No more updates after this! Had lunch recently and I have to give kudos to the cook for the best Pad Thai I've had in Spokane. Perfect!

I got their chicken pad thai to go and it was very good! I have been on a search for the best Thai food in Spokane and I think this spot is definitely better than most. I got a 3 for spice level and it felt more like a 2, so next time I will jump to 4 on the spice level. I got my meal without peanuts just fyi!

The best Thai food! We don't have a lot of Thai options at home so we were excited to get some delicious, authentic Thai food while in town! Our bartender was very friendly. The ceiling in the restaurant is really unique, definitely check it out! Look up! We tried the chicken satay, Two Friends and Chicken Phad Thai. Everything was delicious!

Their ceiling matched my sweater

After visiting many Thai restaurants, Thai Bamboo is unquestionably the best. The food is incredibly authentic and delicious. The Pad Thai and the grilled salmon are must-tries--bursting with fresh flavors and perfect spices.

We love the ambiance here with the fun lights and usually the food is always great but we noticed The lo mein had so many mushrooms my husband almost turned into one and the meat in the beef noodle had a dog food texture reminding me a my little pooches dinner time meal other than that the taste was good and the Service was great though.

I give this N Division location 3.5 stars. It's just not a 4, based on the food. I'll say this...it's a 5 for ambiance and service. The staff were attentive and friendly. My server checked back often. I love how fun the vibes are here. Almost like a tiki bar. It's such a fun spot and can accommodate a large group or party. Sometimes, that's what you are looking for, and this place would get 5 stars for sure. Now, let's talk about the food. It's just not that special. The appetizer was supposed to be a garlic sauce with green beans and snow peas. I expected to have garlic breath, but I didn't. I'm thinking of a rich and decadent garlic sauce, but instead, it was a little overcooked and not enough garlic flavor. My Panang Curry was boring because it didn't have a vegetable besides red bell peppers. Most Panang comes with green beans and your choice of protein. I chose tofu, and it was a soft tofu, not a fried tofu. I prefer my tofu to have a solid texture. This just wasn't that style. The curry itself with the coconut milk was delicious. It was a perfect level 4 of spice and so creamy and delicious. I added my appetizer of green beans and snow peas to my curry to help bring it up a notch. That helped, but it's expensive to have to do that. It was expensive for the portion size. I only tried those two dishes, so my rating is based on these. I'll come back if I'm with a group and try a fried rice dish. The intention here is awesome. I just didn't fall in love with my dish in comparison to other Thai in town.

Terrible Thai food, small portions, and high prices. Take your business elsewhere if you want quality Thai.

Wow! This is going to be a fun review…read more.. Stay tuned. You want good food. Do you want food that is authentic to its culture. Do you want a Thai dish cooked by a Thai chef. You found the place. Not just that, the help is wonderful. The Thai woman that served me was precious. And the Caucasian gentleman was very nice. Beautiful ambience. See my pictures. And did you see the picture of the food? Totally delicious. I visited Thailand one month ago. I have a Thai fiancé that took me to all the good restaurants. She lives there, she's a chef herself, she knows the good food, and she took me there. So, what I'm saying, I know good Thai food first hand. What I must say about the food I had here today, is it was delicious, it was spicy, and it was authentic. I ate it like a champ. With a spoon and fork, the Thai way. I made it a spicy as I wanted with the included Thai spicy sauce. I practically poured it on my food. I drank a lot of water ... I can say with almost 100% certainty that the rest of the food is good. I say this because, the restaurant opens at 11AM. There were people waiting at the door to get in before 11AM and by the time I sat down, the restaurant was filling up with people. There were orders being taken out by customers calling on the phone. It was busy. That should give you an indication of the quality of the food. I am so happy at the fact that I am able to bring my Thai fiancé to this restaurant once she becomes a citizen. The legal way, lol ...

I rarely take the time to write reviews, but Lily absolutely deserves the recognition. From the…read moremoment we sat down, she made us feel like the most important table in the room. Her warmth was genuine, her recommendations were spot-on, and she had an incredible ability to anticipate what we needed before we even asked. Lily checked in at just the right moments -- never intrusive, never absent. She remembered details from earlier in the conversation, kept the energy upbeat, and handled a small mix-up with our order with total grace and a smile. That kind of poise is rare. If you're lucky enough to be seated in Lily's section, you're in for a treat. She's the kind of server who turns a good meal into a genuinely memorable experience. We'll absolutely be back, and we'll be asking for her by name!

We had a group of eight and there was a lot of "not ready yet" which the staff handled with ease. Food came out quickly but mostly all at the same time. We had a few items that came out later but it was reasonable and expected. Ambiance is very nice, simple but elegant. You would feel comfortable coming in dressed up or casual. Let's get to the nitty gritty, the food quality was very good, taste was a knock out. The pasta and sauce was good enough that I was looking for specific tastes so I could recreate it, that's what I hope for in a restaurant! And there was fresh bread, oh how I could wax poetic about fresh bread and so few restaurants are on this very simple add. Dessert - I'm always hypercritical of crème brûle because like bread it's pretty simple ingredients but takes some care, Muzuna's nailed it. All in all you should stop in for dinner and you won't be disappointed!

My husband was not impressed with the vegetable tempura as the veggies were cooked until they were soft, he prefers vegetables to be more al dente. I loved the vegetable tempura however and did not feel the veggies I tried were too soft. My husband traded his miso soup for my mushroom and onion soup. I tried both and they were both delicious but he does not enjoy miso soup while I do. I ordered the filet and lobster combination dinner with white rice. The filet was delicious. The lobster did not taste fresh. It was pretty fishy tasting. I told the waitress who promptly apologized and offered to replace it with a different item. She took the lobster tail and I agreed to switch it for the shrimp. She brought the shrimp out to me just a few minutes later and it was very delicious and tasted fresh. The veggies served with my dinner entree were so wonderfully flavored and cooked just how I like. My husband had the pad thai with beef and he loved it so much. This was our first time coming to Shiki and I must say we will definitely be coming back. Overall wonderful service and aside from the lobster everything tasted so good.

When we arrived, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming, and the guy at the bar was genuinely friendly and helpful, which always makes a difference. The food prep was impressively fast, and everything was packaged neatly and thoughtfully for takeout. We started with the pretzel, which was solid, but the real standout was the mustard--super unique with a tangy, spicy, almost wasabi-like kick that made it memorable. For mains, the curry dish hit a great balance--flavorful without being overpowering or too mild. And the biggest endorsement came from my daughter, who ordered the kids pasta with marinara and added chicken--she declared it the "best spaghetti she's ever had!" (Shh... don't tell mom.) Overall, great service, tasty food, and a welcoming vibe. The only reason it's not a full 5 stars is I'd love to explore more of the menu next time--but based on this visit, we'll definitely be back.

Outside they have plenty of tables for enjoying the weather while you eat. I was immediately sat when I walked in. Now the bad part, the service. Man the service is bad. This is not a reflection on my server. I believe they don't staff enough people. Others have complained as well. She was n ie and helpful with the menu. It just took 10 minutes before anyone offered me a drink. I ordered my drinks and Thai Rice Bowl in Peanut Sauce. The food took about 15 minutes come out. I was half done before she did a checkup on the food. Again, you can't do everything if you are the only server.when the food runner brought my food out, I thank him. He replied..,"Yep." And walked away. Very sterile and cold. The Thai Bowl had plenty of the very flavorful peanut sauce. The chicken was dry and just not very good. But the rice and vegetables were delicious!!! I'd absolutely get the dish again! The food gets 4 stars, but the establishment's staffing and service get 2 stars.
