Loblolly Cellars impressed us before we even walked in. Joe and Iman were wonderful to work with while planning my book club gathering -- so accommodating and thoughtful that we felt like special guests before the first glass was poured. The evening itself was perfect: delicious wines, gorgeous charcuterie boards, a cozy patio with Hill Country vibes, and Thursday night live music that set the mood without overpowering conversation. The space balances cozy and elevated, a perfect spot for ladies' night or date night. Excited for my next visit!

Wonderful, wonderful place. Friendly owner and staff. Very wine knowledgeable. I had the frozen sangria with tajin, which was refreshing and good. My friend had a rose, with a Tempranillo grape, which I tasted, and enjoyed. We sat in the patio, facing a huge fan, to stay cool. In addition to the wine, we ordered a fruit and cheese charcuterie for $15. It was completely worth it. All in all, this wine spot is perfect. Comfortable seating, outstanding staff and great wine choices. Perfect for spending some time with friends and just hanging out.

10/10 service, aesthetics, and options! I'm not a wine drinker therefore I was wary to try anything because all o know of sweet wines. However the sommeliers were so sweet and very patient with our group of 8, and all of our questions. They made great recommendations and even allowed me to sample a little bit of something to make sure I liked it, if not to switch it out. We were celebrating my friend's birthday and they gave us a sample of dessert wine at the end with chocolate which was so sweet! The area was nice (a little hard to find/ get into because it is behind another company's building but the space is so nice and the inside of their buildings were so cozy! I would recommend to hang for a night or to celebrate something special!

This winery is a great addition for San Antonio. They serve excellent wine! The service is lovely. The ambiance is peaceful. It's the perfect place to be social or sip some wine solo and contemplate your dreams!

European outside cafe vibes. Beautiful weather to be outside. We decided to buy a bottle of Blanc du Bois and the traditional charcuterie board and listen to Meghan Marie perform. The wine was crisp with citrus and lemongrass notes. Busboy was very considerate cleaning our table and bringing us water while we waited. The waitress was thoughtful and asked if we wanted our bottle to be kept cold or out on the table. It was just a really relaxing way to enjoy a Sunday afternoon.

What a cute, quaint winery! Hidden away off the busy street, you would never expect to find this hidden gem. The charcuterie board was amazing and fairly priced. The wines we tried were also delicious.

The service was amazing. They had a live band that evening and the outdoor area made you feel like your far away from the city

Went to Loblolly Cellars with my (adult) kids before they went back home. What a terrific experience! From the minute we arrived, the service was top-notch! From the wonderful bottle of wine to the delicious charcuterie board to the overall atmosphere, everything was wonderful! Save yourself the drive to Fredericksburg and check Loblolly out! I will most definitely be returning...soon!

Service is outstanding. We loved the charcuterie plate and a few of the red wines- Red Blend, Sangiovese, and Tempranillo. The owner is awesome and is focused on sourcing locally,

Frozen white wine sangria with some Tempranillo on top. Excellent!

The ambiance is so relaxing. They have plans to add more seating options and activities. We are looking forward to enjoying music with our wine and charcuterie!

    Frozen Sangria

From the moment we arrived, the experience at Loblolly Cellars was nothing short of exceptional. The service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming--staff members were knowledgeable about every bottle and happy to make personalized recommendations based on our taste preferences. What truly elevated the visit was the charcuterie board--beautifully curated with artisan cheeses, cured meats, seasonal fruits, and spreads. Every bite complemented the wine perfectly, making the whole experience feel thoughtfully curated and indulgent. Not to mention the frozen sangria with the red wine topper. It was refreshing, perfectly balanced, and bursting with flavor--easily one of the best sangrias I've ever had. Will definitely be returning! ;)

A beautiful hidden treasure recently added to the neighborhood. Top notch service by a friendly and knowledgeable staff. Several delicious wines to choose from; I highly recommend the tasting option. It's the perfect way to try 4 different wines of your choice and the price is hard to beat. The charcuterie boards boasts a variety of tasty morsels. The scenic outdoor seating offers a nice relaxing getaway. Definitely would recommend for your next date night.

First off, let me start by saying our driver Nate, was an absolute doll. He was the only good part about the experience with this company. The company is called San Antonio Wine Tours, their website says they are based out of SA and pickup in SA. When booking a half day tour, their website says there is only enough time to go to dripping springs. So I booked dripping springs and requested and additional hour to have lunch. Upon calling to update my reservation I was told the extra hour I purchased would go towards travel time. TBF dripping springs is 1.5 hours from my home and they said ppl usually spend 45min-1hr at the wineries. That being said, why does the basic half day package say there's enough time to go to dripping springs only, which I chose, yet my additional hour has to be used for travel. It didn't quite add up. So I explained this to them and was given the response "oh, I guess the website needs to be corrected". Also, they just asked "do you want to cancel?" No attempting to right their wrong. I soon realized it's probably bc the deposit I put down was non refundable so they probably didn't care bc they already had some of my money. I was told that apparently they have been pulling this since they started 2 years ago and the website was supposed to have been "corrected" many times before this. So buyer beware, this company practices dishonest and what I feel is shady business. They also seem to not care about if the customer is upset and only about the money that can get.

Also, they offered a pizza meal and it turned out to be Dominos. No offense to them but I was expecting a sit down inside with something more local. Not even paper plates and napkins. Weirdly had no music playing for the majority of the trip, guide blamed it as being unfamiliar with SA radio stations since she had just driven in from Houston. The tours are supposed to consist of three brewery/winery/distillery visits, I'd assumed it would be all of the same category i.e. all brewery or all winery but we had a two for one perk visiting Ranger Creek Brewing & Distillery in that we were getting to try their beers and whiskeys. We'd anticipated a bit of a story and a tour of the facility but honestly this one went on waY too long. Still, this visit was the high point once we realized we weren't limited in our samples and they were pouring full pints. Back on the bus to New Braunfels Brewing Co., a brewery known for its sour beers, many made with fruity elements and one spiced pickle beer. These were honestly a trip, we were presented two drink tickets and I sampled a pink beer, sour, and a splash of the pickle beer, spicy and sour. I didn't hate it but I didn't love it, one of the homies running the establishment sounded like Seth Rogen so that was a treat. The majority of the bus seemed to really dislike the visit though and I saw a few people tossing beers into sinks or nearby plants. Our last stop was the Grapevine, something I was super looking forward to but wound up being the most disappointed. I was anticipating a couple sweet glasses of wine to wind up the trip but after fighting downtown traffic down a narrow road, we were told we'd get 45 minutes to wander around since that's how long our host figured it'd take the bus to circle back. It was so disorganized, we literally just walked in to what felt like a super crowded gift shop where five or six people poured samples down a long bar. The wine samples offered, while delicious, were barely enough for a SIP. I asked our guide if we were supposed to tell them something to get actual glasses of wine and she told us we had to purchase the drinks, only the samples were free and only three samples at that. Okay, so what was all the money we spent on the tickets actually going towards? We got our tickets at a convention where they were offering a special price, 2 for $100 I think, then the day of the tour we were told to bring $20 cash for a tasting fee. What the what? Even after alllllll that, during the drive back to the drop-off point, our guide announces both she and the bus driver work for tips. $70+ at the end of the day and barely caught a buzz.
