Believe it or not, first time to a Thai Chili 2 Go. We stopped in yesterday and both my husband and I ordered the chicken pad Thai. We got it hot and it was the perfect about of heat. The portions were good size and great amount of protein in each bowl. I deducted a star because the prices are pretty high for a Thai restaurant and more so for it being a to-go restaurant. We paid $25 bucks for 2 orders of pad Thai and 1 drink. More than likely we'll be back to try the curry. read more

This place is really not that great. I've seen the other reviews where the owner says they are "family recipes". I'll be honest I've had a lot of Thai food and I'm Korean myself, I hate to say this but this takes the cake for the worst I've ever had. It really broke my heart because we were so excited to have a Thai place close to our house since Thai lew bistro is far. I'd be willing to give this place another try if I knew there was a different chef. Because I think whoever is cooking it is botching the recipe. There was barely any flavor and the noodles were dry. I ordered the Vegan Pad Siew no protein with extra veggies what I got was a glob of rice noodles and broccoli covered with liquid salt that filled less than half the bowl (see pic). This cost $11...I am disappointed. I called and talked to somebody they told me extra veggies in this means 1 ounce more of broccoli (then put that on the menu...just extra broccoli). So if you don't know that like I didn't know that now you do! Another reason I do not like ordering online....no real communication and you get an half empty bowl of disappointment. read more

After the fiasco at Thai Time! Where I found a in my food and couldn't get a side of rice to save my life‍. I ordered Thai Chili 2 Go and it did not disappoint! Very disappointed!!! First time my food was burned as shown in the picture, it tastes awful, I wanted to give it another chance and second time I asked for no egg and it had extra, I mean extra egg and half of the container was broccoli, third time and last time because I will never go back to that place, I asked for no egg and no broccoli and the noddles were very minimal, less than half of the container was filled. The plate is $11. I understand if I ask for more meat/protein it's more expensive but noddles??? I asked why the plate was filled only half and they said because everything is by portion, then if it's by portion why they are not deducting the money for egg and broccoli??? Great entrees but not enough meat and a lot of bell peppers. Wish you would bring back basil chicken or cashew chicken.

First and last time eating here. I put in an order to go. Once I got home with the food and opened up the rice we found a white piece of gum in the rice. This is disgusting and I can't believe it. I don't believe it was intentional. Someone was probably chewing gum while cooking and it fell into the rice but either way this is unacceptable. I called in to complain and make them aware of this but did not want to waste my time driving back to the restaurant for another order of rice. read more

Great tasting food, unfortunately the potatoes in their curry are barely cooked, making it inedible. They weren't just al-dente, they were almost raw. This happened more than once ordering yellow curry and massaman curry. I even mentioned to please make sure the potatoes are cooked through the last time we ordered here and they still came out crunchy. read more

The Green Curry (mild) we opted for no bell peppers was just perfect with the chicken protein added in. The white rice )on the side) it comes with just soaks up the sauce and the amount of food was enough for two meals! I love coming here every time it's time for Chinese food for dinner! They have amazing lunch specials as well. The fiancée and I have loved this place for so long and recently we got the chow mein noodles for the kids and they ate it all! When we go to other places for noodles the kids pick through all the veggies and it's not the case here. They love this place as much as we do. The dumplings are delicious here. We love Pad Thai with peanuts, spicy is great if you can handle it. But the mild is great as well! The portions are worth the price. read more

Probably some of the best and kindest service I ever got!!! The first thing that you'll notice about this place is the service! The people here are so hospitable here! I believe the manager Rob was taking our orders and you can tell he really cares about his customers and presents himself in a professional yet inviting manner. My wife ordered the pad Thai and I ordered the pad siew and since I don't like veggies i asked for no broccoli. Rob quickly asked if I wanted to substitute the broccoli with anything else, free of charge. That was awesome, I didn't even think about it. I got mushrooms with my pad siew again. Both the pad Thai and the pad siew were delicious. This was my first time ordering something other than pad thai and I made a good choice. It's a sweet glazed sauce, that kinda reminds me of bulgogi or teriyaki sauce and the mushrooms went well with the fat noodles! Not only this, but the place is super clean! The bathrooms are super nice too! It's the little things that makes this place somewhere I'll come back to! I highly recommend this place to anyone, great Thai food and great service!!!! I am so tired of this place! I continuously make the mistake of giving this place a try. I order on DoorDash. I order the same thing every time and what is given to me varies every time. I pay 16$ per bowl of Thai chow mein to be ripped off on veggies every time. I am missing half of my veggies. Given one stem of broccoli. One carrot. Paid extra for jalapeño and there is one slice. Food is great, staff is sweet, service takes way too long!!! Beware before ordering online or driving to dine in.... We ordered online for pick up and before we ordered it said pickup in 20 min (6:22pm). Then after we ordered it said 35 minutes (7:07pm) but I got there @ 7pm and waited longer as it was ready by 7:15 min (48 min)! Then they forget to give me my 2 orders of dumplings and I didn't notice until I got home! My husband wasn't happy and I'm super pregnant so nether was I. I had to drive all the way back to to get them. Didn't eat until and hour and ten minutes later. Everyone walking in was not happy as they too were experiencing long wait times on pickup. People were being turned away that came in to eat due to having to wait 30 plus minutes for fast food. Not sure why they had two cashier's. They didn't need it! They need more cooks. This isn't the first time the wait is long but not this long! One of the cashier's was more concerned about something on her face (zit?) than welcoming or assisting the customers that came in. Someone walked up and she saw them and didn't acknowledge them. The rest of the staff was friendly, felt bad they had to deal with this hot mess. The blonde cashier had a wonderful attitude and didn't let it bring the environment down. Management needs to make some major changes. This is no way to operate. I can't imagine how stressful it is on the staff. Their food is so good. We'd eat here more often if it wasn't for the inconvenience. Advice to owner or staff: when you forget to give someone their food be a little more apologetic. Especially if they have to drive all the way back, after waiting longer wait times... offer free drinks or appetizer. Maybe even refund them what you forgot for the major inconvenience. From my first visit to my last (just a few days ago), the food is consistently fresh and delicious. The employees are always nice and do a great job of communicating wait times when they get slammed with the dinner rush. I'll be honest a fast food Thai place? Well we ordered a couple of times and now we crave them!!! Thai fried rice hot is the best for those who like spicy but not too much. There's a lot to say in this post and unfortunately none of it is positive. This place was once a great place to get food on a Friday night - now I'm not sure if I'm going to need to buy an additional toilet or a Costco package of toilet paper to deal with what comes next. I ordered beef fried rice and what I got was pale/grey beef with white rice. There was no seasoning and the meal was extremely dry. I had to doctor the rice up myself (crazy since I paid someone to do this for me). My wife ordered yellow curry that was supposed to be mild, but was extremely hot in spice. Her rice noodles were stuck together and so mush that we had to throw them away (see photo attached). None of the vegetables in her dish were cooked and were all raw (including the potatoes). The price of their food continues to increase while the quality and quantity of food continues to decrease. Will be my last time visiting here as this has been a common issue with this location. So sad to have seen this place go downhill. My husband and I live just around the corner, and get food here fairly often. But last night was horrible. The beef in our fried rice tasted like it had spoiled, or had been cooked days ago, and they were still using it. We ended up picking all the pieces of beef out of the rice, but to me, the rice still had that flavor in it. Ick! I waited to see if I was going to get sick, but thankfully did not. I think, perhaps the meat had been cooked previously and just been sitting in the fridge for several days, and had been recooked. Sadly, I think this was our last visit to this location. read more

We had a coupon. So we made a special trip here to check it out. Their menu is somewhat limited, but it does have the classic Thai dishes. I opted for Drunken Noodles. My wife had Fried Rice. Nothing fancy. The manager was very good at greeting people and explaining the menu. The noodles were fine. Not "wonderful" or anything of the sort. But OK. The Fried Rice also was 'fine". I debated going to two stars since I most definitely have had better. But that would imply it was bad, and it wasn't. And the manager was very gregarious and helpful. But if I'm going for Thai food I think I will go somewhere else. I do note other reviews mention the curry. We didn't have that, so I can't comment. Thai food so close to home... thank you Jesus! We have hit up this location on at least a monthly basis for our Thai fix. I only wish the staff was more adequately trained in customer service. My mom went to pickup a $75 order only to find that they had accidentally given the order to another customer. The staff was reluctant to identify a solution besides have my mom wait even longer for the order. When the other customer arrived back at the restaurant (recognizing the wrong order), they were even more reluctant. You can't just hand off food that left the restaurant. We had to ask for a better resolution. It was frustrating for my mom. We eventually got to a place where they offered a discount on our NEXT order, assuming we are open to giving this another go around. Love Thai in the neighborhood. I can't tell you how many times I have tried to order from this location during normal business hours and they aren't even open. Not to mention, if they are open, they ALWAYS quote a wait of 45-55 minutes. It could take the full hour or it could take 15 minutes, but you'll never know unless you are sitting there waiting. On top of that, they don't even answer the phone. It probably doesn't even ring. Whoever owns this location doesn't give a $&!* and really should be forced to give it up. Unfortunately I can't give this place more than 3 stars since the flavor on the food and the quality seems to have been going downhill. I don't mind the change in containers people are mentioning... I mean, it IS to go food... but more than once the spicy level has been a bit off and the noodles overcooked.
