Dad and I were in the Broadway and 410 area, and I found @thaicasaonbroadway nearby. Thought to give it a try! It was a quiet Monday, and we were first to come for dinner. Dad wanted the Egg Drop Soup. We shared the Pad Kratiem with shrimp. It was a garlic stir fry with mixed vegetables. Love the smell as Supin set the dish down! I could see the garlic flakes. The taste was even better. The shrimp was pretty big and cooked perfectly. Dad and I loved the sauce, too! Then we shared the Mango Sticky Rice. Dad enjoyed every bite! We ordered the Pad Thai with shrimp for tomorrow's lunch. Such a great find! Go check them out!

We are staying close to airport so this was very convenient. However we got back to hotel and have no utensils or napkins . The food is mediocre. It was nice hot and fresh ! Definitely not a lot of chicken in it .

I wanted Thai food while I was visiting San Antonio. The food was very flavorful and delicious. When it comes to service, I let the owner know I've never tried the restaurant and I was assured it would be worth it, I was not disappointed. Although I took the food to go, overall ambiance was very friendly and welcoming.

Best food ever!! Is so good!! I live the noodles and the cheese rolls are the best!! And you should end up with a boba tea are so good!! Love this place

. I ordered pod woon sen, which was reasonably priced and delicious. It wasn't overly salty and the noodle texture was perfect. However, my complaints are about the Thai tea. I should've known that the Thai tea wouldn't be very good because it was cheap compared to other Thai restaurants. The Thai tea tasted like it was made with sewer water, and it was crazy sweet. Like not condensed milk, or anything, but just a ton of sugar. It was so difficult to drink because it was just like overly sugary sewer water. I had to dump most of it out unfortunately. Staff appears friendly, though. I hope they improve the Thai tea.

Cheap but great food.

Came here as I saw they had tempura wings as a app? They did not. But I opted for the spring rolls, and the masaman curry. That was the BEST curry I've had in a very long time. The savory flavor and the rice on the side tied it all together. My buddy got the pad Thai and that also was very good. But that peanut sauce for the spring rolls was crazy good. Can't wait to go back!

I love this place but tonight I really really love this place! I am not able to eat solid food for a good while and when I called to let them know my dilemma Walter stepped in and made sure that I am still able to enjoy my favorite food there. They painstakingly strained my soup without compromising flavor. Every sip was bursting with yumminess! When all is said and done I will make sure I get to enjoy their pad Thai, and stir fries again! The proof is not just in the pudding but also in the CURRY!

I came in during my lunch with only about 45 minutes to eat and I was worried I wouldn't get my food in time BUT the service here is impeccable! My waiter recommended some dishes and the kitchen did not disappoint. Even got the chance to meet the owner and he shared they may be adding sushi soon! If I could give this place 100 starts I would. Definitely will be coming back soon!

Cheese Rolls and Triple Delight with spicy fried rice instead of white rice.

GREAT food and people. I came here Friday and Saturday this weekend. Friday= Chicken & Shrimp fried rice spicy level 3/5 was perfect I wouldn't go higher than level 3 on spicy and overall was 10/10 plate. Saturday= Cheese Rolls for appetizer 10/10 and Triple Delight as a meal was even better. I don't live here in Texas but if I did I would try to support this small business as much as possible. On the picture you will notice No vegetables and that is my preference and they met expectations with no problems and still great flavors.

They used to have a great sommelier who was fun , knew his stuff and always engaging - now I almost feel like I am bothering them by dining. To be fair, it's skeleton staff which worked as we were there at lunch but as the Pearl was crowded - no clue how they would cope with a large crowd as even we came close to leaving and going somewhere else twice : One when we were handed a paired down menu - my husband has always loved their beer list as they have some rare finds and at first it appeared that was gone - but they do have a full menu and he found some good picks! And second when we almost gave up on the next round! That said is a beautiful space with so many great wines - I enjoyed their bubbles flight ( it's not on the menu but they do offer to curate flights based on your likes) , my husband found some stellar beers and we enjoyed a cheese / charcuterie plate and flatbread! Will still always love coming here and recommend it but it's not as fun or inviting as it used to be !

Hubby chose the Restaurant Week menu, starting with the Halibut Cheeks as his appetizer, Grilled Lamb Chops for the entree, and Chocolate Mousse for dessert. The service was amazing .. though as they got busy about 6.30pm, service fell off a little. I do recommend a reservation for any time after 6pm. We started with small plates. The French Onion soup had a hearty flavor though it was more bread than broth. The Pear gorgonzola salad was amazing ... pears soaked in red wine paired with room temp gorgonzola, green and a light vinaigrette. The escargot brought yums. I had the braised short ribs. Super tender .. fall apart. I would have liked a little more veggies and a heartier sauce. The streak and fries was cooked and seasoned perfectly. For dessert, the creme brulee was glass on top and pure custard underneath ... perfect consistency. The mousse was a deep chocolate flavor with a tasty almond cookie. So many items I want to go back and try. Definitely recommend!!!

We were given the option of buying wine by the glass va a bottle vs tastings. We all opted for a glass of wine. Some of the group decided to try their sangria and they loved it. They do offer a variety of wines to include sweet ones for those that are not into the dry wines. I like dry wines, so I had the Tempranillo. I was happy with my selection. They also have charcuterie boards and off menu items. They had a hummus board and a pimento cheese one the day we went. Everyone was lovely. The owner came and told us a little bit about his grapes. He said they are all at Texas grown. They do have inside and outside seating. The inside seating is more about community style, where there's only a long table, so you may have to share with others. Parking is available on site, but shared with a dental office. Getting to this location is tricky because GPS doesn't lead you correctly and it is hidden behind the Dental office. So if you're thinking GPS did you wrong by sending you to a Dentist, you're actually on the right track.
