probably ate about a 1/3 of it, and tried so save room for the cookie. I'm not a real "sweets" eater, but everything here just looks so good! The cookie skillet came out warm, gooey, and with its own generous drizzling of chocolate under a scoop of ice cream (& whipped cream if my memory serves me correctly). The cookie by itself was really delicious. In the future, I will omit the addition of chocolate sauce. It really didn't need it. I look forward to another fun dessert date with my hubby at this really SWEET lounge! P.S. All of the portion sizes that I saw were shareable. Bae and I could've shared either one of those desserts and been good. I also saw a woman sharing a sweet treat with her two children, and several other patrons were sharing. We all know that sharing means caring!
