The noodles were an overcooked mushy mess all stuck together in a clump. You couldn't fork out noodles to eat as they would just disintegrate. Meat was overcooked, dry, and chewy. The food hall is a pretty interesting concept. Not sure if there are others like it in town. The building has a lobby with a tablet for you to check out your food - exactly as if ordering from UberEats. Food took a moment but with the amount of drivers coming in it made sense. Was here on a trip and decided to get a late dinner via doordash and it was a frustrating experience. Service was incredibly slow; we waited over two hours for our food to even get with the driver. The lack of communication was also disappointing. No employees were present to inform them if our food was being made or not. My 14-year-old has been wanting to try Korean corn dogs for like a year (thanks to TikTok), and was super excited that they had them on the menu. I sent her with my card. I checked the menu online and had her send me a picture of the menu on the truck - KC listed as $5.50. When she came back, she handed me a receipt for nearly $9. When I asked what was up with that, she let me know "Jose" said "do you want sausage or potato" (truth is she didn't want either flavor, just regular, plain, but picked one as she'd already waited in line).
